The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable! Just bought books from the store and ordered books for there that will be delivered to my house! Love that place! 💖

First time Ive visited and wont ever go back. I was interested in some items, but I rather shop online than go back. Those women working never acknowledged my boyfriend, infant, and I. After being in the store for over 5 minutes, they both were walking back out of the back room, looked at us and continued their conversation which was all store gossip about other coworkers. They walked in and out of the back room multiple times and were back there/standing in the hallway area for minutes at a time. It was not even worth my time trying to speak to them.

Great store lots of different genres. Staff was very helpful. Yes the store was small but well stocked and clean. A little gem tucked in forest mall but where are all the people. Youre missing out on a wonderful find

I visited this store the other day and there was one lady at the register. No one to really help me find what I was looking for. But I did leave with 3 great books because there was a good sale going on. Great selection and good sales.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE - MY SON ( A MINOR) WENT IN AND PURCHASED A BOOK, THEY ASKED HIM TWICE TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR MAGAZINE PROGRAM ( THREE MAGAZINES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS FREE- THEN YOU CAN CALL AND CANCEL) - HE TWICE SAID NO AND HE PAID FOR HIS PURCHASE WITH A DEBIT CARD - THEN THE CASHIER ANNETTE ASKED HIM IF HE WERE TO PICK THREE MAGAZINES WHAT WOULD THEY BE? SO HE INDICATED THREE AND LEFT, BUT WHEN HE LOOKED AT HIS RECIEPT SHE HAD SIGNED HIM UP. MY WIFE THEN WENT INTO THE STORE AND TRIED TO CANCEL AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDNT AND WE NEEDED TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER. WELL... SEVERAL CALLS TO INDIA AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND, AND WE ARE GOING TO END UP CANCELLING HIS DEBIT CARD TO STOP THE TRANSACTION. I KNOW HE IS BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT HIS SIDE OF IT BECAUSE I SPOKE TO THE PERSON WHO WAS WITH HIM AND WHEN I CALLED, I FOUND OUT THE THREE MAGAZINES HE CHOSE WERE TIME, ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY AND A COOKING MAGAZINE JUST WHAT EVERY 15 YEAR OLD READS RIGHT?? - THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT SO A 15 YEAR OLD WHO WORKS FOR MINIMUM WAGE DOSENT GET 2 YEARS WORTH OF MAGAZINES

I love seeing book stores still open and this one does not disappoint. Loved it! Will be back!

Purchased in store and was talked into the membership. $25 is too much but I run a small business and like to support local businesses instead of shopping online. Given $10 off coupon. When the book I ordered had come in I drove the 40 minutes to the mall to pick up and added more purchases. They denied the coupon. It had been expired for 4 days. Would have been nice to have been told there was an expriation date. But it was a month I waited for the order and I dont just live around the corner. I can get everything faster and cheaper from Amazon any day of the week without a $25 membership. I am trying to support them but they did nothing to resolve the issue. Even though she agreed the coupon should have been honored when I called to tell her she needs better customer service and a nicer employee.So I guess its Barnes and Noble or back to dhopping online.

Lovely little bookstore tucked deep inside a dying mall. Very friendly staff. Selection and prices were actually very impressive. Worth seeking out!

Great selection here. They have good books, board games, comics, and gifts. I picked up the game Codenames here, which I hadnt seen carried anywhere else nearby.
