I bought 6 deep cycle batteries in May of 2020. All failed by October, only 5 months later. These were replaced under warranty. Now another failed in less than 9 months, but they wont replace it. So a 12 month warranty does not apply if you get a replacement. This is not on any visible posting or on my receipt, contrary to state requirements. Buyer beware. Cheaper elsewhere. They lost a customer forever today.

One of the best places to buy batteries. I recently purchased motorcycle batteries. The prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable curtios and polite.I would recommend going there vs shopping online for a battery. They do warranty the battery and can do a full test of its condition

I stopped into the store to see if they could help with my key fob. I also wanted to have them replace the battery in my iPhone. In addition, I needed a couple of portable cell phone chargers. Kushal was exceptionally helpful in multiple ways! The customer service I was received was top notch! Above and beyond. They are definitely not out to just take your money. For a couple of things, Kushal suggd I might want to look on Amazon. He even pulled up the site and searched the items to show me. They’re honest and aim to please!

Terrible return policy. Because of covid-19 I was doing a pick up for a family member to keep them safe. The employee failed to mention the items needed in order to pick up the item that we had purchased online/over the phone. We live 1 hour away and it is not easy to make another trip.

The reason I chose Batteries Plus Bulbs is because I needed my screen fixed within a few hours. It was a simple repair to replace the screen. The person who repaired the front screen, cracked the back of the phone. The back had to be ordered and will take another day. I wish I had taken the phone to a phone specialist. It would have been cheaper and in the end more timely.

I bought 2 Duracell gel batteries for my car. These were recommended because of the poor performance from Optima Batteries. These also have a 4yr warranty.

The customer service was excellent. They had many employees working with several customers. Each employee worked hard, and made sure they greeted me as soon as I arrived to let me know how long I would wait (which wasnt long). They worked very hard to program my car key, using several methods, and they were unsuccessful, so they gave me a full refund despite spending so much time on it. My Jeep battery installation was seamless, very quick, and an excellent price!

Very easy and convenient to get any kind of battery

They were open during the pandemic which was great but the agent Shay was not only knowledgeable but efficient and helpful. I needed a screen replacement for my phone because I drop it WAY to much and they got me it replaced in a few hours which is great when you rely on a phone as much as I do. Bottom line Ill definitely be back when I need batteries or to fix my broken phone...

I had a Crazy Battery although all the Charts said this one would work in reality it did not Shey at the Folsom store took the time to research it and we could have ordered it, but a replacement was a better idea, had one in stock and credited my other purchase and this customer is VERY happy Big thumbs up to Shey !!

Bought a 12 V Duracell for a recreational vehicle. Battery failed after several months but batteries plus treated me right and took care of me with a new battery under a warranty replacement. Made an appointment for a charge port repair for an iPhone of a model notorious for that problem, but also for false positives when the port gets jammed with, for example, pocket lint. Was quickly approached by an employee who was aware of this, and offered to clean it out and test it for free while I waited, just in case that was the issue. Id cleaned it with compressed air myself the night before and couldnt make it work, but evidently not sufficiently, because he had it docking and charging in a couple minutes. I walked off with a functional phone and more money in my wallet than Id anticipated, so Im quite pleased. Next battery or repair I need, theyll have my business.

The customer service here is lacking. I came in today at about 3:15 p.m. there was a guy working on a repair and three customers in the lobby none of which he acknowledged. Another guy eventually emerged from the back took care of one customer the phone rang and he was on it for over 10 minutes while we stood there without acknowledgement from him. Before I got there I had plenty of time to get to work if Ive been helped in a timely manner. I eventually had to leave because if I didnt, Id be late for work. So it looks like Ill have to go back again tonight once Im off of work.Maybe well try a different Batteries Plus next time we shop but definitely not this one.Edit: Came back later and the guy who was there was much more helpful. Upped my stars from 1 to 3 just because of him. The day crew needs some personality training though.

It was easy to order and pay online and to pick up at nearest store (Folsom). Customer service was excellent and it was worthwhile going to the store where they also had a phone charger I needed.

My car was having intermittent starting issues. I thought it might be the battery so I ordered a new one from Batteries Plus.. When I arrived at the store they tested my battery saying it tested perfectly well, and refunded the charge back to my card. Very impressed with the thorough customer service provided, and how honest and trustworthy this store is.FYI.. it was the starter so Batteries Plus saved me from buying a new battery that wasnt needed.

I walked into this store to purchase a bulb. When I arrived I was told that the bulb I needed was very specific and that I should bring one in so that I did not buy the wrong wattage and damage the fixture. Because it was pouring rain I told the sales person that I just wanted to buy one of each and when I got home I would install the correct bulb (after looking at the one that does not work) and return the others. He told me that because I did not know the wattage that he would not allow me to return any of the bulbs in the event that I used one and damaged it. I told him that I would only use the correct one after checking the the wattage on the bulb that burned out. He said he still was not able to return any of them because he could not trust that I would not damage them. Basically the guy was telling me that he could not trust me. Pretty horrible customer service. I would much rather buy online and wait a few days. Not to mention that the online price was $5.69 and the store price was $7.99. I will never shop here again. Very rude.

Last Sunday, I tried this place as a second place as the first place I chose was not open at 10 AM as advertised on their site. I was so glad that I walked into this place. My Pixel 2 XL had a piece of plastic left inside the USB C charger port probably left over from inside the USB C charger. I did not have a small enough tweezers to pull out the plastic piece so the plastic piece came out by pieces when I used a pliers to pull that piece out. Anyhow, I was prepared to pay if they could take care of it. The front desk person took a look, took it inside to talk to the tech and almost about a minute later he handed the phone back and the problem has already been taken care of. I even offered to pay whatever they want to charge. But they would not even charge me anything and did it for free. I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. This place would be recommended without reservation and would be my go-to place future phone and tablet problems. I would try to pay their kindness forward. I sincerely hope they get more business from this post.
