Honestly live coming here! Always amazing service! Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait, but if you think about it, its busy because they have the best service. Highly recommend this store

I needed a new SIM card in my phone. I made an appointment but I was there early. I was in and out in probably 5-10 minutes. Super happy.

I was greater right away once I entered the store,, and felt welcome. The store was open and clean, and I felt I was in a safe environment. Austin at the Folsom, CA store was so wonderful. He answered every question I had, and even provided answers to questions I didn’t know I had. Austin took the time to walk me step-by-step through my transaction, and helped me score some amazing discounts. Wonderful service!

It took way to long….had to start over more than once. We were in the store 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Just to get 2 prepaid accounts for 2 months. 2 SIM cards and new phone numbers. In competent….

Alex is super professional and knowledgeable, and patient. He demonstrates exceptional and rare empathy. tHe took care of all my AT and T needs at home and on my cell phone. I’m a happy customer!

This is a busy location in Folsom but with the staff there you wouldn’t even notice. They help you very quickly and the representative that helped me, McKenna, was a pleasure to work with. She helped me get everything set up and had a really great and cheery attitude. 10/10 would recommend this location and also would recommend asking for McKenna! She knows what she is doing!

Walked very Satisfied and Happy with the service my husband and I are getting now versus before with another cell company. Jasmine was Our Sales Person, she went above and beyond with us by explaining everything to us. Very dissatisfied...asked the guy signing people in if they had an ipad case even showed him it, he told me yes and to have a seat. 20 minutes later he comes over looks at it again goes to s drawer and says they dont have a case that fits that model. So he suggested I go to best buy down the street.

I was in the AT&T store at Pallido this morning to originally get my mom a new cell phone and ended up adding TV and Internet service for my new apartment to my cell/watch/Ipad service. Stephen, Steven and Emily rocked the whole experience and were very informative and helpful. I have come to this location since since the way first opened and just love them and won’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely disturbed at how I was treated the other day. Having been an ATT customer for 20 years, I went into this location that handles all of our ATT needs and I was told I needed to wear a mask or I can’t do business. Well sorry ATT, you just lost our whole families business and we are switching over to Verizon as they did not even ask me about a mask and treated me with incredible respect and great customer service! We do not support companies that don’t respect freedoms of others.

Chester and the management were really helpful in transferring my wireless family plan from different carrier to AT&T. The customer service was exceptional, and Chester was really patient and helpful as I had members of my family plan collect SIM card at different locations. This was not feasible with online transfer. Also the management was helpful in matching the online only offers in store as well. Great experience overall, would recommend this AT&T location. Kudos to Chester in particular 👍🏼

The Manager, and Assistant Manager in this AT&T Store lack Quality Customer Service. 2021 Cancel all AT&T features and find a new service provider.AT&T has proven to myself and my mother that customer service, technical support help, and 24/7 Help is Now Obsolete for this Company. We are leaving because my mother has her home line and her cell phones through AT&T and has been without service for over a week. and of course weve called customer service and of course weve been promised wed get help. She still has no phones and this is going into the second week. During a Pandema and a Major Heat Wave. Its not the first time its happened. But it will be the last time.

McKenna was fantastic. She helped me for several hours getting everything off my broken phone. McKenna is very known was great at problem solving.

ATT stores are starting to feel more and more like used car lots and our last trip was no exception to this. We had a gentleman by the name of Sean help us and initially it was great. However, a few days later we got the bill and it was $50 more. When I called and asked him about it, he lied and told us that he did an entire presentation about the autopay discount and we hadn’t signed up for it so we are getting charged extra. Unfortunately, my wife and son were both with me and he never presented or even mentioned autopay. Fast forward 3 months now and the assistant manager Emily is still trying to get the store manager, Isaac, to credit us the amount they had promised to credit 3 month earlier. When I spoke with Emily for the first time, she said the credit will hit the account in 48 hours, it’s now been well over 48 days and still no credits. My messages are going unanswered. This isn’t an ATT store it’s a used car lot. Important information isn’t being disclosed, promises are broken, and messages are ignored.

