This is my second time here. I bought 4 new tires for my Toyota Corolla and got a great deal and everyone was really friendly. I ended up getting a nail in one of them a couple months later and they fixed it free and were quick about it. John is always professional and friendly and the next thing I need fixed is the car is overheating when I use the air conditioner and have 4 lights on in the dash. Hope to get that fixed soon, just have to try to get some money set aside for it. But thank you all for helping me

Very happy with this tire company. Great prices with great quality. Customer service is great too. I appreciate that they honor the tire warranty without asking a million questions to find a reason why its not covered. I definitel recommend this company.

Great experience highly recommend the mechanic Justin my car was making some rattling noise from the rear came by he fixed it right up went to three shops before this one and all of them said the same thing that it was fine. Until I came up to this shop and Justin found the issue within minutes. Fixed it up and I was back on the road the very same night I heard a little noise again from the rear the next day I came back and they already had a booth waited for me “I called in advance” he took a look again and fixed it the issue I highly recommend this shop! Went here for the first time today-needed a realignment. Right when I entered, Justin was great. Also, was the only guy running the show. I never got a realignment before, and Justin explained the entire process to me. Stated it’s their “expertise.” He not only welcomes you at the door, but he also does the labor. I knew my car was taken care of, and that it was trustworthy work. That’s hard to come by nowadays. Give this guy a raise he can do it all! I definitely will be returning for future realignments; especially with their guaranteed warranties. Thank you for taking passion in your work.

This tire shop has outstanding service! Joey, the manager, is very personable and greets you with a smile and a can do attitude! Everything is really clean with pristine restrooms too, which is very much appreciated. I also really like that there is no loonnngg wait for service - just call for an appointment and they will take care of you. I was in an out in less than an hour for the installation of 2 new tires!! They are competitive and will work with you. Im pleased to find out that they also do Free tire repair! This place is a Gem!!

Came here for one stud replacement.. ended up having to change 3 out of 5 and finished quickly. Took a rim to have the tire replaced since I had a blow out. The gentleman said he didnt have time but I could leave the rim and he would call me when it was ready. 24 hrs later no phone call. I showed up rim still not ready, he said he could put tire on the rim but didnt have time to mount on the car unless I wanted to wait 30-40min. 30 min. later I asked for my warranty information and I will be taking my business elsewhere.. 0 stars

John the Store manager was very polite and helpful. He seemed stressed over his employees not showing up for work/ and not having enough staff. None the less he put on his gloves and rotated my tires and put them up to proper pressure !!

No stars!!!If you want to get ripped off go here and I waited forever for the service 4 hrs and I was overcharged on the part that cost $68.99 from autozone where they got it from they charged me $192.63 this place is a joke for taking advantage of customers!! Yes I did call the next day after I checked on the price for the part and the manager John was like whatever so now I’m calling corporate!

I went in yesterday at 5:45 and Joey said they were closing in 15 minutes and just as I was about to walk away he said where’s your car at and did it for me anyways appreciate the great customer service there especially my boy Joey for going the extra mile to get my oil change done so late notice!

My car had a strange noise coming from the passenger side. The technician found the problem and was able to fix it. The car also needed front brakes and now the car runs smoothly. I must say they never disappoint. I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and every time I come they can help me. Jovan and the technicians did an excellent job. Same people different name. I have lifetime alignment with them and I wont b using it anymore.Doesnt make sense that I can no longer align my car bcuz the thingamajig is max out and they replaced a wrong pin along with lose bolts.One bad experience after another. Wish I can give no stars.Done!!

Good place to go get you car service. Prices are decent. Hourly rate is not bad. When I went last year it was about 98 an hour. They will get you the best price for your buck.

So far so good. This was my first time using Tire Choice Auto Service after buying out Certified tires. Great service & wonderful guys. I very very happy so far. Open 7 days a week is a huge plus for me and they are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and so far seem extremely trustworthy and honest. The only thing I didnt like is that I bought a 3 yr wheel alignment with Certified tires before they sold the business to Tire Choice but Tire Choice only will honor thru the end of Dec. this year. I was disappointed but also upset that Certified Tires was selling a 3 yr product to customers when the owner knew he was planning on retiring.I may report Certified Tires to someone for doing that. I also didnt like that Tire Choice does not have my vehicle history and Certified Tires is gone now. I would not have thought it would be like that.

My husband had his 96 Ford F-150 worked on here and Javon and manny did great work on it he is very satisfied by there service and great people to take your vehicle to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive been a customer since 2008. However this time around when I walked in, I noticed the blank walls and windows. Just looked so boring. I asked the staff what was going on and then noticed the uniform change. Needs to be more welcoming if there was a company takeover.

A history of being overcharged only to have them offer storage credit when I point out the mistakes. And was charged and had vehicle returned to me without work actually being done. Also I purchased a set of new tires and the ones they put on my vehicle were D O T dated in 2014! I guess that they were sitting in their warehouse for 5 years then sold to me as New? Be careful to check their prices and that they actually do the work they say was done. Unfortunately I have other instances of things going wrong also. Be cautious.

