I am a bird enthusiast, and entered this location hoping to see some baskn robins, as i needed something to clear my mind of my recent heartbreak. I was horrified to learn that there was no robins within the extablishment, as they had been replaced with mediocre ice cream and a pimply teenage male. He rolled his eyes when i asked for a 13 scoop cone, and when i began practicing fortnite emotes on the table while waiting for the ice c ream i was asked to leave. I never recieved my 13 scoops of ice cream, or sighting of any birds. terrible establishment.

This place was great! We went in to buy a cake for my mom at the last minute. The clerk there was able to customize the cake for us and was really nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of options and was willing to help out as much as possible even though we were coming in at the last minute. We will definitely be back! Great job everyone there! :)

Good ice cream with interesting flavors along with good classics like strawberry. Tuesdays half price after 6 PM on select items is a really great deal for a family that wants individual scoops of different flavors. For $1.40 per a single scoop cone you cant go wrong... Or half price for a double scoop Sundae if you want to splurge. Great flavor right now is the Nutty Coconut with almonds, walnuts and pecans, yummy!

Ice cream is really good, it is decently priced and the employees are really nice. It seems like nobody went to Togos when I was there, everybody was coming in and getting ice cream and leaving. They have stranger things themed ice cream flavors since season 3 of the popular Netflix show just released. They are also selling stranger things toys so if you are a fan or the kids are, definitely bring them and sample the flavors. I recommend the elevens heaven stranger things flavor.

I requested a Turtle Blast.I received a Cappuccino Blast with caramel and chocolare syrup around the cup made with vanilla ice cream.The worker did not clarify what a Turtle Blast was, even though its an old drink that most employees know.I know they dont have the turtle garnish anymore as Ive worked for this company as a whole but not this location for a total of 4 years.Very disappointed that they did not make me what I requested and decided to make something up thinking I would not know the difference.

Love randomly stopping here to grab some ice cream. Good stuff. Puts a smile on your face for hours. Added bonus is you can eat some Togos subs if you need real food too.

Its always enjoyable to go out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins as an occasional and fun treat. The Folsom location, paired with Togos, is especially nice for my family and I to visit. We have done so multiple times, and will continue to do so as well.

It is a Baskin-Rabbins/Togo which is awesome because it is down the street from a school and offers some great after school treats. However, when we arrived at the store it was undermanned and the service was a bit slow. The owner was there but didnt jump in when a line formed so the poor girl behind the counter couldnt give the customer service level that you would expect. She seemed rushed and preoccupied. Other than that the icecream we received was fine.

Fantastic assortment of ice cream flavors! Personnel not always knowledgible in figuring changes in cash so be aware! Otherwise great place to load on the calories!

Got the worst food poisoning of my life :,( Feel so weak and bad right now. Today is there 3rd day I feel utterly weak and terrible. Horrible stomach pains, headache and stomach problems. I never had this bad of food poisoning like this. I wish this didn’t happen to me of course, but I just wanted some tasty ice cream. You already know I won’t ever com back here, even tho they were nostalgic af :’( Jeez this really sucks

As far as Baskin Robbins goes this one is pretty small and lacks even popular flavors like Mint Choclate Chip.

The service is really bad. They are pushy, disorganized, they wanna take orders non-stop and when it comes to getting your order or paying it, it turns into a zoo. At times their ice cream is very soft and melting. Avoid this place if you can, the place smells like dirty diapers or someone took a piss there.

The staff leader Hannah was extremely rude. My friends and I came to get ice cream and I was standing there trying to figure out what I wanted and she interrupted me in the middle of my sentence when I was about to order and screamed NEXT and went to the next customer. She had a complete attitude that was unwarranted. Will not be returning here again.

Hate their service. They rush you to place the order and portions of scopes are very tiny!

Always running out of things like bananas or toppings, seems like the managment does not appropriately plan out the needs for the day so they have enough product to sell.

Unorganized and rushed by staff. People are not charged in order of arrival. This leads to chaos and being asked to move from the register so others can pay.

Horrible if I could give 0 I would it was my 21st birthday i ordered my cake green pink so I go to pick it up paying $30 in advance what do I get an all white cake I asked her to fix it she rudely tells me that the picture I took was not at her store they’ve never use fondant and says that the picture doesn’t even look pink it looks white I cut open the cake today it’s all ice cream where is the cake there’s a little sliver of cake on the bottom they need to fire up their cake decorator rude as all hell and can’t make a cake

Slow unhelpful staff. Out of waffle cones but charged us for chocolate dipped cone although it was the only cone available. Floors and tables not kept up. Not a special visit at all.
