I needed to get a handle for a wood stove brush that I previously purchased and an associate from a different department went to find someone who could answer my questions. I was very grateful, as I didnt know what was what about this. Plus she was able to to me where to find the other items I was looking for. Overall it was a good experience today. They had all the item I was looking for. No masks are required. Plus 11% off.

Decent staff, prices are higher than most other stores sadly, between home depot and Lowes and Fleet Farm, sadly the staff comes at you with a major attitude and will tell you to leave if you dont have a mask during the masking thing, telling people who were already done shopping to leave the store with a mask option telling them they cant shop there. Extremely rude... Woman at the exit yelling at a woman and her children cause the mother didnt have a mask and telling her with a check line full of obviously needed groceries that she cant purchase the items cause she doesnt have a mask and telling her to leave the store... Never ever have I seen such a thing... The children crying cause of her actions towards their mother..Sadly... I will not shop at this place anymore and I dont recommend anyone else... Go to Lowes Home Depot or Fleet Farm or... Worst case.... Walmart

Dont think about showing up without a mask. Vaccine or not they are all kinds of strict. Id like lower prices instead of having to mail in a rebate every single time I go. They make it out like its a special sale with an expiration soon, but they always have the rebate program. Call it what it is.

Liking Menards more and more lately. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. The store is well organized, clean and well lit. Shelves are stocked with what you came for. The stock yard is the same outside. One huge thing that I love is the sale price is automatic and for everyone. No apps, coupons or selecting some electronic offer and fumbling with your phone at checkout. The 11% rebate system has been simplified.

Got to the checkout and the cashier said she was not able to check me out unless I was wearing a mask. This does not happen at Lowes or home depot. So, thank you, Karina, for encouraging me not to visit the Fond Du Lac store again.

Everyone are so over wearing masks. While other states are opening up with a no mask mandate some how Covid has a different policy here. Seems pointless and unproductive. I and my company have gone to other places where masks arent mandatory and the employees and customers are happier. Corporate = Conformity... So sad...

Menards will no longer be receiving my buisness I have a medical condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask I have a hard enough time breathing as it is. the mask nazis told me to get out if I dont put on a mask I shouldve humored them and ended up passed out in one of the isles then I couldve filed a lawsuit that wouldve secured my retirement (if it didnt kill me)

Thanks, Don... talked to several associates about a storage shed and not a single person pointed me in the direction i needed to go. Left without a purchase. I’d train your employees to SHOW you where it is or at least find out what I need... Shed... not box...

Visit Menards in Fond Du Lac. The lady who helped me went out of her way to help me find something that online said they had 17. It was not on the floor yet. She was awesome. 10-20 eligible purchases at this location during rebate events. Did everything correctly and sent them in. Never received any rebate money or credits back. The company that handles them said theres no record I submitted any. Many other people report these types of issues. Menards scams guests out of money with rebates

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience at this specific Menards. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons. I was approached first by two different associates both said they are calling a manager(which I agreed they could do that and I would talk to that person) I got to the register with my products to buy and was told they WILL NOT check me out with out a mask. The manager came over and backed that up so I explained that i have a medical issue and he said we dont care you NEED a mask to be in the store. I have been to other Menards and have NEVER experienced this before needless to say Menards you have lost a very long time customer. Home depot and Lowes thank you for letting me shop and purchase items in your stores. Bye Menards!!!!!!

Still requiring people to wear a mask. With asthma, a mask compromises my O2 levels.6/26. I went to menards and had my mask only across my mouth. An employee told me that I had to cover my nose. I was in the gardening area which was garage doors open to the outside. Plenty of fresh air. Since I didnt want to have a heart attack I chose to leave. He said that he only has 1 1/2 lungs and they are required to wear masks for 12 hours.

Always great service if they screw something up they will fix it. I shop occasionally at Lowes and home Depot always higher prices, just go there because the products that they have are not available at Menards. Cant beat 11% rebate.Dont cry about the mask because your going to have to wear them now anyways everywhere.

Getting tired of the forced mask wearing. Menards isnt a health care facility, its a hardware store on steroids. Im avoiding the store as much as possible. The employees are still kind and helpful when asked but just let me shop and Ill worry about my own health.

Was overcharged ($120 for 2 packs of shims, lol) on accident. Went to the service desk to get it fixed, and forgot one of my bags at the register. Came back and it was gone. Manager checked the camera, and sure enough the next customer saw my stuff and took it.My own fault, I left it. Went to go purchase the stuff I had left again, and the manager said to just check it in with him and we were square. No need to purchase it again.Such a better experience than dealing with Beaver Dam Menards. Worth the trip from Waupun.Also, love the mask requirement. Only reason I went out was because they take it seriously.

We ordered a patio door and had it shipped unfortunately the screen door was missing... called the shipping department said yes it was still there and they would ship it out... day 8 still no door so called again spoke to a supervisor and that same day Rocky one of r he managers personally bought me the door was awesome thanks Menards

I placed an order for four Jeldwen replacement pocket windows on April 24th. They were suppose to be delivered in four to five weeks. They were delivered on June 12th. I was fine with this delay due to COVID 19 shut downs taking place. My issue is that screens did come with the windows. Menards is saying I won’t get them until November, or December. There is nothing Menards can do about it. I don’t even get a call back from Jeldwen. Learn from my mistake. Order from somewhere else that will stand behind what they sell!

I saved more money and then spent more money on random items I did not need.

We went to Menards to find a new snow shovel and to get ice melt the store was stocked with the items we needed at the price we wanted to pay. this is an older store but it is kept up reasonably well. The staff was busy trying to restock after Black Friday they are usually friendly and willing to help you or direct you to someone who can .

On Sat 11-23-19 I went to my local Menards in Fridley Minnesota to get a few pieces of bullnose tile. It was discontinued! The clerk showed me that your store had what I needed and gave me the direct number for flooring. I contacted your store and got the best clerk! She found what I needed, (put eyes on it) told me that shipping would be calling me in about an hour for shipping details. In 20 minutes they called me back, have me total cost and said it would be shipped Mon am. I received it Tuesday! Wrapped perfectly and no breakage! Customer service at its best! So appreciate it! Thank you.

Everything you need in a big box hardware store. Got my fittings I needed and was assisted by a very knowledgeable staff member to find the right ones as the selection was humungous. Picked up winter gear a hat gloves and warm socks and some snacks on the way out. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable
