Great store! It is well stocked with many books and gift items. The owners and staff are friendly and caring. The coffee shop, Solid Grounds, offers a limited menu of delicious selections. The baristas are amazing! This is a safe, quiet place to meet for a visit.

I like the staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they dont have something, they look to see if they can order it for you. Good prices. I have made a few purchases here with great satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Always stop at this locally owned coffee shop and bookstore when passing through. Very friendly service, good coffee drinks and bakery and a wonderful selection of Christian books, gifts, cards and more. They also offer engraving, so tons of options for weddings, graduations, etc...A note on today’s blended drink, frozen tiramisu cortana (?) was so good! The ice in this drink was nice and smooth, so you get the whole drink and all the flavors mixed well, nothing separating and no unblended ice chunks. I had given up on coffee places making frozen drinks because they usually just aren’t good due to the ice factor. A solid drink from Solid Grounds 🙌 😋

Great coffee, very friendly, attentive staff. Not overcrowded in Cafe. People sit socially distanced. The store has a great variety of not only coffee and drinks, but also religous items. Reasonable prices. 50% of the patrons wore a mask. We will be back!

ReachOut is my favorite place in town! A great place to connect with old friends, study for finals, and read a good book. The coffee is SO good. The food is yummy. You will always leave ReachOut with your stomach full and heart happy. There is no place that compares.

Best coffee shop in town and all the ladies are absolutely amazing

I visited the store last week as we stopped for coffee and cookies. Ive been very pleased with Reach Out, especially with their coffee shop and artwork available for sale. But I was really bothered that the store had a sign on the door that said customers could wear a mask or not wear a mask, according to their personal preference. This is in Wisconsin, where the governor had issued a mask MANDATE, not a mask suggestion. In the age of Covid, as cases are currently exploding in Wisconsin and the President himself has contracted the virus, this store is putting their customers at risk and flagrantly disobeying the governors mandate. I know these folks are supporters of life issues--what about the lives of their customers? I know these folks believe in the Bible--its a Christian book store! Have they not read Romans 13 that speaks of obedience to the government? I was very disappointed and will not be giving them my business for the foreseeable future.

This is really a delightful little coffee shop and book store. The food and coffee were very good and the employees were friendly. Just what I would expect... However, not a single employee was wearing a mask when I entered. BS!

Wow, we absolutely Loved this place! My Uncle raved about it so of course we had to check it out. Just walking in the door was a warm, friendly feeling! Nice Gift shop, great coffee too but best of all were the Gals like Tonya who worked there! Great customer service, went the extra mile to make our visit a special one. Zero Stars. No employees wore masks when I shopped and a note on the door did not encourage patrons to wear them either. A Christian business that is willfully disobeying the law is extremely disappointing. I understand that if an employee unknowingly gives Covid-19 to a customer or vice versa, from not wearing a mask, it is still Gods will, but lets lead by example and not obstinacy.

Love this place. Wonderful gifts and good coffee. Just suprised staff is not following mask mandate. I will return when virus has settled down.

I go to specialty coffee shop only occasionally for a special coffee. The last 2 times at this shop, my coffee was nothing more than heated milk. Totally flavorless. I will not go for 3. I am throwing my punch card away as I won’t need it.

I visited last week and many of the customers and even the employees are not wearing masks. As another reviewer mentioned, I am surprised as a Christian coffee shop that they are not doing more to help prevent the spread of this disease to the elderly and more vulnerable. This was very disappointing to me as I have loved this coffee shop since it opened and they sell quality coffee and products. I will not be visiting again any time soon sadly. Please update your mask policies for the sake of those roughly 1,000 Americans dying every day.

Very nice place!

Just discovered this place a few weeks ago and already it’s my favorite stop for coffee. My go to is the caramel macchiato. They make it perfect. Lots of espresso and not too sweet. Also had something engraved for a gift and they did such a good job.

Love this coffee shop. The Barista was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I normally love the coffee here, but the last couple of visits didnt go well. This visit today was about 45 minutes to an hour before closing. I asked for a cup of medium roast coffee, but was told there were grounds in it. I then asked for dark roast. The girl went to pump the carafe and there was only a squirt left. She then took my cup and filled the remainder of the cup with chai tea and handed it to me. I took it, but was not happy. Another employee then told the girl she should have made more coffee, but was told it wasnt worth it since they are closing in less than an hour. REALLY? A coffee shop not wanting to make coffee because it is an inconvenience. I hope this doesnt continue.

Love this store. If your looking for many varieties of Christian books this is the place to go. Plus the snack food and warms drinks are the best and reasonable too.

Great Christian store with a wide variety of items from books to jewelry, decor. Found just the ring I was looking for for a friend who is struggling with life. And the coffee shop is an added perk.

I am hispanic and I was looking for a specific book in spanish and the girls there where so poli6and kind, they tried to help me so much that i appreciate it.I wish they can have more variety of books in Spanish where us the pastors can order it. I hope the open more the variety of books in the future.

One of my favorite coffee places in the area. Friendly service and they brew Colectivo, a local roaster from Milwaukee. Having moved up to the Fox Valley, I miss having access to their coffee. The selection and prices for the books and other gifts are on par with other Christian book stores.