So I believe that majority people that come to get new tires or used are always looking for the cheapest price possible, but I believe that your dollar will only go as far as you want it people want quality long lasting items but dont want to spend the real cost of quality. a customer representative named Raymond really helped me out alot not jut for the commission or to being in more income from a customer but really taking the time and going further then just the bare minimum he has wonderful customer service amd is here for our needs and tries to find the best financial options for your budget he deserves a promotion raise the hole nine definitely coming back

Amazing customer service, really professional, and kind. The guys work fast and very efficient. Extremely good work ethic! If you are in need of a car repair and you are a female or simply arent car savvy you need to come here. You wont get scammed or over priced. And you will leave knowing what was done on your car and why. Side note they have a loby and free wifi in case you stay during repairs.

First time coming to this store and the experience i received not just the store its self but the customer service that was provided for me was by far over exceeding. Employee representative Raymond went beyond the extra mile, he didnt accept the fact that I got denied for financing the tires and kept pushing to help me get what I needed for my vehicle. So we tried another way to get the tires and a got approved, but he didnt stop there. He took upon himself to look at the vehicle like if it was his car. He pointed some keys issues that I missed and pointed them out to me. So he continued pushing and went out his way to get me exactly what I needed for the vehicle and less stress for myself to worry about. Customer representatives like Raymond I feel that his the same way with all other customers, amd I believe Raymond should be recognized for his hard work he puts into helping the customers by not just doing thw bare minimum at work he really just came out from left field amd got hit my lighting his services and labor, and just taking that load off my shoulders he really deserves to be recognized an acknowledged for his hard work he puts into the customers

This is the worse place ever, i will advise customers to stay away from this place. they not honest and they are fraudulent. I called them up because my car was making some noise in the front, they told me to come in and they will check it for free, on getting there they took my information and told me it will cost me 105 dollars, initially i thought he was joking, because this was the same guy i spoke to on the phone...but no, he wasnt joking, he was serious, he wanted me to pay 105 dollars after he had told me it was free, i was so upset, you cant be lying to people telling them you do free inspection, only to charge them when they come in, that just wrong, i will also report them to the BBB. i had to drive 20 miles for nothing and they didnt even feel the need to honor the initial agreement of free inspection, i had to leave. i finally went to another good yer store, called mountain view tires, they are awesome, service was great, and guess what the inspection was free, i didnt even had to ask them if they did free inspections. Well guys you have been WARNED, steer clear off this place or you will regret it.

I came in on a Sunday for an oil change and Fernando got me out of there in LESS than an hour... with a tire rotation! Thank you Goodyear my new favorite place!

I called more than 3 times in one day and they were not able to provide me the information requested. First they said they wil Ill return my call, they never did. I called back to follow up, put me on hold for more than 15 min. I hung up. Called later, no answer at all. When online, never got a confirmation on my appointment. Overall bad service.

Had a flat tire last week from a tire shop called old school in Moreno Valley . Had my own tires installed and he didnt put the valve stem on right . I made it Fontana and didnt notice the flat tire until I got to the post office and was in a rush for work lucky they were around the corner and fixed it for free and threw some amor all on the tires as well . Shout out to Carlos for looking out .

I called this place after calling Pepboys. Pepboys told me they couldnt tell me how long it would take to repair a flat tire, could be all day? Then I asked how long is the wait now, and was put on terminal hold. Really Pepboys? Im thankful for certified tire! Called Certified Tire Goodyear and they said it would take about 90 minutes. I drove down and they greeted me professional courtesy. Took my car as soon as they could. While waiting another customer told me he has been coming here for many years, gets his oil changed for under $25 and they always are honest. What a great experience, and I was in and out in less then an hour.Under promise and over deliver. Awesome service!

They messed up my engine. I took my car in for an oil change, after they did it I made it home. The very next morning, I started my car and it had a horrible knocking sound. I contacted goodyear and they sent a tech out who proceeded to start the car and heard the knocking. The tech stated that it sounded like the oil filter was loose and the engine wasnt getting enough oil. He called his boss and we had to get my car towed back there. They called me later to tell me that the machine the needed to check my car wasnt at the shop so I had to wait until the next day, but in the mean time they re-did the oil change. The next day I called them to check on my car and they havent started working on it.. I eventually had to get my car towed back to the dealership where I bought it from and they told me that my engine had no oil in it and it was blown. I even took my car to the dealership who made my car and they came up with the same result. I emailed the paperwork to goodyear and the called me stating that they were not taking any responsibility for the damage done to my car. I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair because this is unacceptable. My car was not making noise when I dropped it off, why was it making noise the next day.

The staff member checking you in is sick as a dog, its not ok to make people come to work sick, the guy is coughing and sniffling while working with customers. Did you not get the memo to make people stay home when theyre sick, real poor business practice.

This place is so unprofessional, I had an appointment set up. When i arrived, the cashier said what are you here for? told him i was there for my appointment for an alignment and he said laughing the machine doesnt work He said he didnt know if it would even get repaired that day or not. I asked why they didnt call and inform me that the equipment was down and he responded that they didnt have time.
