If you are thinking about a Harley Davidson purchase I cant recommend Folsom Harley Davidson enough. They are fine people there! I was welcome, folks said hello, answered my questions, and took me through my first HD purchase without a hitch. Demo rides were a breeze. A great group of people there, and they deserve the business. Check them out!

Ordered bike that was supposed to be here mid October. Never showed. Original bike was supposed to be held until Tuesday but was sold. I guess they needed a deposit. I wish they told me !! I called and left a message with the owner or manager. No response.

Recently took the beginner course and had so much fun!! Chris and Oli are awesome instructors! I loved how knowledgeable and patient they were, if youre looking to learn to ride I HIGHLY recommend learning with them!

From the Sales Staff to the Guys at the Parts counter they have been great every time Ive been into the dealership!

The dealership overall was pretty nice. Went there for a bike show and nothing but Harleys won awards. They should just call it a harley show if they are going to be biased towards them.

I was interested in purchasing a 2021 Low Rider S. I used the chat feature and was contacted by phone by Will Dean for an appointment. I ended up not going in person and explained my situation and terms with Will. He worked with me over the phone/text and provided me with my payment options and trade-in details.Will was able to make the deal happen by conforming to the terms I have provided him. He diligently worked with his sales manager, Andy, who was also great.I ended up coming in to finalize the deal the same day and am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Folsom Harley-Davidson.I am glad that I got to work with Will Dean, and he got the job done! I have tried working with a different Harley dealership and they could not conform to my terms and close the deal.

Had a warranty issue with my 2020 FXBB where the battery expired way earlier than it should have. Called HOG roadside and they took it to Folsom HD, closest to my house. Ryan in service contacted me the second my bike arrived there, and kept me in the loop the entire time. They replaced my battery under warranty super quick and I was smiling down the road on my bike again. Folsom HD will now be my go-to for all service on my bike. Everyone there was kind, welcoming and seemed appreciative that I even took my bike there. Excellent experience!

Had my doctors appt friday in fair oaks. Rode my streetbob in from alameda. It was 109 at 2pm. My bike was making a strange noise. After my dr appt took it to folsom harley and they found my belt was on to tight. They loosened it and she ran like bently ever since. I will never ride in to sac when its 109 ever again. Almost got heat stroke. Thanks again to all the service crew at folsom harley.

This shout out goes out to Ryan and all the guys in the Service Dept. Y’all are THE best. Have a ‘94 Fatboy and the rear tire blew last July. Since I’m a single father raising 2 kids full time I had to wait to save up some dough to get my baby fixed. Finally got the money together, and Ryan gets me an appointment for a Saturday. Had to trailer her in with my brothers help. Drop her off at around 10-1030am. Ryan called me about noon to let me know my battery has to be replaced, which I suspected. And I figured that would be the last call for the day. Nope! Ryan calls me back about 40 minutes before closing and tells me she’s all done! LESS THAN A DAY! I raced down to pay my tab and pick up my baby and they even cleaned her for me!!! You want to talk about awesome service? You won’t get any better than the guys at Folsom HD.

Took my 2019 Ultra Limited in for its 20K service today. The bike runs like new! In and out in one day. The service writer and technician took care of every concern, including a few issues I didnt know about. They even fixed a couple of things at no extra charge. Good value, great service. Its always nice to know youre in good hands with Folsom HD. That extra level of confidence on the road means a lot.

Great location. Big store with a lot of sale items. Great costumer service. A lot of nice looking bikes to choose from. Salesman Phil Harris, took time to listen and talk to me. Phil provided me with some information that i wasnt aware of. They also have a good deal of used bikes on the sales floor. I will come back for my bike needs and when i decide to make my upgrade, i will return. Youll have a Great time at this location.

I was looking for a used Harley Davidson. Andy was awesome, He took his time showing me several bikes. Finally after a 10 period the perfect bike came in. After I took delivery there were some issues that came up. Ryan and Andy took into consideration that I had not put very many miles on the bike. It was repaired perfectly! Thank you very much! I actually live in Southern California, but the parts department had a difficult to find accessory in stock for my Road Glide. They bent over backwards (thanks Jason and the manager who got me into their system), so that I could get something I couldnt get down here due to HD backorder issues. 5 star service for an out-of-towner!!!Gonna have to pay a visit and get a shirt. You guys rock!

