Nice, clean grocery store. Their produce is top notch. There is a large deli with tons of tempting items. The crew is friendly and helpful. The baked goods are tasty. A bit pricier than other stores, but totally worth it because of the quality offered.

I LOVE FESTIVAL FOODS❣❣ I buy all of my meats from here. They have the the FRESHEST fish and seafood in the Fond du Lac area. With fresh seafood products flown in daily.

Store is always very clean and well stocked. If its not on the shelf, there is most likely a pallet of it somewhere else. They have a very large variety of everything you can imagine from produce (that is always healthy and fresh looking) to nature and organic foods. Their bakery items are amazing - the bad boy brownies are a must try!Employees are always helpful and willing to walk you to an item rather that give you directions to it.Their over-all pricing is on the higher end, so I would recommend catching things on sale here.Outside of their doors, they offer to take recycling items such as bags and cardboard for free.

Expensive prices for average to low quality products. Festival is a good example of how a good looking, well kept store, with nice employees can sell average to low quality groceries at steep prices. Those who frequent their locations must be oblivious to the average market prices of the products they sell. They had a special on whole uncooked chickens at $2.50 a pound today…despite numerous other stores having $0.99 a pound for the same bird from likely the same suppliers.I have purchased onions from here recently, picked the best ones available, (at once again, a steep price), and they still ended up being rotten….it takes numerous months for onions to rot in storage. Festival sent me a gift card for a dollar more than what I spent on them which didn’t even cover my gas to run to another store to cover for their low quality produce. Customers think it’s all high quality stuff because they organize their displays well, and it’s just not the case. Sorry but if you’re charging double the average price, I’d expect a better resolution than that. Didn’t you guys make enough on your prime beef at $29 a pound?Bring on the new Meijer, I’m done with this place….driving to Woodman’s an hour away gets me better quality at less than half the price with a better selection.

Produce at Festival is the best. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often.Edit: I recently tried Misfits Market to get fresh produce, but I compared what I was getting to Festival and its actually just as cost effective to get my produce at the store so I will be going twice a month to get my produce. Even after all these years their produce just looks appealing. Kudos to everyone working in this department to keep everything stocked at looking good. I remember when the Fond du Lac Festival Foods was a brand new store and I was impressed them, but its even more impressive to go there 14 years later and the store still looks amazingly clean and inviting.Today I got baby bananas among other things, but these are really cute. I have never seen them before.

This is our weekly spot for food. Great deals at times. Check out their Wednesday Sushi specials or the Saturday Prime Rib specials. Love the liquor department. I would give them 5 stars, but Im just not sure about their Deli Department.

They are the only organic, gluten free in the FDL area. They milk the prices knowing this. The same product (frozen) at Festival foods is less than half the price at Walmart with the same expiration date! How can they justify this when in the same town?Pro...they have great produce and deli. Customer service is great too.

They have the best store bought sushi fresh made daily. Good place to go for sea food, steaks, and other fresh meats.

I used to work as a merchandiser for this location. Always extremely friendly. Excellent customer service all around. Postal Services. Fed Ex and UPS drop off. Stamps. You can even get your license plate sticker through an automated machine. Card only. I highly recommend this location for all your shopping needs

Festival is very clean, warmth customer service, aisles arent cluttered with u- boats or constant battle with too many employees stocking as well as customers in store. Well stocked,produce area is always kept tidy as well as so much to choose from. Great place to shop.

This store has the best meat market around.So much variety. The prime rib is just mouth watering.We also bought some very tasty beef kabobs.Grillin-n-swillin! 🍺

Everyone who works here is so friendly. I passed five people stocking produce and shelves and they all said hello.

Horrible experience tonight. The meat counter was understaffed, there was nobody to help find an item I needed, and the save $5 offer that was scotch taped to a rack did not apply unless one were to download an app and claim a digital coupon. Whos going to stand there with a long check out line and do that? When the checker asked if I found everything okay, I replied no I did not. Not at all. She said oh okay. Why ask if you cant do anything about it?Nobody besides the meat department representative was friendly. It took me way too long and I left unhappy. Full-service grocery stores will go the way of Blockbuster Video if the customer service stays at this level. Unfortunately, Walmart could throw it in my trunk far faster and for less money.

If youre a senior this is a fantastic place they do deliveries and they take them bring it out to your car I recommend it to any senior citizen.

I Absolutely love the deli and meat department. They are so knowledgeable on the product and in my case needed to know how to cook it they had directions for that also.

Please read, I don’t write reviews but this one is well deserved.I called Festival foods because I could not find a store in the area that could deliver a fruit basket with an added touch this past Saturday to my best friend whose father had just passed away.I called the store and spoke with the manager Ben,First thing Ben had to say was a message of sympathyBen took it upon himself to make a fruit basket adding other things such as a variety of cheeses, sausage sticks, crackers and some candy,He asked me if he could text me a picture when he had it completed and he did “it was amazing”Then he took it upon himself to deliver it to my eat friends house.I had heard about Festival foods over the years, local people spoke so highly of this grocery store and I can see why, thanks Ben and the many wonderful employees who had made a not so happy day betterJim and Sandy

Selection good. Not the true Festival experiance today. Not one person greeted me, and Nancy in liquor department cold and lacked the customer service I would normally expect from Festival. Competitor down the road.

I would honestly shop here every time, but the location is way too far from the city center. Still 5 star service, quality products and cleanliness.

Biggest issue resulting in 3 rating is stock reliability very rarely do they have everything i want if it is on sale forget it it will not be any on the shelf. The other less important thing is they push Kroger brand stock way to much.

The store is always clean and well-lit. Staff are generally friendly. It can be crowded at peak times with not enough lanes open, so try to shop during off times when possible.

We didnt expect this place to be so expensive, even compared to California where were from. There were people walking around without masks, which was really uncomfortable. Wierd place, wont be back.

Horrible!!!! Over priced and doesnt have the items I want. Every other grocery store does. Then you have to fight with the checkout machine just to get out of there. Sad to say but Wal-Mart is less expensive and has a larger variety.

I love shopping here! They always have what I am looking for. If you cant find an item and you ask for help, they are super efficient in helping you find what you need and they will offer to order things they do not find for you. If you have never been here- make an effort to shop or just walk around the store- you will be pleasantly surprised ...prices are excellent and the selection is awesome!

Reasonably priced groceries, order online for 5 bucks and can pick up your groceries during a scheduled time. If ordering bananas make sure to buy more than 1.

Large selection of food and great service despite heavy shopping by locals due to the virus. staff were diligent and helpful with refunds and exchanges of water containers. arrows were on the floor to facilitate social distancing and most were wearing masks.

Very helpful and Friendly at the bakery, Tara went out of her way to help me find something down a different isle, she very Friendly, Good to have her at Festival.

Usually everything is great. We shopped there on Saturday 8/8/20 and had some coupons besides the ad. When looking at my receipt when I got home my coupons were not applied. From now on I will let the people wait behind me so I can view my receipt before I leave the store.

Best produce in town. I used to shop elsewhere until I moved to that side of town and once I started shopping festy, Ill drive across town for it! Some of the best sales around and they are SO good about rotating stock that you wont accidentally buy something outdated!

Festival foods has a great variety of brands with fresh fruits and vegetables and a deli area that has everything one could want. Theres a hot bar and salad and sushi bar also. The meat case has great looking meats and seafood. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and well stocked.

So clean, so friendly. I actually enjoy going there.
