The staff was amazingly helpful and guided both my husband and I to the correct size which was larger than what Ive ever worn. So comfortable that we both wore our new shoes home. Who knew! I was happily surprised. We bought these as walking shoes instead of the usual running shoes, and I cant run anymore anyway. Great switch.

Friendly staff, good deals, quality shoes.I was turned on to Merrell by my father years ago for good comfortable hiking shoes.Recently bought a more sporty pair that wasnt so off-road if you will and they fit like a dream. Which is hard for someone with a size 13 foot, weird arches, and a foot wider than a wooden paddle.Was able to get my wife a pair for 1/2 off with my pair and pass it off as a gift. Way to make me look good Merrell!

Merrell Outlet Store in Folsom has a GREAT selection, friendly and helpful customer service and GREAT location! We have come to this location for a few years now driving down from Nevada with the same results every time we step foot inside staff helps us find the best hiking and trail running shoes with the patience and friendly service.Added bonus they have great deals from buy 1, get 1 or 50% off 2nd pair and we never miss out on a GREAT deal purchasing our Merrell hiking shoes.Our latest visit I was looking for a trail runner and the sales associate went above and beyond with finding several different types of hiking and trail runners for me to try on. She was not only patient with me but made different suggestions on size, styles and fit - beyond helpful!! The trail runner I selected my hubby liked so much he found in the mens section and we scored a great deal of 50% off the 2nd pair - discussion in the car of who scored the deal LOL.We walked out of the Merrell Outlet Store with the original purchase for my hubbys replacement for his hiking shoes and we both went home with new trail runners. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience - WE will be back!!

Always have loved these shoes. I asked for Comfortable shoes, to wear while cashier. These are horribly uncomfortable. Cant wear them to work. And the cashier told me that if I wear them outside, I can not return them. So I paid 58.00$ for dust collectors.

Great store for hiking shoes or similar types of shoes. After taxes I got two pair of shoes for hiking for under 120$. They are wode so they fit amzingly. Now to test them out on the trail. The stoee was staffed well too. Many stores keeping people from filling the stores as Gavin keeps keeping the silliness going

Merrell makes a great shoe!

While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the selection was decent, but the process were way too high. Cheaper straight from Merrell or even from Amazon. Color selection was limited, but I expect that from an outlet store.

I found Merrell shoes many years ago and they are some of the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned. Ive had at least a dozen different pairs and rebought a few of the same ones as well. Theyre just that comfy. Make your feet happy on that next hike!

Very disappointed in the quality and customer services of this company. Purchased new pair of shoes while on vacation. Within 6 days a lace broke. Within 12 days the other lace broke. Their lifetime warranty apparently does not cover defective products (no lace should break that quickly) as I was told by corporate customer service that there is nothing they can do.

We went in to get me a pair of trail shoes. I really just wanted to look. The person who first greeted me continually checked on me to the point where I couldnt just look at what I wanted to look at. I made my selection, went to pay and another clerk proceeded to try to sell me another pair of shoes I wasnt interested in before she would just cash me out. I nearly walked out without anything because I found it so pushy.
