Thought hard drive was crashing, but it was the liquid cooling system. They replaced both, ran stress test, and my old computer is back up and running.

Been going here for years! Have spent a ton of money here! Purchased a couple laptops over the years. They warrant the items they sell, and will fix them when needed, even after the warranty runs out. Or you can take in computer related items not purchased there. They had unusual cables that weve needed for oddball projects. And are willing to order what you needThey moved from facing Target, to the strip mall across Blue Ravine by the pool store, and paint store. Its a smaller store, and the staff has some changes.

These guys have been doing great work for years. But am very surprised with the lack of safety protocols at their store related to Covid-19. No sign about social distancing, no marks on the floor, no plexiglass, no use of gloves or masks by the staff. They hand you back your equipment with no sanitation. My recent experience was rather disappointing. I hope they rethink this and do things to protect their clients!

I have been taking my PCs here for repair for many years now. The service is always consistent and reasonably priced. The technicians are very helpful and provide explanations I can understand. They have saved my data multiple times when I allowed my hard drive to go bad without back-up. Highly recommended!!!

Thanks to the young men that work at PC Components. I have been going there for years and they have never let me down.They resolve the problems quickly and for a reasonable price. I give them 5 stars.

Went there with a computer problem in which my os would not boot i went in and spent $74.00 on a routine check up to find any problems. After a quick return time-18 hours after they said it would take 48- i received my computer back with them saying it was fixed. After turning it on, guess what- the same exact problem. I doubt they even looked at my computer.

Beware of the 7 day return policy. And then I was told three times it would be no big deal but I had to come when the Owner was there. Good luck doing that, as he is there only sporadically.I am all for supporting local small business but when they make it difficult, what the point.
