Rachel was very helpful and provided good customer service in the selection and renting of our storage unit. She was very friendly and fun to talk to. The facility itself was very nice, with everything in good condition. They provided free pallets to keep things off the floor in case the floor were to get wet. There was ample security cameras around the property, which provides a good sense of security to the units. So far, we are very happy with our storage company selection, and we will update the review if anything changes. Thanks Rachel!

Had my camaro stored here over winter, decided to keep it for another year to keep a vehicle. Easy 24/7 access to the units and great local access made it a great place to store my vehicles. Mrs. Wingman was awesome with communicating every detail about renting a unit there. The monthly emailed invoices were easy to read and understand which really showed transparency. Definitely a great place to rent a unit.

I had a great experience at Superior Storage. I was in need of storage fast after selling my house and found Superior to be the most fairly priced. I had a non-climate control unit and kept items over winter and summer but moisture or water was never an issue. The facility is well maintained and clean and with plenty of security cameras I felt comfortable stopping at anytime. Rachel at the desk was incredibly helpful with both registration and check out. Would definitely use again.

Worked with Rachel, the office manager who answered all my questions and directed me to pick a unit online. The online experience was easy to follow and understand. You can pay online and set up email reminders so you dont miss a payment. She followed up via email after I signed the lease. The facility is easy to find (near I41) and easy to find the unit. Happy to also see the unit was clean on the inside. Overall, a very pleasant experience in getting a storage unit.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that the Fond du Lac Office Manager, Rachell has demonstrated. I moved out of the country and had to communicate with her a few times via email and she always responded promptly. When weve communicated by phone she is always very pleasant and ready to assist. Used the climate controlled large storage unit for 4 months. Rachel, the customer service representative there is great. She helped us understand our options, provided advice on sizing and storage, and got us the last large climate unit for our needed timing. The units are clean, maintained, and secure. The rates are competitive and the climate controlled units are rodent free (did not rent non-controlled unit). Our stuff stayed dry and without damage due to high or low humidity. Rachel was the best!

I changed locations within the complex three times and was always satisfied with the service.Ownership changed. Kevin and Rachel became the managers. It did not take long to recognize that they were both people of action. They have greatly improved the Hoerth storage operation. Great communication, excellent management and no drama. First thing is that Rachel was very nice and very professional as well as the gentleman that works there. She explained everything and answered any questions I had. Ive been to a few storage places and this place is by far the best hands down. Some people may think its pricey but overall if you look and see that its well lit and has tons of cameras and that the units are very well maintained its worth the price. Again great job on the staff and their professionalism!!!

From the first contact to reserve my storage unit to closing out my account it has been a wonderful experience. The unit was clean and dry over a year plus time. Office personnel was very pleasant and clear on the steps for paying and return of deposit. The large drive area allowed for even my motor home to access my unit. Lot is blacktopped and in very good repair. Entire premise was always clean and neat. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I will definitely use again when needed.

My wife and I were full time RVers for 2 1/2 years. During this time we entrusted our most valued possessions to one of the climate controlled units at Hoerth Storage. It was usually 9-10 months between visits to our unit and each time everything was just as we left it (i.e. no moisture damage, no rodents, etc.).Every interaction with Rachel and the rest of the office staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.We appreciate the quality of the service that was provided to ensure safety and security of our belongings during this time in our lives.

Feeling scammed. Thought I had to terminate my lease on the 1st. Completed the termination papers 6 weeks in advance, could have left prior to my 18th auto withdrawal. No pro-rate. Lost an entire month of rent.

Hoerth Storage has wide drive lanes for anyone who wants to back up a trailer. Easy to get in and out of. Office is onsite. Lots of video cameras.

Management is a pleasure to work with.

Decent space for a decent price. 97 bucks a month.

If I could give it less than one star I would.
