I am always extremely satisfied with the staff at the Fond du Lac Wisconsin Gamestop location. They managers name is Zach and he along with all of his staff are super friendly! Zach is incredibly knowledgeable and always goes the proverbial extra mile to help a customer find what they are looking for. Even going online to find the customer the game that they are in search of!

Employees are nice and friendly.. but they never seem to have anything I need or want when I go there.. like ever.. games controllers.. always sold out.. I went 1 last time cple days ago.. no need to ever go back.. they even said themselves.. just go online for anything you need.. only way you will find it unless its old or very unpopular..

Store manager is very friendly and goes out of his way to ensure youll like something and doesnt bat an eye when you want to return something or trade for cash. Only downfall is some pre orders havent been available on the date they claim they are but thats not really their fault.

Ruby, Zack and Cody are always a blast to work with the store is clean and as always the staff if always friendly and knowledgeable!

They sell at really high prices but give u dirt when they buy

Ive had a heck of a time trying to find an affordable xbox 360 gaming system. I saw that none of my local game stops were open, but this location appeared to have a console. Steven took my call and confirmed inventory at the store before I drove about an hour to get it. He asked me to call when I got here so he could meet me at my vehicle to take my card and bring out my purchase. My console was even discounted $20! I could not be happier. In a time like this, that value of customer service is especially important and doesnt go unrecognized. Thanks for being awesome Steven!

Steven is absolutely amazing!! He was the true life savor today! After finding out that a game we preordered was no longer coming in, he did everything in his power to make sure we were able to get it. Parking was a challenge due to other nearby stores being busy. The store is very nicely laid out and had a good selection of new items. The staff were helpful when asked questions and offered an alternative to their store (Oshkosh location) where used items were in stock. Not much in the way of used inventory for popular/recent titles or accessories, and used prices werent competitive with bigger online retailers.

Didnt have the Nintendo switch console in stock that I was looking for. Other than that theyre great!

The store manager was very nice. We went in to find a few video games and found out that his daughter knows my son. He helped pick out some games that would be good for a 7 year old.

Clerk was nice. Good selection but I left without a purchase. Ill go back when I decide what game system to upgrade to.

If you are looking for a review that has a happy ending, please do not read this one. I can only offer you a very unpleasant review of loss and defeat. It all began in a GameStop cemented in between an AT&T and a nail shop. I, the protagonist of this tale, made the foul hardy decision to place an in-store pick up for a memory card. I was assured that the order would arrive in a matter of days and that I would receive a call when my order was ready. So, I held my phone close to my heart waiting for a notice that my package had arrived. Day after day passed. I stopped in a few times to ask for an update only to be told to check back tomorrow. To my chagrin, the ordering portal online revealed that my package had been in the store’s possession for days now. Yet the package was nowhere to be seen. After more evasion of my questions on how they planned to find my order, I was told to contact corporate. After a 12-minute phone call, they were able to refund my money. So here I sit. Defeated, clutching my vita, and waiting till tomorrow when my memory card will arrive in an Amazon package.

I love this location! My favorite by far! Mike the Manager has been helping me and my son for years, from back when it was in the mall and the service keeps getting better! We called last night to ask if he would stay open til 915pm because we were running late and he said yes and when we got there he went out of his way to help us find the best deal on what we were looking for! Thanks Mike for truly understanding what customer service is all about...it seems be a lost art these days but, not for you!

These guys are always so helpful. My son had saved up his money to get an Xbox and when we got there a brand new one was right over his budget and without hesitation one of the guys told him about a used one. I know its their job but these guys always put forth the best effort.

Overall Im not a fan of the store, however Ive always liked the service provided by the employees. Its just too bad they charge so much more than other used games stores. For example, Ive found new games at a big box retailer for less than the same game used here.

Location is terrible! Parking is always a nightmare. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Other staff just ring you out as fast as they can.

Unprofessional. Asked one guy about a cord. He goes no and puts his head back down. Then proceeds to not even look at me at tells me to spend 50 dollars on a new one. Decided to go look at the ones that were on the wall. Could reach one. Asked for help another gentleman came over and interrogated me because he didn’t want to grab and put it back up if it wasn’t right. Will never be back

Ive been coming to this Gamestop location for years. Was just in there this weekend to trade in my XB1 and upgrade. The store manager was the one who helped me and did a great job. I can say Ive consistently had good experiences here and would definitely recommend.

My s/o got me a PS4 for an early Xmas present. Our salesman (James) was helping someone in training. I think I brought up Spyro and guess what? They redid all 3 games. Sweet. I asked, SPECIFICALLY if the game was included in the purchase. James said yes, it comes with it. Cue super excited me, bringing me back to my PS1 days. Time comes to pay, and guess what? They wanted to charge the game seperate for the game. I asked again, isnt that included? Then the story changed, its not. Guess who didnt get Spyro. Me. Guess who wont be buying from Game Stop anymore. The same person that didnt get Spyro.

Return policy is the worst thing I have ever encountered, I tried to return a product after 7 days of purchase but they wouldn’t give me my money back or store credit because I opened the box.
