Holiday did a great job repairing the damage on my car and detailing for delivery. However, communication was not good. I expected the vehicle to be finished in five days as told to me at the time of the estimate. My car was in the shop for eight business days and a weekend. I felt that I was reaching out for information when the collision department should have kept me better informed.

These guys are awesome. The repairs were done on time without sacrificing quality work or attention to details. The staff were amazing friendly and answed any questions I had in a professional manner. I would definitely come back to do business with this body shop again. They also washed and vacuumed the vehicle before it was returned to me.

Work done on my vehicle was excellent. Communication about my vehicle was not good. Originally scheduled to be there 10 days but was there for over 3 weeks.

I had my car body repaired with them years ago. Unfortunately I had some paint bubbling around that area. Its was probably 6 or 7 years later. It was outside of their paint warranty, but the manager met me on the price. Car looks nice! Even detailed it for me! Thank you!

Well I hit my 1yr old truck with my trailer and thought i messed my painted bumper up. Took it to the Holiday Body Shop and the lady at the desk took a look and said she thinks the paint that transferred from the trailer might come off. About 10 mins later she came in and got me. She said it came off and then took me out to look at it. WOW!! Couldnt believe what i was seeing. All that was left was a very very faint scrape mark. Not even noticeable at all. Im ecstatic. Couldnt thank her enough. Super great job and thank you again for the help.

Very prompt Service. Sales took care of us with a Loaner Truck as well which we appreciated. Our Vehicle ended up being a Total Loss. Repaired trim above tailgate after my garage door shut on my car. They even fixed two minor areas on other spots of my car:). My car was returned vacuumed and washed. They even straightened out the weather tech liner in the back of my car. The final cost was under the estimate. I would highly recommend their service!

I recently had body work done at holiday automotive on my truck. The work they did was good, they lacked on their communication by not keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, but the repairs they did were pretty good almost as good as factory qualify. Would recommend.

What I appreciated most was the care they took to clean and sanitize the interior of my vehicle. The quality of body work was top notch also. Paper work was totally efficient.

Poor communication. Was bounced around to a lot of departments. Didnt get a call when the parts came in to schedule. Didnt get any paperwork after the work was completed.

My experience at Holiday Collision Center was a nightmare.I was told that it would be the fastest way to go,they submit the estimate for you.That was a week ago Im still waiting for the estimate to be submitted.Not very happy,very disappointed to say the least.

Was said to have fixed the rust but the paint is all bubbled up. Not happy at all!
