My Husband and I found a beautiful piece of granite we thought would be perfect for our Cottage island. We ordered and paid for the remnant. We picked up the cut piece on Friday to take to our cottage, Their staff was gracious enough to load the piece into the back of our truck. Everything looked good until upon further inspection - the top of the piece has glue stains (yellow looks real nice with the white & black color), chips out of it and was surely not polished or inspected in any way. Apparently our tiny cottage island was not worth the time for them to do right, After being so excited to have the island, I cried when I realized it was very flawed. I know its only a small piece to you, I certainly wouldnt go back for any other pieces in the future. Sad day for me...

Very happy with the customer service we received from Pam. All questions answered & company did a terrific job with measurements. Installation crew was nice & professional & the install went smoothly. We love our quartz countertop & couldnt be more happy!

Outstanding service and prices! Pam help us with select a new granite piece for our island by providing samples to ensure it would blend well with the existing cabinets/counters. Cody came out and literally took measurements with a laser and sent the data to the fabrication shop right from our house. When our island countertop was ready, AMCs installers were professional and kind with high quality standards. The fit was absolutely perfect for our slide-in stove. We could not be more satisfied with the final product. I cant wait for them to come back to update other areas in our home! Highly recommend AMC to anyone looking for granite/quartz countertops!

We were looking for granite or quartz for a fireplace hearth. We found a piece of granite outside. It was going to be held for 7 days. My husband brought in a template (wooden) of size of hearth. They did not want his template and wanted to do their own measurements (which was fine). We were told we would get an estimate either that evening or the next day. We received the estimate the next day late in the afternoon. We felt our salesperson was not interested in this type of work (making a hearth). We never got a phone call as a followup during the 7-day deadline. We were disappointed due to the lack of interest shown by the salesperson and lack of followup. We were hoping to speak with the owner, since we know him well. Sorry to leave this review, but thought necessary. Their stone is beautiful, but they seem to only want to work with countertops. It would have been better to let us know in the beginning, as to not waste our time.

We love our new quartz counter tops. AMC has been nothing but pleasant and quick to answer questions via email. I highly recommend working directly with AMC and let AMC use their contractors (It seems like from other reviews, using HomeDepot or your own contractor doesnt go well). After we picked our quartz, it took 3 days to get it measured and 10 days later it was installed. We had some resin/glue accidentally smeared on the island and AMC had a technician out the next day to repair it. We highly recommend AMC.

AMC recently installed quarts countertops throughout our entire house and we couldnt be more pleased how they turned out! We worked with Pam from AMC and she was very helpful from the start of the project until the end. She was always available if we had questions in a very timely manner. Cody came out and did all the measurements and took the time to explaine the entire process with us and answer any questions that we had. The installers also did a awesome job! Thank you to everyone who made our project possible and so beautifully done!

Master Bath RenovationPam and Cody were my go-to persons for our master bath counter, tub surround, and built-in cabinet face-front. They made the impossible, possible! Pam was always available for questions regarding our total renovation prior to the quartz installation. Cody came over numerous times as the tub and cabinet required two measurements. He also made a stop to meet with our tile installer, as both the tile and quartz needed to be installed in coordination with the other. We were more than pleased with the finished result. Especially, with the cabinet face-front, as Cody took a very challenging project and made it a one-piece reality. Thank you!

The installation went fine and was in fact, the only good thing about this whole project.Starting with my order and payment in January and final installation six months later, this was the worst countertop purchase Ive had in 16 remodeled houses. Home Depot discontinued one of my selections. When I made a new selection, I was told it was supplied by someone else and would have to be remeasured by another company delaying the installation, so I had to make a different selection, at a much higher price. Since it was a bathroom piece, I was willing to work with a remnant piece from your location, but was told that was not an option for me, since I was already Home Depots customer.So countertop order had to be divided into two installs. First install comes, sinks are cut wrong. Installers apologize, even though they didnt do anything wrong, tell me someone will call me the next day with new installation date. No one calls me, I had to call Home Depot three days later to find out what was going on. Was told by Home Depot they would try to rush the replacement, since it AMCs fault. No one from AMC calls to apologize, no one from AMC puts a rush on the order. It simply goes into your regular production schedule, again three weeks out.Have used Home Depot for cabinets for years, but this was a one off experience that will not be repeated.

