Talked with Kevin Tillman on the phone and set up an appointment to come in the following day to see him and a truck I inquired upon. The next day Kevin greeted us at the front door and made me and my daughter feel right at home. Offered us something to eat and drink. We briefly small talked and then proceeded to discuss my trade and vehicle I was looking at. We agreed upon price and trade and made the deal. Kevin took the truck had it cleaned and gassed up then proceeded to help me with some of the set up options it came with. I can not express how easy and enjoyable it was working with Kevin and the rest of the staff.

I can’t say enough how patient Joe was with us! I felt like I kept changing my mind between vehicles. I never felt pressured and he was upfront and honest about everything!! This is the first vehicle I’ve bought from a dealership in over 10 years and I’d definitely go back for another! My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience today at Holiday Automotive. All of the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. We worked with Dan, who did an exceptional job helping us find what we were looking for and gave us all of the information we could possibly need and want all while being incredibly nice and very personable. But Russ in finance really went above and beyond. If I could leave a 10-star review for him, I would! He did everything he could for us and got us financing even though there were lots of hoops to jump through for us. I could tell he really valued us and wanted to make things happen and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated all he did for us!! He worked so hard behind the scenes to ensure we were well taken care of and really made us feel like we were worth his time. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

My daughter took the car in for oil change and tire rotate. No tire sensor lights on, when she picked up car after they rotated tires one of the tire pressure sensors was lit. When she asked about it they said it was nothing they did and quoted her a very high price to fix. Not the quality of service I am use to at Holiday. I will have a local shop replace the sensor for half the price. Not sure if we will go back for next oil change?

Everyone here was amazing. I live in Milwaukee and found the car I wanted online. Not realizing it was in Fond du Lac almost made me avoid looking at it. I worked with Kevin and he was hands down the best. He didn’t force anything on me and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend shipping here and working with Kevin. I’m happy to be apart of the holiday family. I’d drive the hour there any day to work with them again.

My car was having issues, holiday assessed the issue and called us to verify fixing the problem. It was fixed properly and they notified again that the car was ready for pick up. When getting the car I noticed it was quickly washed and a light vacuuming in the front. Thank you for that!

I hate this place more and more with each visit. Last oil change, they didnt screw the cap on properly and oil blasted all over my engine on the drive home, very nearly starting my engine on fire. This visit, was told oh yeah, we can get you right in, theres no wait currently. After a half hour, the same employee comes up to me and says Im very sorry, but its going to be another 30 to 45 minutes before we can get you in because an appointment is running late.... As there was currently 2 wide open bays and employees just standing around all over the place. I originally bought my car from this place, and Im never going back.

Friendly, honest and make you feel like you’ve know them forever and that they truly care! Huge selection to chose from and all priced great too! I made my appointment online, when I arrived at the quick lube, I was notified that my appointment was at the service center. I didnt think it was a big, then it take almost 2 hours. And then I had to wait longer for a car wash that wasnt done well. When it was time to pay, I asked why the oil change and tire rotation is a different price everything I have my oil changed and tire rotated. The response was oh I guess the quick lube has better pricing on the rotate and oil change. Why would it cost me more? I didnt make the appointment for the service center, when we take our Ford Explorer in, the services are cheaper. Its horrible service to charge different prices at the quick lube, Chevy service center and the Ford service center. I will not be back for another service, its not acceptable not to know what the charges will be.

Nothing like driving four hours one way and showing up half an hour early after setting up a viewing, being told twice a car was available only to get there and see a red SOLD sign sitting on the windshield. Oh actually that car was sold yesterday. Cool then why did you send an email at 8:47 AM confirming the viewing? Somebody tried to call you last night Oh you mean the voicemail saying the car was available?Ive never even heard of somebody receiving customer service this bad in my life. What a joke.

Was impressed with the way my salesperson and staff presented themselves. I didnt feel pressured at any time which I appreciated. Very nice people. They gave me a fair trade and my best part of this purchase I didnt have to play the game of back and forth to the manager while trying to deal. My only negative was that the truck doesnt have a couple of features I would have liked due to the chip shortage but I knew that going in and no reflection of this dealership. They will be my first stop on next car/truck purchase.

