Advance Auto Parts is the best mens auto parts store in Fondy. I rated AutoZone 5 stars too, but Advance Auto Parts has better customer service and better product prices than AutoZone, plus they wont spam your email. This is a great business well worth 5 stars. Check em out or a giant centipede will crawl across your face when youre sleeping tonight!

Decent place but better to do your research before going in and just know what you need. Staff generally doesnt know and doesnt help much with actions of the items. All in all generally friendly staff for purchasing the auto supply you may need and they have a lot of different supplies to meet all your needs.

As a former employee, I know that they have a friendly staff, who must go through a lot of training to move up. They dont pay well enough for dealing with some of their customers.The products are on par with competitors, lots of Chinese made stuff to bolster profits.

If they dont have your part they will order it and it will get there in days.

Had a poor experience at my local Milwaukee store, and decided to try this location to make things right. I was sold a certain type of headlight bulb at another store, but theyve burnt out twice in the past 8 months. Troy explained I was sold a poor quality bulb and allowed me to return my defective product for a much better replacement. I was pleasantly surprised with how easily he made the transaction, and truly went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Troy was a pleasure to deal with, and I will recommend this location to others. Its hard to find good customer service these days, its alive and well at this store!

I go here for as much of my car supply shopping i can. Most of the time i receive excellent service starting as soon as i walk through the door. Occasionally they get backed up and i end up waiting a while for help, but its always worth the wait!

They helped beyond just ringing me up. Gave me info on what needed to be done for replacing my automatic antenna. Very friendly and not condescending.

This particular location runs on minimal staff all the time and wait time in line is ridiculous.

Rented Ball joint tool kit on Sunday afternoon, paid cash. Brought in around 12:30 pm on Monday and told they do not have enough cash in house to refund me, and offered no other help..just that the will call me when they have cash in store. I asked for management and or district manager... nothing.. was told they could not do anything til cash came into store. So i had to wait untill 7pm this eve to get refund...keep in mind this was $240..not just $5 or $10 bucks..PERHAPS Store manager should try a little harder and at least try to make something happen. I am small business owner and have multiple trucks that needs repairs often..my money will be spent elsewhere.

Had a battery go bad in 3 months. They refused to warranty it and said the battery was good and I must have another issue. Went across the street to the competition and bought a battery from them. Problem solved. Havent had any issues since.

Poor service, if the part is not in front of them in the computer they give up quickly. Iv had it twice now where Iv called a different parts store and got the part fine after Advanced told me they couldnt get it because it was a dealer only part.
