This Mall is really nice to visit both during the day and evening time. Great vibes and nice selection of stores. Very clean area and well taken care of. Close to major restaurants and lots to do in the area I would recommend the visit if youre coming from out of town.
We went to the petting zoo and aquarium. You can purchase coin tokens to buy food out of gumball machines to feed the different animals, and fish, knowledgeable and informative staff all the children seem to be having a good time. We enjoyed it also.
I just love the ambiance of this place. If youre a walker, you should go walk the Palladio and stop by Starbucks for a refresher. Sit in their park like courtyard where they hold seasonal concerts. Have a dog? Bring your dog and after your walk, go to Lazy Dog. Its pet friendly and, they have a menu for your dog.Music is back. Infront of Back Bistro on Friday and Saturday nights.Just want Zen time? Barnes and Noble. This is one of few that has a full restaurant inside as well as a Starbucks. Just grab a coffee and read in the restaurant.Need healthier options? Whole Foods is there as well. MAC, Sephora, H&M, Nordstrom Outlet....Its just a pretty facility layout with great paths of travel, foliage and very well maintained. The lighting is very nice at night.

Super nice outdoor mall, with pretty sculptures and adult type lifesize games in the courtyard. Ie: lifesize Connect 4, Bean Bag Toss, concert stage. Has the best stores. Unfortunately the parking sucks. But if you do circles, youll eventually snag a spot.
Nice area to take a stroll and window shop, enjoy a meal and maybe a dessert.

Palladio is a Great place to visit if your in the area. The shops a higher end with some good places to eat. The Palladio has stuff for kids but you should check in advance. The place is really popular.
At Palladio, there are so many things you can do at this outdoor mall. There are places to take your kids, such as the Palladio 16 Cinema Movie Theater, and the Seaquest Aquarium. There are places to eat such as Chicago Fire, Lazy Dog, and Johnny Rockets. Places to shop such as Forever 21, Nordstrom Rack, PINK, and H&M, Chico’s, and manyMore. There is a Whole Foods grocery store you can stop at over there, and a Kirkland’s Home Décor shop right by Whole Foods. Don’t forget that Starbucks not far from Forever 21 though, great place to stop for a drink on a hot day!
Nice shopping center, great selection of restaurants and shops. Beautiful outdoor shopping. Parking can be a challenge when its a heavy shopping day.
Concerts are held during summer time on Wednesdays, but after skipping COVID - 2020, people seem to become stupid and inconsiderate. Previously people would sit around the fountain, but unfortunately its not an option as some with chairs lean their chairs against the fountain walls. After being asked, Shanika from Palladio security indicated will walk before the concerts begin to ensure people put their chairs away from the fountain walls to allow enough space for people to sit as before and the space not be wasted. We shall see.
Nice place to walk around and go to the movies or a restaurant or go shopping.
Always clean, quiet and great environment. Good stores to walk around and grab some good. Specially on a summer day.

Theres a good selection of stores, including Nordstrom rack, Sephora, Victorias Secret, Whole Foods, etc. But the parking lots are confusing and its very hot walking outside because everything is so spread out.

Folsom is mushrooming south of the freeway and this is likely to increase traffic even more than it is today. Be alert when driving so you do not kill anyone.BE CAREFUL CROSSING STREETS.A car ran a stop sign and hit me in the crosswalk between Kirkland’s and the Iron Point Parking Structure on 2019-08-02 and fled the scene. The driver was quite surprised when I met her in the garage a moment later and didn’t seem to realize she hit me and had bent her driver-side mirror on my body. The woman was clearly not lucid and may have been inebriated because she could not speak more than a couple words coherently and in retrospect seemed to act the part perfectly. The police suggested I contact MY insurance company because vehicle laws are not enforced on private property. Very thankful I wasn’t killed walking to the parking structure after lunch at Whole Foods...PARK LEGALLY.It is not fair to disabled people to block the crosswalk ramps to wait for shoppers. It is also wrong for able-bodied frauds to use disabled parking merely because they are too lazy to walk a few extra feet. Many disabled persons dream of being able to enjoy walking those extra few feet. Think of them when parking is tight and you don’t “feel” like walking a little with your kids.Always remember there are cameras everywhere...
Open welcoming environment, thought-provoking sculptures, and a grand classy architecture, with a bevy of boutiques, salons, food spots of every kind, as well as the popular (I assume) SeaQuest attraction. Tastefully placed park benches enable goers to relax and enjoy the enriching scenery, as well as one bench next to Nordstrom Rack that offers a breathtaking sunset view.
Nice upscale shopping area, with COVID-19 seemingly on the wane, looks like some great shops
We love the Cinema West theater at Palladio. Clean, comfortable, and a lot of movies and times to choose from.

Try to pass out some card had the mofia stop me. Very strict rules at there location. I would not recommend the establishment.

Its a huge shopping neighborhood, overpriced goods in fancy stores, surrounded by a nice park like walk. Some good food places scattered about. Parking is hit or miss.

Great theater, the places is clean, and I love the fact that tickets are only $5 on Tuesday. The only comment I have was that the screen in screen 14 had a visible mark or tear down the middle, which made the experience distracting. I made the comment to the manager there, and he was responsive, which is why I kept this review 5/5, hopefully it has been fixed by now.
Loved it, Ive never seen such a beautiful place. Everything from department stores to restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance.

Love this mall! Absolutely beautiful! Has brick roadway throughout, all the stores you can imagine. Nicely set up. Close to freeway, restaurants and other town centers. Fairly new mall.

Has the nicest Barnes & Noble location Ive ever seen, even has a dine in restaurant thats not too bad!

