These folks are great with your cell phones. I was pretty sad when my iPhone wouldn’t charge, but Abby and the guys at Batteries and Bulbs were able to pop it open and coax it into taking a charge! I just needed it to have enough charge to boot up and get backed up to the iCloud. That wasn’t an issue for Abby and the boys - They saved the day!This isn’t the first time they knew just what I needed. Several months ago I had questions regarding LED bulb types, and ALL of my questions were answered!LOVE THIS CREW!

Very pleased the staff was able to accommodate replacing my phone screen on rather short notice. The back screen broke during the process and I was displeased with the flip and condescending attitude of Abigail. However, manager Christian was extremely helpful in expediting the order of a replacement and staff picked up, fixed and delivered the phone very efficiently. That type of above and beyond service earns this store 5 stars.

Purchased a battery with free installation and the gal didnt know what she was doing but tried anyway and I asked before she did it if she was comfortable doing it because I got the vibe she was unsure but she said she knew what she was doing, lost my battery terminal nut because she took it all the way off. Finally I called my husband to come do it because there wasnt any supervisor to help her. She was very nice and apologetic but you really need to know what your doing. Sounds like she didnt get proper training. There was another guy there but wasnt trained to do it either and had a hard enough time giving my core refund back. Very disappointed !!!

The employee didnt change a battery in my view. Who knows what old battery he put in my key fob. They shouldnt do this in a back room

I love company just will never go back to this location. I needed smaller sized batteries for my door alarms. the standard sizeMenards even carrys them they are used in so meany items. I was told I needed to no the exact size. They would not even let me look at them to figure out what size i need.I WAS TOLD IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU NEED I DONT EATHER and would not even hear me out. So as far as the company there great but s tdd at away from this location .

Horrible customer service called made an appointment to get my phone fixed said it would be two hours. I dropped my phone off at my appointment time came back 2 1/2 hours later and they told me they never started it. They told me that appointments dont matter people that showed up after me came first. Glad I drove from thirty minutes away wait two and half hours to go home with broken screen.

There is no need for a public elevator at this location, all public areas of the store are at street level. Store is 100% handicapped accessible. If I need batteries for anything, even weird batteries, they have it in stock, or can get it in short order. They will also install batteries into your device at no charge. They have lots of answers for anything you may ask related to batteries, bulbs, and most electronic devices. They can also fix most busted cellphone screens. Shopping here saves me time, money, and frustration.

I ordered on-line and picked up at my local store. I bought some batteries and a key fob for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They could not get the key fob programmed with my vehicle. After several attempts the manager went back inside and got different key fob. He had no problem programming that one. My thanks to the manager and his staff for their knowledge and help in completing my purchase.

Dishonest...I had two Marine batteries tested that were fully charged and the guy working said they were bad. He didnt waste any time trying to sell me new ones. I got a bad vibe from guy, so I took them elsewhere and they were fine. 12.7 volts.

I had signed up for the life time key battery replacement over a year ago and yesterday the 6th I went in to get a new battery for my VW key. Neither of the two individuals who were working there could figured out how to open the key and told me to come back when someone else was working. I spent about 2 minutes on YouTube today and got the key open myself. Im rather curious what it is I actually paid for when I purchased the life time battery replacement.

Had a 9:30 am appointment to change battery on my cellphone.When the appointment was made I was told it would about 15 minutes. But; the person in charge to me I had to leave the phone and pick it up in 3-4 hours. So I walk out. Probably will NEVER stop at Batteries Plus again.
