I had Vista Springs water, it was the best tasting water I have ever tasted, except for the the well water in San Diego. The employees are very nice.

I believe the last local sierra water sourced delivery service bites the dust. These guys sold out to evil Nestle. Out of nowhere I had fake Arrowhead spring water delivered to my door with a letter declaring that eventually theyll raise prices. Sucks.

I would give them more stars if I could. Tom is the best in the business. Great water, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Dont go with those big competitors that have horrible customer service and unscrupulous business practices. Vista Springs is a local small business and will treat you right.

Tom and his team are fantastic. They are all so professional and just the nicest guys ever. Vista Springs was fantastic - great spring water and fantastic service, bar none.! BUT: Our latest delivery was taken over by Nestle/Arrowhead - with letter indicating rates would be going up. Okay fine - but: the spring water tastes terrible! Called to see what spring our water is coming from.....they cant tell us. Really - sad service. Good bye. Sorry to see Vista Springs go.

I am the new water club coordinator for my company and we had Alhambra. I was so frustrated with Alhambras terrible customer service(I have to wait at least 30 minutes to speak with a representative) and price that I started to look for a new vendor. I found Vista Springs online and I was not sure if the company is credible since I couldnt find much ratings and reviews online. I called Tom and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient, honest, sincere and always pick up my call! The price he gave was far better than any company I can find. Tom explained to me how their water is processed and packaged and the types of water they offered. He gave me a few references so I can call and be comfortable with their company. The first reference I call spent 20 minutes bragging about how good their service is that I didnt even bother calling other references because the experience she had described is exactly the same as what I have experienced with Tom over the phone. One of my co-workers changed her home service from Alhambra to Vista Springs after I tell her about their incredible service. She is very happy with the quality of water and service. We had our first water Delivery this week and it was free and on top of that, the water cooler Tom brought us was brand new. Our water bill will decreased by at least 35% due to cheaper bottled water rate and no other added fees. I am very happy to find Vista Springs and I will recommend them to everyone in the local area.

Vista Springs is AMAZING! They beat the competitors pricing, their staff is wonderfully polite, and the service is second to none. Mike is our delivery guy and he is phenomenal!! Thank you Mike for always taking such great care of us!

I have used Vista Springs water delivery in my office for the past 3 years. That is three solid years of excellent customer service and delicious spring water, all at a great price. Plus, they are such nice folks! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have been workng with Tom at Vista Springs for a little over a year now. I have to say that this is the only bottled water company that has NEVER let me down! I was a three year customer of Alhambra. Although Alhambras customer service has improved over the years, the amount of times I had to contact them to fix mistakes and correct delivery errors was too many to count. After increasing their water prices by $1 each year, I cancelled Alhambra in the summer of this year, 2018. I then submitted an order to Nestles Ready Refresh water delivery service. I scheduled the Ready Refresh install and first drop off almost a month in advance, because their delivery times were not flexible, and I had to take time off work. After waiting nearly all day with no call, email, or text, I called the Ready Refresh service center, only to be told that my driver ran out of products and automatically postponed my delivery by 4 days, which of course was a day that I had to work. I wasted an entire vacation day waiting on Ready Refresh, so I cancelled them immediately. Frustrated beyond belief, I found Vista Springs online and called them right after I got off the phone with Ready Refresh. At first I was a little shocked the Vista Springs owner answered when I called, but I had a feeling that was a good sign. After telling him my long story, he tried to get me a delivery on the same day, since I was already off work and wasted a vacation day. It was almost the end of the day, so I completely understood when he called me back and said that his drivers where already done for the day. (I was just happy he tried). Then, he said he will ask one of his staff to drop by the very next day, on a day they are supposed to be closed. Not only did he get me delivered and installed the very next day, but he did this when they were CLOSED! There is no way that Alhambra or Nestle would have done that for any customer! Needless to say, I was very satisfied before Vista Springs even made their first delivery to me. After the install I was even more happy, completely astonished about how great this local company operates and treats its customers. Besides everything I already mentioned here, its important to note that their water tastes better than Alhambra, they are saving me about $40/month, they DONT have bottle deposits or delivery fees, they DO have auto-pay, and the delivery driver was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met. Ive been with Vista Springs for only a week, and am fairly confident I will be a lifelong customer. If you are in the greater Sacramento area, do yourself a favor and make the switch to this local company, Vista Springs. I wish all companies would operate like they do! KUDOS VISTA SPRINGS!

I contacted this company to ask for a recent water quality report before starting my service because the website contains an outdated water quality report from 2012. The man I spoke with was friendly and seemed helpful, however he was never able to provide an updated report. This fails to comply with Californias SB 200 labeling law which states consumers of bottled and vended water should be afforded the same water quality right to know protections and regulatory oversight of bottled and vended water products as those established for tap water. Please ask for a CURRENT water quality report before you establish business with them. We need them to be accountable to the law.
