He was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain what each mattress was made of. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Very clean and great service! Tony Morfin is a fantastic salesman and people person. He will get you what you want and what you need. We walked in as first-time mattress buyers and didnt know really what we were looking for. Tony walked us through several types of mattresses. Had a lot of trouble in the beginning with getting them to communicate via their online chat. A LOT. But, once management got involved, it was the perfect transaction. I already knew what i wanted and was ready to buy, so it went fairly quickly. Delivery came fast and they were wonderful. All in all, would purchase again. Usually prefer to make large purchases online, as Ive rarely found instore pricing/variety to be comparable, but this store legitimately has a plethora of both. Would definitely recommend!

There are no words for how wonderful my experience was at this Mattress Firm with Andrew and Surena. We initially ordered the Serta telleburg firm mattress online which was extremely disappointing and not firm in the least. So we contacted our local store and Andrew encouraged us to come in and try out the beds so we can choose exactly what we want (which we did not do with the first order, because we figured firm was firm, our mistake). The store was clean and the associates were welcoming, we immediately found our perfect mattress and he was able to assist us with scheduling a return for our online order and getting us our ideal mattress. I had called a few local mattress firms and none of the associates nor the region manager, Janelle, were as courteous or as helpful as Andrew and Surena. Absolutely amazing experience, we will definitely be recommending our friends and family to shop with this location!
