They were very helpful and friendly. I rented out 2 tables for Thanksgiving, and the process was easy. There prices are good too.

I adore Party Pro very much! I am going to give them 5 stars because the staff working there is splendid. The girls working there are always very attentive and patient. They always have a positive attitude, from greeting me once I arrive, asking me if I need any help or have questions, and telling me to have a wonderful day once I leave the store. I have rented from there before as well as shopped at their store. The store is very unique and that is what makes it stand out the most to me. I have shopped there for almost all seasons and let me tell you that they decorate the store so cute pertaining to the specified season. They also follow all safety guidelines. The times that I have been there during the pandemic, I always see the girls working there being very clean. They make sure that all customers walking in have facemasks as well as disinfecting the area of the register and everywhere else. I believe that this store deserves more recognition. I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

Friendliest customer service ever. My friend and I shopped there for Christmas and they had a variety of adorable decorations. I cant wait to go back thanks to the two sweet young ladies working there. Very helpful and cheery. Will shop there again.

The moment that I walked in was the moment that I knew I came to the right place.I was looking for balloons for my baby girls graduation back in June and I was quite fascinated at all the balloons that they had to offer.Its like if I was in balloon wonderland. The two girls that were working there welcomed me with such enchantment and delight and one of them helped me pick out the perfect balloons to make my wonderful daughter smile on her graduation day. I am so glad I came to Party Pro and I will delightfully visit again!

I thought this place would be a lot bigger. I think I built it up so much in my mind that when I got there it seemed a lot smaller. It has your basic needs when it comes to simple part color needs.

Friendly and never had any problems renting items

Party pro has been my go to for years especially when it comes to balloons and flowers. One of their designers Sal does the most amazing job and my guests are always in awe at how beautiful our balloon and flower designs are. Thanks Party Pro!

Great customer service

Shawn was awesome. We wanted some very untraditional music to be a part of our ceremony and he made it happen w ease. He was so organized and professional that it really made things simple. We had an awesome wedding and everyone complimented the music. Thanks Shawn.

I was optimistic after I read the reviews.....but they were all right. Nobody knows what they doing. Every question I asked.. The girl had to go ask the manager. I wish the manager would just come out of his office and helped me. So frustrating.... So overpriced.... So unprofessional. The place needs a tidy up too.

Good employes, bilingual and nice with people, but everything is really expensive, it doesnt have any price tag and they are not attend if you have any question about the price or something... you have to look for them.

Other than the owner . No one knows anything.. how much things are, what they rent what sizes things are ect .

The manager was rude and lacked comon curtesy. I asked her a simple cuestion and she acted like i was impossing on her time. I ended up dealing with one of the sales ppl she was nice but she didnt explain to me what i was acctualy buying when i bought 4 buques of ballons it didnt come with weights and it cost $27 to say the least i was disappointed i wont go back there. Hope you guys have better luck.

Every time we have ordered chairs from them we have to clean them. They are always dirty. Some of the legs on the folding chairs were rusty also.

Nobody knows whats going on. They dont open when they say they will. Horrible customer service.
