By far one of my favorite Harley dealers! Been here a few times with our organization MVMA. The employees are absolutely the bomb! Always willing to help with a smile on their faces! Has a great selection of clothing for men and women along with other accessories. Just wish there were more in woman size 3W or 3X.

They wont service older bikes but then basically what dealership does any more? Open Road wont even mount a tire on older bikes if you buy a tire from them for your older bike. . Owners response Maybe you should buy a newer bike Good lord Tire servicing on a bike has changed very little over the years especially on a Harley. Wisconsin Harley IN Oconomowoc WI will install tires on the older bikes like mine. This proves Open Road only wants to try to get you to buy a newer bike from them

I ordered an internal gasoline for my 2001 Harley Davidson electric glade 6 weeks later still no part I went there today they said they tried to call me on May 25th When I got there they asked me if that was my phone number I said yes if you need parts dont get them from this place I was sad that they did not send me a letter to notify me of my part being in Correct phone number too lazy to call dont recommend this place at all i was told by parts manager that the ph did no go through so you didnt try again that is Y I am up set

I called this dealer looking for a hard to find part and they had it in stock. I spoke with cory in parts about possibly shipping the part to me due to the fact that I live in Illinois. I bought my first ever Harley from them and they made it such a wonderful experience from the time I went in there to look at their bikes, until I closed on the loan. Truly impressed by the superb service I received in every department. Just when I thought they couldnt top that, I reached out to them after noticing the neutral light didnt work, without missing a beat they right away asked when they could go pick up the bike. I got a call couple hours later saying the light had been fixed and the bike was ready to be dropped off. Again, nothing but friendly and superb service all along. You guys have earned a customer for life.

These folks are the best!!! My charging system when down in the middle of my 27 day road trip. The needed part was on National backorder for two weeks and I was looking at the bitter end to a great road trip. Pops and the other service manager huddled and came up with a plan to get me back on the road. They pulled the part (a stator) from a demo bike and put it into mine. I’m back up and running!! The brotherhood is alive and well!! I cannot thank them enough, you all rock!!

I have personally known Pete for over 15 years and worked for him back in his previous job. Petes (and Loris) word or hand shake is as good as gold. You can buy Harleys anywhere but when it comes time to decide which dealership, I can promise you, Open Road is the place to go! I live in Kansas City and bought my new Road Glide from Pete. We made modifications to it and Petes advice on what accessories needed to be added was spot on. It was ready to go promised when I got there to pick it up. Stopped in with what I believed to be a dying battery as it was hesitant on initial hitting of starter switch. Service tech insisted that an appointment was needed and a technician would need to do a diagnostic of entire bike to figure out the issue. Withheld doing such. Rode 30 miles south on 151 and service tech at other dealership diagnosed issue in 10 seconds just listening to starter. New battery. Problem solved without possibly hours labor charged figuring I was just born last night. Unless you have money to burn find another dealership. This was where I bought my bike and Ill never step in door again.

It was an awesome experience being able to see and hear all the beautiful bikes!! They had an awesome band playing, as well as an AMAZING body painter. She did an amazing job on body painting me! I purchased a new Street Glide from Open Road in 2007. After riding it for two years, I upgraded the original motor to a 107 cubic inch. The service department here is above the rest when it comes to high performance. It was like riding a different bike from the moment I got back on the seat. I could not believe the power and performance that I had with my bike. I rode problem free for the next two years. Going into my third year with the 107 motor I had a problem with using oil. After the service department looked into the problem, I was informed that I may need some major repairs. No Worries was the attitude taken on at that moment. Both Scott and Wheels in service got me up and running in less than three days. They ended up completely rebuilding my engine, and the best part was no cost to me! That is what sets this dealership apart from others. They will stand behind what they sell, even if it ends up costing them. You just dont find that these days. Just remember, you can find a Harley for sale just about anywhere these days, but I guarantee you will never find the service and caring about your bike like you will at Open Road.

After almost 3 years of enjoying my 09 Heritage purchased at Open Road H-D, I wanted to upgrade the cables and handlebars and immediately knew that Open Road was the right place to do that. I live in the Chicago area, travel throughout the Midwest on my bike and still have yet to find a dealer that is as customer friendly and focused as my friends at Open Road. I think that is the key to my loyalty to them, they care about the customer after the sale and strive to make the ownership experience a positive one. Great people, but Harley and aftermarket suppliers are absolutely terrible at shipping parts for your bikes, unless you are willing to wait months for parts I wouldnt recommend doing anymore than whats absolutely necessary to your bike.

I was just in the store. It was very quiet...perhaps because I was the only customer there. I spent about 20 minutes trying on $200 helmets with the intention of purchasing one. The employees were doing a great job on putting up Christmas lights around the store, and I literally had to step over one to leave. As I made it to the door a sales girl asked me how I was, I told her that I had some questions but I needed to go. She replied with ok, have a good day. Guess decorating the store was more important than making a $200 sale. This is not the first time I have experienced this service here, which is what made me finally write a review. Very dissatisfied!!!

I had an unusual experience with this dealership that was extraordinary and I wanted to share it. I won a Harley in a college athletics raffle. The school worked with this dealership to get me the bike. I had the GREAT pleasure of working with Brad Mintie throughout the process. The transaction was not a simple one as I had to go through filing tax information on my winnings, working through several school administrative offices, etc. To complicate things even more, I live in the state of Arizona so there was no way I would be able to pick up the bike myself. I cannot speak highly enough about Brad (and everyone at the dealership.) Brad was incredibly diligent and followed up on every single item. He even ran interference on my behalf when the school went through snaffus and delays. He went out of his way to arrange shipping to Arizona at the lowest possible cost to me. He helped me understand all the titling and registration processes to get it in my name in both Wisconsin and the transfer to Arizona. Needless to say, almost none of this was Brads or the dealerships responsibility, but he never hesitated take a truly proactive role in making this a truly pleasurable experience. I have said it several times here, but I cannot emphasize enough, how wonderful Brad was to work with. If I were to ever buy a Harley, even though I live in the state of Arizona, I would without a single doubt buy it from Brad and this dealership. Purchased my 2011 FLTRX Road Glide Custom new, in 11, couldnt be happier with the purchase and service. Mike was great, deal was what I needed and Pete is great to talk with and learn from. So up to Fond Du Lac I went, after a friend told me to go, and I will continue to do my business at Open Roads.
