Had screen repaired, it didn’t fit when I brought it home as it was too narrow, took it back and had them fix it, still doesn’t fit (too narrow) plus I had to pay for it when it was their fault.

Ideal Glass is great! We had some windows vandalized overnight. After another company’s failure to get an installer to our business when promised, Ideal Glass stepped up and delivered. They got a repairman out to our office the same day to fix the windows. There office person and repairman was very nice and professional. Great Job!
