Always enjoy the employees at Kays in Fond du Lac. Very helpful, friendly and quick service. Love how they make my beautiful ring sparkle after they clean it up!

Not very satisfied. Walked in the store, there were several customers being taken care of. The issue came is when customers that walked in after me were taken care of prior to me. I stood there for about 20 minutes before someone came over to get my online order and give it to me. I had my license in hand and the email with my order on the phone. It took maybe 3 minutes to hand me my purchase. I was extremely upset with the service because the person that was taken in front of me knew the clerk. They were on first name basis. Driving an hour to be treated like this will make me very unlikely to purchase from this Jeweler again.

Buying jewelry is an investment. It takes a special person and/or amazing team to make your buying experience a great one. The team at the Kays in Fond du lac have been very honest, patient and helpful with my purchases. The go out of their way to make sure you get the best price for your investment. This is the only Kays Ill be shopping at from now on.

If I could give this entire chain 0 stars I would. From the scam artist who sold me my rings to the dense corpses behind the desk who took my full payment a few months ago for the rings and still hasnt told the debt collectors to stop calling me every day. Nothing anyone at kay does is genuine or helpful. They will lie, steal, and cheat you out of whatever they can like a Carney at a backroads carnival.

The entire staff was very courteous and professional as they helped me. They were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to earn my business. Im very satisfied with the staff at Kay in Fond du Lac.

They don’t even deserve 1 star.I’m getting married in 2 months, so I thought, hey I might as well take my ring and 2 bands in to get soldered together and resized.When I told the lady I wanted everything sized a little bit bigger, she fought me on it. I know my hand and I want it sized. Just do it.Then I finally got my ring sent in, went 2 weeks without it and they called to let me know it came in. So I got in my car, drove there to pick it up. Only to find out they didn’t size my 2 bands, but only my engagement ring. The guy gave it to me and made me quickly sign for it. I got out to my car and looked it over thinking that it didn’t look just right. I drove right to the Oshkosh and asked her to honestly tell me if I was being a ‘bitchy bridezilla’ but I honestly thought my ring didn’t look right.She said, I would have never given you your ring back if it looked like this.They didn’t size them all the same, the diamonds weren’t lined up......very disgusted with the fond du lac location. Never going back there again.I will forever stay at the Oshkosh location.

The lady that help me was awesome she said she She doesn’t normally work in the Fond du Lac store and she said she was from Oshkosh or Appleton branch she was beyond awesome she made me feel very comfortable about my purchase by comparing to other rings I was looking at tell me the difference between even look them up online for me she was outstanding . However there was a lady that answered the phone when I called And we can a half later I was calling to see if there is a Chance my ring maybe an early because I had a proposal Sarah and she was very rude when talking to me and she never did answer my question simply took my nameAnd simply Said my promised date is two weeks and she never did probably answer my question

Very clean store, but it was hard to tell who was working there when I walked in. Also, I felt as if my time there was not welcomed. I was rushed through the store with little communication.
