I have a very bad experience buying parts for my car..the owner could be nice but the parts he sell could be affordable but very sheap and ordinary parts...he do delivery too but in my case I received missing parts and wrong parts that I ordered; so I had to buy from different auto parts .... so finally when I try to return it they didnt refund the amount what I did with my card...😠 I cant not recommend this place to anybody.

Quality parts at low prices! Leader is always my go-to for auto parts. Have heard some things but so far I havent been disappointed so Ill continue to be a loyal customer. Recommend to anyone looking for quality parts at cheap prices, they carry pretty much anything and if they dont have it in stock they can get it within an hour if not the next day. This place is horrible. Bad quality.products. The sales personnel is super unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to go through bad customer service for crappy parts. If youre looking for inexpensive parts for your vehicle i recommend Keystone, Empire, or K&P. I gave them a chance TOO many times, never returning, thats for sure!

Ordered and payed in full on 9/13 with the promise that the parts would be ready by the afternoon. I live to miles away so decided to go back the next day. Showed up and they were closed early. Went back the 16th and they weren’t ready. Once again on the 19th and nothing! At that point they promised afternoon delivery that day if not the next day. Had no choice but agree just to be lied to again. Called on the 21st before going in and they said they wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon and that a driver will deliver it. Nothing again! Finally delivered, LATE, on the 23rd in the afternoon and thrown in the front yard because no one was home.I choose this place not because they offer les the best price but because they promised to have the parts ready the following day. They made me lose money, time and cost me a job. They’re irresponsibility is shocking!! Horrible service.

Very unprofessional, Juan, which is supposed to be the supervisor, is very rude. Their products that they sell are poor quality and they get mad when you tell them you need to return it. Now as a business we are more then happy to buy and work with different vendors, but these guys hold our money hostage and now they are lying saying we damaged the parts here. Never buying from them again. If youre looking for cheap and good products i reccomend Empire Collision parts!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a Honda Accord sedan bumper and a Honda civic coupe bumper was delivered......a week later. It was easy to get the bumper switched out over the phone but I kept getting the run around as to it being delivered. Im in Riverside, only 22 minutes away from them and it took 4 days to get delivered after calling over and over again hearing that they have no drivers today etc. I didnt know your employees are allowed to work when they want and vice versa, if you do business with leader, keep in mind that your going to have a hard time as well as a long wait time for delivery.

This company doesnt follow threw with their promises . Also they dont honor thy words .they continue to give the run around daily.Dont do business with them.Bad business experience. No good.

I used to work here back in 2006, I resigned and relocated to another county, recently relocated back here, came to Juan for a job, and he judged me cause of my weight loss, i had surgery almost had my testical amputated, so before you go JUDGING someone Juan, find out the truth, I have nothing bad to say or negative i speak only the TRUTH, with that being said I concour with all the bad posts only God can judge me

I always have a great experience when I come here, I highly recomend this company for all your auto body parts needs, I have purchased parts from them on four different occasions. They have the best service, very helpfull and friendly and are very knowledgeable about their products. I got my parts the same day and had them delivered to my house right on time for no extra charge.

I paid for 3 parts and i only picked up 2 and the other 1, the guy said Ill delivery to it to you and I waited 1 week and nothing happened i called them and 2 times the guy said (driver is the way to your house) and the driver never showed up. Then i called again and the guy said the part is here at store so i went to pickup and it was not there. What a sad way to loose a customer. Guess what other shop got your sales almost $500.00

We called around 12:00am to get more infotmationa and see the price range they told us to come down around 1:00pm, so we did we got there and the owners employes told us the owner will be their in 20min...we were like okay no biggie, we come back then they tell us give him 20min more at that point in like really?? Fine will wait. Its around 2:00pm and im like what the f*** Iv been here an hour? What happen to 20min? And thier were jus covering him making up excuses like wait 10more min ..nope left there and then and NEVERRR going back!

Very bad experience. untimely rude and not trustworthy. Laosy service . long wait. Wait time changes in 15 minutes increments and are not upfront about telling the customers that their merchandize will be 3 hours late. I wasted my whole day in this place waiting for the part to arrive.Laosy place. check around before you go to this place.