Not sure about their countertops but their drivers are horrible. I had an AMC Countertops box truck pull out in front of me on a County Hwy where the Speed Limit is 55mph. I would have rear ended the truck if it wasnt for my vehicles accident avoidance system which applied the brakes for me. Their driving habits are very dangerous!

AMC would not install overhang brackets despite Home Depot saying they would. Their measurer did not change our order, as requested and shown on a drawing, to roundover edges, so we received beveled edges. Last, they didnt follow the measurements on the stove cut out, so the installer needed to shave off and finish an edge, which isnt as sharp as the other 2 sides.

AMC Countertops is a wonderful team to work with. I enjoyed working with Barry from the Countertop Outlet immensely. AMC takes the time to learn about what their customers want and need, and then come up with a great solution. Their new showroom at the Countertop Outlet is definitely worth checking out too!

Awful Experience.....We used AMC because that is who our contractor works with. After spending 2 hours with AMC salesperson, picking the right stone, we left with a few choices from the amazing selection. A few days went by & we had several questions so I called the salesprson. After I left at least 6 messages over the course of alittle over a week, I was finally able to connect with her, after all we were doing the entire house with quatz countertops & before we dropped alot of money, we needed things verified. The salesperson made it clear at the beginning of the conversation that I was not her customer, my contractor was & I needed to call him with questions. I was completely shocked someone would be so rude. I called my contractor & advised him of the poor customer service from AMC & made him aware he may loose the job because of it, he said he would talk to her. The contractor called back with the answers to my questions & advised the salesperson didnt mean what she said, she felt bad & was calling with an apology.....well we never heard from her. I should of walked away from AMC at this point but I didnt feel it was fair that my contractor loose a job because of the poor customer service at AMC.We sent the down payment in for the countertop measure well a head of schedule.....BIG MISTAKE. We are finally getting the cabinets installed & my contractor calls the salesperson to schedule the install for June 26, 2018, the date they agreed on. I called the contractor on June 25, 2018 to see what time we needed to meet for the measure, he called the salespeson...bottom line, they agreed on a date for the measurements but the salesperson forgot to put it in the schedule.So its June 26th, AMC has our money & measurements not hapening because the salesperson didnt follow thru. Once again, the contractor was told they better show up to measure or the job is no longer his, thanks to my contractor, AMC showed up at 3:00pm on the scheduled date. Now we are told estimate lead time is up to 3 weeks from date of measure. Today is July 5th and to no surprise AMC has not given us an install date other than it will be between July 11 & July 16. We need to schedule other contractors after the countertops are in but obviously AMC dosent careI should of got rid of AMC after well before the salespeson rude, disrespectful & unprofessional comments but I held on because a contractor dosent deserve to loose business because the sub contract he uses is awful.June 25th, I called AMC & asked to speak to a manager...after sitting on hold for 8 minutes, I was advised all management was in meetings & someone would call me back, I was reassured that would happen...Today is August 6th & no one from AMC has reached out to us. Obviously AMC strives for piss poor communication and treating customers like they dont exist, obviously, it starts at management and trickles down at AMC. We know some at AMC can communicate because in 3 weeks, they have sent 2 requests for payment to my general contractor.The only positive is the installers were great BUT AMC didnt cut all the back splash. Installer said he would back the following Wesnesday. Well, Wednesday came and went, no installer showed, AMC salesperson emailed my contractor late in the day on Thursday asking if I would be around Friday morning for the installers. Friday the job was completed.The countertops look great but there are many other Quartz Distributors out there that treat people with respect & make the process a hell of alot less stressful than AMC did.