Clean friendly and organized atmosphere. Happy to continue using their services. Except for One Bad Apple in the parts department. That person has a bad attitude like they think theyre better then you. And better than the work that they do.

These guys are the best! We were on a trip and a tire wore much faster than we expected on the twisty mountain roads so we called late and they were able to fit us in the next morning and replace the tire and rear brakes by noon ! We were back on the road safely and made it home by days end!

I read a lot of the reviews on this site, someone taking about the Sac Harley store, please, those people were so pushy. Now on to my experience at the Folsom Harley, oh, and for the ones complaining no one to help you when you walked in? in the Retail World we all need to have a whole lot of patiences. I called different dealers before I showed up at Folsom to buy a Street Bob, as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted, and maybe if some of you would not walk in with an attitude, like someone owns you something? your experience would had been better. Andy-Bob-Phil went out of their way to make sure everything went smooth for me, I even had them taking parts off another bike to put on mine, we can do that they replied, and did, and I was also accompanied by Andy over to the part s area to see if they had a lowing shock. I also had my puppy with me that day and when Andy found out he said, bring your puppy inside into my AC office (hope that wasnt suppose to be a secret? So maybe if people would treat others with respect upon arrive, you may just get some back. I loved all their attitudes, and their business skills. Now that bought a Street Bob from Folsom, we shall see from there? but I dont think they all would be someone else when I walk in again. Thanks guys for everything-I will be riding with you soon.(:

The folks at the front desk are always really nice, welcoming shoppers into the store. Because I ride about 20,000 miles a year, I spend a good bit of time over at the parts counter. Those guys are extremely helpful at helping me find the parts I need, and once even came out to the parking lot with me to diagnose an electrical issue. Definitely the best place to buy oil and filters.Service department is okay, but theyre usually busy, and labor rate is the highest Ive seen for a motorcycle shop. On the other hand, they have free coffee, and a lobby full of good Harley-related reading material.

I bought a 2012 Street Glide from Steve. I kept asking questions about this particular bike and took the time to walk me through all the options on two different days. When I decided to sell my Jeep in May I knew exactly what to expect when I showed back up with a down payment in hand. I did try two other dealers but the fact I wasnt ready to buy resulted in no one wanting to take the time to work with me. As far as I am concerned, Steve and Harley-Davidson of Folsom is where I will buy from my next bike at too, just great people to deal with and they make you happy because you can tell that they aim to make a customer for life, not just a motorcycle sale.

I should preface this review with my husband has over 90k on his bike, he knows it very well. He always uses HD parts and service. Normally we go to Sacramento Harley for our service needs as thats where we purchased. Were going to try out the service department. Well keep you updated. Merchandise and parts are normally well stocked and the customer service is good. Today we discovered that when they put the seat back on after repairs they must have lost the original bolt holding down the seat, because they replaced it with a screw that broke and has scratched the fender. NOT quality work. If you love your bike, you may want to take it to Sac Harley. I will attempt to add photos. Lets see how the customer service is in the shop is. We will keep you updated...Update: Butch from the shop listened to the complaint, gave us the part to repair the bolt and a free oil change. Thank the Lord my husband needed to remove his seat to jump his battery, thats when he discovered the broken screw. This could have been a real disaster. We just rode up to Marksville this Saturday. Im thankful my husband knows his bike well. Next time hell give it a good look before bringing it home.

I traded in my 2011 Sportster, felt that I was a little big for it.I had been working with Jordan Kimball, who helped me with crunching the numbers as well pick out a bike that I would love. Hes very eager to help and make sure that your happy, I would say Its not often you come across someone who goes out of their way to make you happy and comfortable . He even toke me for tacos after I the deal was done and I was able to ride off the lot. Its my great pleasure to work with him.