Excellent prices, great movies. The sound system and movie screen size is awesome, and very high quality. The seats in the theatre are very comfortable, recline, and give you plenty of space. A great place to go with friends! Just make sure you bring a lot of money, the tickets and snacks are pricey!
The Palladio is fine, but Victorias Secret left a very bad taste in our mouths. We arrived about 8 mins before the stores closure and just needed very basic items that were not going to take too long to pick out, purchase, and leave before their closure. The attendant at the entrance was very rude and curt. We knew that we still had time but her demeanor was very unprofessional. She started monitoring our moves, while whispering about us through her headset, underneath her mask. She thought that we couldnt hear her but we did. We just had to leave. Two days later were opted to go to the Arden Fair Victorias Secret who were very welcoming, helpful, and made sure that every customer was enjoying their shopping experience. Never again will we recommend the Palladios Victorias Secret.
A beautiful open air mall with anything & everything you can imagine. Shopping, businesses, restaurants etc. Very nice and easy to navigate

Parking was more convenient than expected and there were desirable shops that I was unaware of. I visited Starbucks and was very pleasantly greeted. The large cushioned chairs coupled together with a small table in between are very inviting and promote intimacy in conversation. I liked that.I also shopped at Whole Foods, as Im from Elk Grove and we are deprived of it out there, so I greatly enjoyed wandering around and finding things Im not used to seeing elsewhere. I also love the set up of Palladio. Its sort of like a quaint little city. I wish Delta Shores had been constructed similarly.
The hangout I always wanted as a teenager. Great options for a cozy movie night, tasty food options, the beautiful bookstore, rad clothing shops for plus sized folk like myself...a good time really! Whats not to love?! Also I get a giggle from their horse statues every time. Adorable.

The Palladio is a great place for all age groups. Theres no shortage of great stores to shop in and great food to eat here. On top of that the Palladio is always extremely clean and well kept. If you are looking for something fun to do on a sunny day, look no further.
Great place to check out
Quick headline, best Date movie theatre Ive ever been to. Recliners, full bar, good food, no kids. If you want to impress that special person and enjoy a film at the same time this is your best bet. That being said the seats are comfortable and recline the food is delicious and the wait staff is friendly and attentive, however, the screens are small. Yet, it fits the intimate size of the theatres. I highly recommend this theatre if the company is the point and the film is secondary.
Went to the movie theater there. Large theater with reclining seats. Loved it. Then stopped at Buckhorn BBQ next door which was delicious. We had time to walk around. Its a charming place and I found several new stores I will check out next time. Only wish it had more parking.
Decent place to shop for women. Mens stores are few and far between.Food is hit and miss, but the two places next to the movie theatre are great.
Decent place to go shopping. The only place I really go to is the Barnes and Nobles, which is really nice and the cafe is great for a coffee or light snack. A lot of the other shops are to do with clothes and/or fashion.
This is my first time at this shopping center. WOW! Lots of great sites to shop in. I found a incredible dress shop that had some night life, sexy and party dresses.
Very good theater. High quality sound, screen, the theater really just puts you inside the movie, especially with the new d-box feature it which the seat moves with what is going on in the movie. Very great theater, shows how many advances people have made in technology and media.

Great little center with parking
A lovely place to walk around with family and friends. Delicious places to have lunch, dinner, and desserts. Great sales to shop for clothes. And the movie theater has warm and buttery popcorn to enjoy a movie.

Good seats. Good service. Good offerings. Affordable tickets. The surrounding arra has a lot of offerings as well. They also do older movies on a regular basis which is something I always look for in a theatre. I recommend this theatre.
I love palladio.. great places to eat, to be entertained, and do top quality shopping. You would think Parking is an issue.. but its not.. I go there at least once a week for something or other.

A very nice place to just hang out and shopping. It has theater and a bunch of food places to eat.The mini park in the middle of shopping malls is a pretty place to walk around in the evenings with all lights around and sometime if you get lucky you can find bands performing.
Although the storefronts are not full yet (lots of room for growth) the shopping center is clean and very walkable even in the Folsom heat with some great restaurants, movie theaters, and book store.
Love this place. Food places everywhere. Workout at Orange Therapy and Serenity Spa. Shopping for everyone, from eyeglasses,, pampering, to gifts at Kirklands, clothing and lingerie shopping, coffee places Starbucks and Barnes and Nobles) to Sushi and yogurt and chocolates, and even outdoor beer at Whole Foods, Banking (BofA) right there, and movie theatre too. A must go to for all my family and my teenage daughter loves it here too. Lots of Photo Ops here. I just always feel beautiful shopping, or simply walking around Palladio. Lol, but its true.

If youre heading up to Tahoe. East Bidwell is one place you need to stop for food and gas. before you head up the mountain. everything a person could need in one huge Shopping Center. clean, friendly, secure parking, fast food restaurants or sit down restaurants. camping supplies. movie theater. gas diesel.
A great place to hang out or walk or grab something to eat. A family friendly place.Many great stores. Plenty of parking.During summer time they have live music every Wednesday. Also have other events throughout the year.
Great Outdoor Shopping Mall for the Whole Family! Parking can get difficult at times. Lots of good places to eat and shop! Also catch a movie there too! Highly Recommended and great Outdoor fun!
There is ample parking which leads to a bit of a hike from store to store because its an outdoor mall but there is a lot of selection and as far as retailers go. Really good access. And the stores inside the Palladio have excellent space meaning that you can get around really easy and you dont feel crowded.
Wife had great time shopping
Whole foods is one of my favorite places to grocery shop. It is expensive but the meat, fruits and vegetables are very fresh and appetizing plus you can sit down enjoy a good beer and eat great food. Definitely a five star rating!