Andy was FANTASTIC! Walking into the dealership that day we didnt expect to come out with a new vehicle. Andy changed that for us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove which helped make our decision easier. Everything was a breeze. The communication between him and us was also great! Andy exceeded our expectations in this whole process. 20/10 would recommend a family/friend to go see him at Holiday Automotive. I dont know that well ever buy a vehicle from anywhere else just because of how great it was here with him. We also had the opportunity to work with Nick and his expertise in financing. He opened our eyes to a lot of options and made us feel confident in our decision. My experience from the time my husband and I entered the dealership was great. The salesman was very nice. He made sure we were comfortable and offered us something to drink, or popcorn or cookies. I really liked the no pressure way that I was treated. The Buick Escort that I purchased is exactly what I wanted, although a little intimidating at first, but getting more familiar with it. From start to finish the experience was excellent.

***Updated Review!*** My husband talked to Bobby and was told to leave a message if she didn’t answer. He may have said the vehicle was for me but never told Bobby he needed to check with me first, just that he needed to see if he could leave work early and telling her what time we would be there for a test drive and to start paperwork and that’s what he did. A simple phone call telling us the vehicle had sold would have prevented any of this from happening. The salesman we talked to upon arrival was just trying to sell us something from your lot, paying no mind to find something comparable. Also we were contacted via email the next day asking if we were still interested in the 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo Ultimate! We never received a call or email concerning our experience. The “communication” problem seems to be on your end! Instead of trying to make it seem like our issue maybe you should talk to Bobby and your team on the proper way to put thorough notes on a vehicle. I feel like we got a “bait and switch “ from this dealership and in return you make it sound like we are wrong. Thank you for responding but my original review stands. Shame on you for trying to blame us!I would give zero stars if I could! My husband had been looking at a specific used vehicle, when he called he was told he was being transferred to the salesperson for that vehicle. We live 45 minutes to an hour away, he left work early telling this “salesperson” we would be there before 6 for a test drive & to start paperwork. Turns out he actually talked to a receptionist not a salesperson! They sold the vehicle that afternoon and since we never talked to a salesperson they didn’t even know we were coming let alone call us. All I can say is MAKE SURE you are speaking to a salesperson but be warned, they may just sell the vehicle on you, not tell you and then try to push a completely different vehicle on you. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

It took a couple of phone calls to get the estimate and photos to my insurance company.Was told my truck would take about 5 day, got my truck back 15 days later. Greg told me for about a week there was no one to paint my truck. Was told the truck was done when I went to pick it up they were still working on it. I think Holiday grew the collision center to big without hiring enough people.

My car broke down on I-41 about 35 miles south of Holiday Auto at the start of the 4th of July weekend. It took 3.5 hours to get a tow out to my location. Must be a tow dead zone. Anyway, since I had time on my hands, I began searching for local repair shops, as I was about 150 miles from home. Found several, and after a few calls, got Buck at Holiday on the line. Got my car to Holiday, but wasnt going to be diagnosed until after the 4th weekend. No worries. Buck was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked through the door, called Enterprise car rental for me, and had me shuttled over to pick it up. Returned 6 days later, car was fixed and all is well. Many thanks to Buck and Heather, as well as the rest of your team.

Ok….I had made the mistake of showing up one day early for the work to be done on my car. Not only were they professional when they kindly told me I was not scheduled but then they told me, “no worries. We can fit you in”. Buck Dumanch is so good. Really. There are no words to describe how wonderful Buck and his team were to meet my needs, do it quickly and professionally. Customer service at its finest. Oh and let me remind you I was wrong coming a day early. Really happy they exceeded my expectations as you always do. Oh and Buck needs a raise. The service was excellent, but the GM oil filter used to replace my old one had a bad rubber seal and oil leaked all over the garage floor. The dealer was apologetic but it was still another 25 minute drive to go back and have it replaced. May have to think twice before going back.

I have now bought 3 cars from Holiday Automotive and every single time it has been the best experience. Seth at holiday Mazda did so great making sure that I found the vehicle that worked best for me and that I was happy. After most recently dealing with multiple other dealerships and then going back to holiday I will never buy from another dealership again. You can tell that they really value there customers and do everything they can to help you get into the perfect car. And the reliability of every used vehicle I have bought from them is unbeatable. The only thing I ever had to do on the vehicles over the years is regular maintenance, a battery after a couple years and new tires. Coming from Appleton I can definitely say like there Moto it is worth the trip!