Jasmine is awesome, she supported me in getting phones for my parents. She is bright, knows the product and how to get the best deal. She also hooked me up with better home internet. Jasmine is an asset to your company!

I returned to the ATT Store to turn in my daughters old Apple cell phone for a credit of $95. I was very pleased to find out from the sales associate “Jasmine” that I was eligible for a special on unlimited data. This plan saved me about $50/mo on my monthly statement, plus $700 for the old phone rather than only $95 for that old phone. Had it not been for Jasmine’s desire to take the time to look into my eligibility and further explain the special to me; I could have missed out on all there savings.Jasmine’s professionalism and effort to properly see to it that I would receive the benefits will keep me coming back to this ATT store at the Palladio Mall in Folsom CA.Thank You Jasmine for being a “Top Notch” sales associate!Hope you enjoyed the coffee!Noel & Natasha Adamson

So is the store updated with the store hours? Says 10AM till 9PM and online it said updated 7 days. Drove 25 miles for a quick pick up and got there at 8:15PM. One guy sitting inside on his phone telling me theyre closed at 8pm. Wasted my time.

Ronald is a fantastic example of excellent customer service. Very hard to find these days but he is the exception. Just spent 2 hours fixing a completely botched account that phone sales screwed up. The At&T in the Folsom Palladio is a great store with friendly & helpful staff.My son and I came in on a Monday evening wanting to upgrade phones and account changes had to be made. It took a long time and everyone was so patient with us, even after the store closed for the evening.I had to come back a few days later to get help with a time consuming back up and it was a bit of a complicated process. Austin spent hours of his time adjusting my new and old phones and making sure everything was working properly!Thank you Palladio At&T !! Thank you Austin!!

Big store Had a bad experience with one of The Salesman

In trying to switch from another provider, I wasn’t able to receive any calls, and my SIM card wasn’t scheduled to arrive for 2 more days. I called the store and the store manager happened to answer. She said to come in and she could have me up and running before I left the store. The other provider made a real mess of the process, but the manager quickly resolved the problem, and I’m up and running! AND she told me about a plan that actually saved me even more money!

Employees were helpful, I little annoyed that I was told to by employees online to visit a corporate store to pick up a sim card. Then told by store Employees that they cant give me a sim card, without activating or touching a phone. I assume this rule is a way to gain more sales and is being forced by upper management to implement.

Garret G told my 75 year-old mother that she would get a $1000 credit if she traded in her phone and ported a line from another carrier. It turns out this was an online only offer, and she never received the credit. Had she been told that the credit was online only, she would have followed AT&Ts guidelines and done the transaction online. Garret either intentionally or unknowingly misled her, but the distinction shouldnt matter. The store manager Nathan Haynes was unwilling to make it right. VERY poor customer service from all involved. Shame on them.Ive also noticed that the owner replies to only the positive reviews here. Nice touch.

Sean Howard fixed my phone (the Sim card was bad) and then he reviewed my household account to make sure I was getting the best pricing available. THEN he reviewed my First Net account (I am a nurse) and let me know that I qualified for a free apple watch and an extra Sim card which can be used as a home hotspot which means I can cancel my satelite internet service, saving me $80/mo. All this, and he actually managed to LOWER my monthly bill!!! Sean went over and above to take care of me; I will always request him in the future. I am giving his card to all of my first responder friends, telling them they HAVE to call Sean!

Joe was very helpful in helping me upgrade my phone and get my son added to our family plan.

Ronald is the best! He explained things thoroughly and was very personable. We had to go back in after our phones arrived at home and Ronald was there waiting and welcomed us at the door. He backed up our phones and put the new screen savers and covers on. If you are looking for someone to walk you through a purchase at AT&T Ronald is the one. Friendly, efficient, patient and courteous. He deserves a “Grammy!”

After I treated my phone in AT&T store, the new cell phone had some issue (heat up), I return to store and explained the problem of the phone. The store have excellent customer service, the nice guy in store change my phone without additional charge and made me so happy ;)
