Best burgers as always, fast service and clean interior. Love it.

Family of four coming from apple Hill farms. Husband has a long bed truck and we where able to drive though. Sometimes he has to drive over the curb. Not bad here. Driving to pay was okay leaving I think just bit ride over on the way out. Food good as always. And the service was nice. Here they gave our children some things without us asking.

It gets pretty busy here but they have an efficient system to get you in and out (ha). Food is always fresh and service is always great. A good option for an affordable, small, satisfying meal (if you do a burger only, no fries or shake) which is what we come here for. Love the option for less calories also, like protein style. Also good if you dont want a small meal because who doesnt love a burger, fries and a shake??

Quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. It was my first and last visit. Service was great though

When you HAVE to drive an hour to Folsom for an auto part its AWESOME to see a In-N-Out Burger sign. Long line when we got there but the guy outside was on it. Service was friendly and fast. Had our food in less than 5 minutes even with the line. Brought home an Animal style burger and fries for my wife who didnt know we were getting food. Its a win win.

Same high quality as ever. In fact, this was the best double double Ive had in a while but that may be a little skewed as I had been on the river during the day. But that thing sure did hit the spot. Double double, mustard, lettuce, and pickles. Fries and an extra large strawberry shake.

I love this particular location. Super nice employees, clean bathrooms, clean dining area! Even if they are busy our food always comes out hot and fresh! You can’t be the prices!

Fantastic! In-N-Out is the only fast good restaurant Ive ever been to where the food actually looks as good as the advertisements and tastes as good as it looks. The double-double was amazing, french fries amazing and soda, well it was a soda...

Like all In-N-Out Burger restaurants, this one has good food and good service. The restaurant was clean despite it being busy.The one complaint I have is that it is impossible to easily get back on the Interstate without driving through one of the adjacent shopping malls. Or, if there is a way, I couldnt find it.

The service was very quick. The protein style (lettuce wrap) is perfect for those who dont want the bun. Dont forget to order fries, they dont come with the burger.

Pure perfection every single time, drive thru is always quick even when packed, staff is super friendly, accurate and clean. Hot burgers, hot crispy fries, always enough staff to get your food quick, cannot recommend this place enough!! Go!

Milk shake was really a milk shaken... Thought it was supposed to be vanilla soft serve, mine looked like someone blew bubbles in my cup of milk. Then when I sent my husband in he was told to wait 10 minutes to speak the manager. They were on the phone, and maybe Im wrong but youd think more than one person would be available to help with situations like this. Food quality isnt something just anyone can see is kept up to standard thou. No no, you must work long tired nights and undergo many hours of schooling to be considered qualified for this position. Stupid, i left my 4$ tiny cup of backwashed milk on the counter

Theyre service is so great. They got all 5 of my individual orders correct in boxes and with lids. Even though the line was long, I was only in the drive through for 5 mins!! 😊 Amazing!!

The line was very long, to the end of the driveway and moved very slowly. Took about 20 minutes to get to the kid taking orders. I felt sorry for him because even though it was after 7 pm it was still 90 degrees out and he was in full uniform. We got our food which was good and hot. We didnt get any straws for our drinks even though we told the we were eating in the car. Maybe you have to ask for them.

Boom. 5 stars. No line. Standard fries. Delicious burger. Awesome shake. It was hot outside. But the ac was working here. As my friends kid once said “this is the most famous burger I’ve ever eaten.”

Great burgers and shakes. They have a simple menu and a hidden one *wink wink*. When doing take out, it is quicker to just go inside and order instead of waiting at the drive-thru.

For the 1st time ever the drive thru line was not crowded! Usually a significant line. But In and out moves you through the line quickly. Burgers was delicious as it always is. Ask for the burger animal style for a delicious surprise. French fries are only good when hot. Cold or Luke warm they are worthless.

In n Out never disappoints! A family friend just moved here from Iowa. I felt it was my duty as a Californian to treat him to his very first Double Double at In n Out! We arrived around 1:44 pm and the line of cars was not that bad. We got to the cashier window within 11 minutes. Not bad! Everyone was friendly and very expedient. A very well oiled operation.

