I felt like a VIP. They had 4 trucks ready to go for me to test and the transaction was fair without the typical trickery. Definitely would recommend. *Update* - The buying experience was definitely solid, but after I drove the vehicle home I happened to check the oil the next day and it was 3 quarts low! I sent a message to my sales associate who forwarded me to service. When I contacted service they said they would look into it and have never called me back. After adding the 3 quarts the vehicle has not consumed any additional since so my only assumption is that when they took it in, they did not properly fill it with oil. I would consider going back again in the future however they did not handle this situation very well.

Come drive 5hrs Dylan said, you wont go home empty handed .... we didnt. Straight up with our deal, high quality inventory, great response about every nagging question we had. Unbelievable prices and quality vehicles. I purchased a 2012 Ford F350 dually from Lenz back in 2014. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada and flew all the way out to pick it up (sight unseen). There description was right on in their ads. There was no bartering with the price, I was fine with that (it was $26k. cheaper than in Canada). Sales people went out of their way to answer any questions that I had. The truck was clean, fuelled up,and it also had 30 days of registration for me to get back to Canada in. We recently bought a like-new Suburban (2020 with 24,000 miles) from Lenz. We live approximately 1 1/2 hours away so I spoke with our salesman before making the drive to make sure the vehicle we wanted to look at was available. Our phone conversation was great and I felt confident in taking the time to make the drive. We appreciated how fast everything went while we were there, especially since we had our kids with us. It was great that we were able to trade-in and buy a new vehicle all in the same afternoon. Unfortunately we’ve had nothing but problems with the vehicle - it has had to go to our local dealer three times since purchasing less than two months ago for repairs. Once Justin got word of our troubles he took the time to talk with me and review their service records and made me feel better about the fact they are flukey fixes. He also offered to have a vehicle large enough to fit our family of six sent down should my Suburban need additional repairs in the future which is a huge gesture and greatly appreciated, especially since rentals with three rows of seats can be difficult to secure on short notice!

I bought a used Chevy Tahoe from Lenz this week. Excellent dealer to work with. Very efficient operation. I found the truck on their website. I drove to the store, took a test drive, was approved for financing, and signed the paperwork all in less than 90 minutes. Zach was my sales consultant, and he is a straight shooter all the way. No-haggle pricing, and, so I wouldnt have to make a second trip up there, they delivered the truck to my house in Wind Lake at no charge. The two fellows that delivered the truck were very friendly and right on time.

But Charlotte was very kind right from the start. She got back to me right away and when I came in to see the truck she was very nice and helpful. Last year we bought a 2019 low mileage used Camry through Lenz Auto. Skip Parent was our salesperson. Skip was easy to work with. We live in Green Bay, so it was a bit of a drive, but, worth it. The Internet price was no haggle and a great price on the car. We knew what we were buying and the car has been great. Lenz had the car cleaned up nicely when we picked it up. We enjoyed the seamless experience with Lenz and Skip. We would definitely shop with them again.
