Helpful kind staff, they were able to help me return an online order that could have been difficult. They made it easy and were very nice about it. Manager was professional and did a great job.

There is two people at this store that helps me that are amazing. i just have to name them. Sam and Frannie. they have been doing a customer report on me or something, because every time i come it like if they know what i need and how i would like my business cards or posters. i really dont have to do much, they always on top of everything. I love working with these two. keep up the good job ladys. yall make staples shine

It is so frustrating to walk into Staples and ask them to make five copies of a single page and being told that they cant do it unless I give them my phone number. Were literally talking about 5 sheets of paper to be copied. They also wanted to charge me a dollar twenty-five Express fee on top of the per sheet charge. as I started to walk out I ask for the manager and of course he blamed it on corporate policy and wouldnt do anything to earn my business. I was happy to be loud on the way out stating money walking out the door

Picked up 2 Christmas card orders from this store - one turned out really nice and the other was so yellow/orange and nothing like the original I uploaded. I asked them if they could make adjustments and the girl said they couldn’t, which I know isn’t true. It wasn’t expensive, but I’d still like my Christmas cards to look nice.

Could not find a gaming chair office chair anyware in Appleton, one office store had one hamming chair to pick from in their selection of office chairs, this store Staples in fond du lac, has a big selection of office chairs and some gaming chairs, I got a better qualitygaming chair and it is awesome. And so are friendly beautiful team that greeted me on the way in the door.

A pretty good assortment of office products. Sorry to see the office furniture is almost nothing. They use to have a nice assortment. You can order it online, but its nice to see before.

Mostly everything in this store is over priced. The employees are 50/50 in terms of if they are able to answer your question. Not the greatest staples store Ive been to.

Poor customer service and no stock on hand, needed a monitor now, so bought one that I wasnt interested in. Wouldnt recommend going to this store to get anything that is needed immediately

The staff here is always SUPER helpful. Always willing to show me right where the product is and order it on the kiosk if they don’t have it in stock. They always seem to be in good spirits.

I had to have something printed for my business and I was running out of time. The Gentleman in the Print area took care of me right away! Excellent service!

Very poor costumer service. Commission > customers for some employees. Was lied right to my face, multiple times, in attempt for the salesman to make more commission. Unfortunate for him, I deal with computers everyday and told him these things arent needed and he became very upset and defensive. Big turn off for me, and I dont think I would shop at this store again.Be careful buying a computer from here, expect to pay hundreds more than what the computer is actually worth. Dont let them up sell you.

Clean and orderly although staff is slim when having a need for a question to be answered.

Bought a very nice printer for a reasonable price and didnt have to fight through crowds of people buying groceries and misc stuff to get it.

I have given Staples multiple print orders, only to be given excuses for their short comings & to leave with no project in handy. Highly unsatisfied with the service recieved on each occassion. If you need a project printed, chose anywhere else.

Coupon that I used for school supplies really helped. I got a lot for $5.

I ask where to find something & instead of taking me to the merchandise the sale person pointed down the aisle.

If staples is going to treat part time workers so poorly than its time to fire staples as a source for my office needs ----- I DO have choices where to shop

By far the worst customer service! I watched them deny a lady trying to drop off a prepaid package at 7:59 pm. I will not buy another product from this store.
