This facility is amazing. Stored 2 bedroom contents here for 5 months & haven’t seen a spec of dust or a single bug when I moved out. 4 hr free truck facility was a life saver as my uhaul booking got cancelled in the last minute. Sevi Ryes the property manager is amazing as she goes above and beyond to help when we need any kind of assistance. I will give facility 5/5 and 10/10 for property manger Sevi Ryes.

Ive rented quite a few storage units over the years and I must say that my experience with Morningstar was hands-down the BEST experience Ive ever had with a storage facility.I was needing something very specific so I called the office and spoke with the property manager Sevi, not only was she professional and prompt with getting me an answer, she exceeded my expectations by far throughout the whole process. When I visited the office, Sevi and Maria were very polite, helpful, professional, and gave me exceptional customer service. Not to mention, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Morningstar supports veterans by offering a veteran discount.Additionally, the whole facility is extremely clean and well kept. Nothing was out of place or dirty, in fact, the whole place looks brand new inside and out. I would also like to mention the element of safety. As a woman, I felt very comfortable in this facility thanks to all the safety measures they have in place, there are cameras located throughout the building and the entrances are secured with code access only.I am so glad I found this place and I highly recommend this business to anyone needing somewhere clean and safe to store things.

My storage experience here was great! After finding a few quotes in the neighborhood, I got the best deal here. The 2 ladies I worked with prior to move in were fantastic and very professional. I told them I wanted to add a few extra days at the beginning of the month and I wanted to pay it all in advance so I could just move out on that last day discussed. They confirmed it would not be a problem; I paid in full and moved in. The facility is very clean and well kept. A friendly young man helped me with my new lock. I would come even late at night and never felt unsafe. Great experience, would recommend.!!HOWEVER!! On my move out date, the lady with glasses at the front was not so kind as the other 2. I had asked if my parents could sit in the waiting room while I went to go get the truck. She said, “You’re Moving out? Did you submit a 10 day notice?” I told her I had paid everything already in advance and that I told them my move out date at the very start. She looked at my account and said I hadn’t paid for July. I told her once again I paid in full in May. I even showed her my receipt. She took a brief look and said, “No you only paid $10.” UM NO, LADY. I paid a total of $160, and $10 of that covered the few days in July that I paid extra for. She proceeded to charge me $74 on top of the $160 I already paid!I called today (now mid July) after seeing it on my credit card and it took a few hours for their billing department to figure out how they screwed up.They finally called me back to tell me they would mail me a paper check. What decade is this? No sorry at all from them. It was disappointing, but I’m just done with them.Storage experience was excellent, but be very very careful in reviewing your charges!

Chris did great helping me get a storage fast. It was quick, easy and affordable. Great customer service. I do recommend this property to anyone. The move in was smooth and I got a great deal on a nice size unit.

I was new to the facility so I did not have much items in my unit, I came on a rainy day and noticed there was a leak. I brought this up to the staff and he was able to re-accommodate me onto another unit in the hour. Great staff and great customer service!

I could say its beautifully maintained, clean facility with a great place to pull up trucks and trailers (movers liked it too). But, the staff is what makes it for me. They have been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every single time I encountered them.We were moving from our old home and ended up slowly renting 3 separate units over 3 months. They were quick to know what was available, where it was and what would best suit our needs. They also brought things to our attention we hadnt thought about so we could make the best decision possible (whether we used it or not). And moving out has been a breeze with no haggling or pressure to stay.I also noticed they the managers clean the facility. They just whistled along with a smile. I really like this because it brings maintenance problems directly to their attention and lets me say hi whenever I see them.Id 100% use them again if I need to in the future!

It was incredibly easy to lock down a unit online and the staff was very helpful answering questions before move-in. Once we got to move-in date, Chris was extremely helpful getting us in the door and set up! The unit was very clean and we feel comfortable leaving our belongings there.

Chris is super awesome!! Place is clean and easy to access (minus the weird front door that doesn’t always move to open). Think the only thing I would change is to have more push carts? Otherwise, outstanding. Especially in the customer service department.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. They were always extremely friendly, accommodating, and actually seemed appreciative to have my business. I can’t remember a time I was treated better in a business transaction. The facility is brand new, and they take impeccable care of it. Next time I store something, I will be going out of my way to make sure I store it here because of this staff.

We are repeat customers of CubeSmart in Flower Mound. It is a beautiful storage facility, well cleaned and maintained. The staff is wonderful! We have worked with Amanda the General Manager each time. Hands down the best storage unit and facility I have ever seen. Would recommend 10/10.

I highly recommend. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Place is very clean and seems extremely safe. Sign is hard to see headed north during the day. South is too, but better at night. It doesnt look like a storage facility so I think its missed a lot! Its convenient location right off highway! Prices were good too!

The moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm welcoming. Amanda showed me around to look at different options and had such a bubbly personality yet still being professional. The building it’s self was very nice and I felt so comfortable leaving my belongings there. Both Chris and Amanda made my experience easy and enjoyable and I would highly recommend this location :)

Do not go here! They don’t care about their costumers taken from the former CubeSmart and the door code is no longer working because they changed it. Corporate is unhelpful and slow and can’t even look up the accounts! Terrible office hours and still has signs of cubesmart, posters, stickers, etc.

Our move to TX happened fast and we needed a storage unit ASAP. The day we arrived in TX we checked out the storage unit and knew that it was the perfect place to store some of our belongings. Very user-friendly platform to reserve, purchase and obtain a storage unit with no in-person contact amongst the COVID-19 pandemic. I have yet to see the premises or my unit in person, but the online experience was very impressive.