I was treated in a very courteous manner and the entire experience at the dealership took about 2 hours which was pretty good. The advice I would give car dealers is to streamline the car buying process so it is FASTER. It usually takes too long. My salesman, Tony P., did everything he could to have papers ready ahead of time and to keep the process moving along. He appreciated that I drove over an hour to the dealership and I had a drive home. This was greatly appreciated.

My son and I found a truck Holiday had in stock on line. I replied to the chat box and made an appointment with a sales rep. We arrived a little late but as we pulled in the lot the 2021 GMC Denali was parked in front. We checked it out and went in and asked for Andy. He greeted us and offered us to test drive the truck. We both loved the truck. It took just a few minutes for Andy and Bill to put the deal together. To our surprise we left Holiday GMC an hour later in our new GMC Denali Black Diamond Edition . I had been having issues with Wireless Apple Carplay losing connection whenever my 2021 Blazer was restarted. They gave me a firmware update (only available via dealer) the first time. This helped, but didnt fix the problem. I spoke with Danny (who is great) and he asked me to bring my car back in and let them have it to research the problem with 2nd level techs at GM. Sorry, but I cant remember the name of the tech who worked on this, but he was terrific too! They determined a new radio would fix it, they installed it and it works great now! Thank you!

I’ll give them credit where credit is due. They have a great sales department. Loved buying from them, and they made me feel like they’d have my back on warranty even though I bought one of there lifted trucks. “We take care of our lifted trucks.” But after I dropped $45k and ran into problems, they ended up literally DENYING me service because they wouldnt fix it under warranty. So I took it to Gustman’s in Kaukauna and they replaced under warranty what ended up to be a blown motor with no questions asked! Overall the truck is trash! Hasn’t stopped breaking on me since! More warranty work! Truthfully, will never go to holiday again!

Im gonna start from the top. Ive never purchased a vehicle from a real dealership before, and I was pretty skeptical about doing so. I bought a fairly old Ford F150, I paid $13,800 for it in March. I had a set amount for a payment, and they were pretty good with working with me. My salesman was Tony, and initially I was pretty happy. Didnt get to drive it a whole lot due to Covid-19. Fast forward 6 months to September, Ive only put 3500 miles on, I take it in for servicing, I find out ball joints on both sides need replacing, and exhaust manifold is leaking. I was a bit disappointed, so I reached out to Tony. Tony did offer some input, but didnt seem to be that willing to help, which I was a bit disappointed by. Fast forward to October, the truck starts misfiring. I emailed Holiday pretty upset because of these issues and only putting 3,000 miles on the truck. Chad called me the next day and was willing to work with me on these issues, and he provided great quality service that I was expecting from a dealership that has reviews as good as Holiday does. I was ready to leave a negative review, but Chad came in and helped make it right. Overall Ive had a positive experience with them

This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Holiday and the people there are the exact reason I went back to purchase my second vehicle from them. From the time you walk into the door, you are made to feel welcome. There is no pushing, no rushing, no feeling like just another sale. Excellent service experience.I had to take my Cadillac in for a few repairs and was impressed from the time I booked my appointment to the time I picked the car up. Andrea was my service manager. The confirmation email i got 3 telling me to got 3 different spots. When I got there I went where I normally go then got told to go to another building. This isnt the first time this happened. We went to Holiday Mazda to start our search for a used car. Sales person, Alex, came out and greeted us, answered every single question we had without hesitation. We drove a used Mazda 6 and we loved it. Alex told us about the great deals on new Mazda’s. (I had no intention of buying new and I told Alex that). Well we drove a new one and loved that too! We ended up by the new one at basically the same price as the used, with all the incentives. We were there less than 1.5 hours and Drove away with a brand new Mazda 6.

Glad we stopped in at Holiday GMC, Joe Griese took great care of us, taking time to explain all the technology each candidate vehicle offered and demonstrations, when needed. Never felt rushed or pressured, just getting informed and answers to our questions. Along the way, (three visits) we were greeted with masked smiles and offered beverages and cookies. Each person we talked with was neatly dressed, friendly, informative and helpful. In the end, we got a terrific deal on a new GMC Acadia and again, shown all the features, Joe making sure we understood them before we drove off.
