Five stars for the whole experience; from walking in the shop to sleeping on the mattress.Worked with Edward picking out the mattress and he helped my wife pick out the exact one she was looking for her needs.The real test came when the mattress was delivered and placed into the bedroom on the second floor. The house is over 100 years old, the stairs are narrow and steep. Big shout out to the two delivery guys, Im sad to say I dont know their names but one of them was 64 and the other one wearing an army hat, they did a fantastic job! Super careful and very quick, they were in and out so fast I barely had time to thank them. So thanks for making this a great experience for us ☺️

I bought 2 beds with adjustable frames. When I made the purchase on Monday August 9 I informed the saleman that the beds had to be delivered by August 12. My wife is being released from rehabilitation center where she was recovering from a leg amputation. The salesman assured me it would be delivered on August 12. I brought this up a number of times and each time was assured it would happen. I just received a call from Mattress Firm telling me they cant deliver my wifes bed unti August 13. I spent well over 3 thousand dollars with this business and was assured that it would be delivered on the 12th. I dont see myself ever doing business with Mattress Firm again.

Ed was super patient with us as we tried to pick out the perfect mattress. We were indecisive and went back and forth and he just let us without complaining. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped educate us. I honestly learned so much about how I sleep and aligning my body correctly with a pillow. The other gentleman working also gave us helpful suggestions from his experiences. They were super patient also with our kids, which is a huge plus in my book! Plus bed was in stock and is getting delivered next day! We cant wait for a great night sleep!

Many other brands to choose from besides what I did. They have Sealy & Serta as well, may have others too, but Ive been leaning toward Temperpedic for sometime. So disappointed with bed we bought 3 yrs ago almost to the day, it was originally a $ 1700. mattress. Purchased elsewhere filed complaint with Co., due to Covid they didnt respond for months, then they finally sent 2 people to take pictures of all tags & mattress...1 of them said they usually send bright pink embroidery floss, that day they were given white to hold across a white mattress, clearly it wouldnt show the unlevelness of the mattress. The end determination by the well known manufacturer claimed that there wasnt anything wrong with it, so we have been basically to put it nicely stuck with it. I have no problem informing people where not to purchase brand, or buy any furniture &/or beds there. I thought they were reputable manufacturer & store. I personally will never set foot in that particular store &/ or purchase another bed from that manufacturer.Thank you...sorry about rant regarding last purchase made elsewhere. So much for their 10 yr. warrenty, nothing but a worthless piece of paper. So happy we now have Mattress Firm in Fond du Lac!

Cameron is a fantastic sales man. I never felt pressured or anything, he is very easy to talk to and seems to really care what we were looking for and the price point we were at. To be honest I went in there only looking to see what my body liked in a bed and then I was going to go online and buy a bed but with the interaction with him and the great customer service I experienced I will never go back to online.

I went into the store to find a new mattress for my daughter for college. Not looking to spend a lot of money. Our salesman, Edward, was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and found us a great mattress and frame at a great value. He misquoted on the price of the frame so he gave us the quoted price anyway which was a bonus really.

Bought a bed for my teenage son on Friday at the Fond du Lac store and the salesperson was super helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had the size bed and style bed we needed and waived the delivery charge when they couldn’t get it to us for a week and a half. That delivery time is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 by the way.