Their business practice sucks. Check your order before leaving the drive through. On 8/4/21 at about 9:30 PM ordered 4 cheesburgers, 1 double double, 1 fries and a milk shake, came home to find out got 3 cheesburgers & 1 veggie burger, and all of them including the fries were cold, and seemed they had been cold a while. They seem to give old unclaimed orders to drive through customers. Customer service instead of suggesting a refund asked for address to send a gift card. Management needs to look into this practice, especially if they do this often as opposed to a one-time accidental occurrence.

This In n Out is faster AND tastier than the one right next to my house. I didnt even eat the burger until I drove 15 minutes home and it was still just better somehow. My only complaint would be that the fries were slightly more done that I would have liked, but Im not taking any points away because they were still delicious.

Looks like the lines are super long, but they move at amazing speed and accuracy. Literally like a handful of items on the menu, but they do those menu items so well that they dont need anything else. Delicious!

A relatively simple menu, but the burgers are delicious. The fresh cut fries are particularly good. I shall be returning to try the milkshakes.

Magically pulled up to the drive thru and had my order taken right away then only 3 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. Got a double-double with whole grilled onion and a hamburger with whole grilled onion, pickle and chopped chilis, fries, and root beers. Fresh as usual and tasty. Always hits the spot!

Slowest In & Out location I have ever been too. Not even during a rush. 4 cars in drive thru. No big orders. TMs casually moving around. No sense of urgency.

Love that they can accommodate gluten & dairy allergy and do the allergy on the line announcement and prep. I love getting a hamburger protein style with extra lettuce as the wrap, grilled onion, and spread. Its not for everyone but I love having the option.

Even for a super picky eater, the double-double doesn’t disappoint.weve traveled all around and have eaten Whataburger and Five Guys, but these are our favorite.This location is very busy, as they all are. They usually end up taking orders in the parking lot as the line for the drive thru is long. Only other complaint is the location off of the main road is a bit cumbersome as you can’t make a left turn and must make a u-turn on E. Bidwell in order to get back to the freeway.It’s an inconvenience, but we do it because we love the burgers.

The pick up experience at In-N-Out was smooth and flawless. The order was taken by a friendly gentleman. He confirmed the order and total and informed the final bill amount. The payment was contactless at the payment window. The order was ready at the pickup window. Really In-N-Out in a few minutes.Overall, a fantastic experience as usual at In-N-Out. The only concern I had with this outlet is the narrower than usual drive through lane. Be a bit careful if you are driving a bigger vehicle.Go grilled cheese!

Even though theyre burgers, theyre just so yummy. We dont have this in Michigan and I wish they did. You can also customize any order to your liking. I got the Animal fries sans cheese so, essentially, just with onions and the spread. They dont even charge extra for that!

In n Out is a staple in California. I love their pricing which is very reasonable and their food is always tasty. Animal style is always the way to go.Of course, the only downfall is that they are too popular to quickly serve all the customers.

Burgers getting smaller, prices going higher. Ill only buy from here for my kids now...not myself or my wife...since we prefer to actually have a big patty vs a token of a patty... Sad, I used to love this place.

Just as good as any other In-N-Out, though this one can get crazy busy. Drive through line reaching out to the public street, though they got two people taking orders and the line does move at a decent pace.

These burgers exceeded my expectations and the price was the best anywhere. There was maybe 40 cars in line for the drive through and I didnt wait longer than 15 min. They did an amazing job processing orders.

Love this store. They make sure you are happy. We had our dogs with us and was going to buy extra large cups but they brought us a red tray with water. We always will come here.

The drive through line is always super long, but fast, and the flavor is good.

Order was wrong, had to speak to Mgr Cody who fixed it for us. Better training is needed for the cashier who took our order.

This particular in n out has ample parking and a very good sized outdoor seating area which was very useful since you cant eat inside as of writing this review. As always employees are super helpful and friendly. Only giving a 4 star because the trash cans were full to the brim and really needed to be dealt with. Its amazing how after all these years the lines are still around the block but they are! I was so hungry by the time I got to order I forgot to take a picture of my big juicy Double Double. Which btw is the only burger I get because one patty just isnt enough. So much goodness!

It was a quick Pit Stop just like most In n Outs friendly and fast. I dont know if everyone knows about the Double Double Animal style you should at least try it 1 time then you will try it again
