Horrible experience . Lied about telling us that if we bought their dresses they would do the necessary alterations since we could not try them on at the time because of COVID. We bought 6 dresses from them and when we came back to receive our service they said their was a misunderstanding.. but she signed the receipt telling us when to come back for alterations. We have more than 5 witnesses that abide to that. Then the owner called me and was talking reckless and could not even give an apology for the employee’s lie. Incase you guys don’t know verbal contracts are legally binding in California and more so that there’s evidence. There will be a lawsuit. Whether or not they have a seamstress doesn’t matter because, that information was never told to us when we bought the dress. We were told something different just so they can make a sale. So malicious

This place was amazing and what made it better was the costumer service. Jackie was awsome she was patient and very helpful. Answered all my questions and loved that she gave honest feedback when asked what she thought of the dress. Recommend this place to anyone looking for wedding dress, quinceanera dress or just a formal dress for a special occasion. My daughter was able to find a quinceanera dress she loved and that was affordable we even got all accessories to go with it.

The young lady was very helpful in getting different dresses for my daughter to try on. My daughter fell in love with a dress which needed a small alteration which was done from one day to another. My experience was well worth it and Thank you ladies for providing excellent customer service.

This place is very beautiful and the decor was so gorgeous. They have an array of dresses and sizes. The staff is very Friendly and professional. The atmosphere felt very comfortable like if you were with family. The attention to detail and customer needs was above and beyond. I thank you very much for the help finding such a elegant plus size dress. (Which can be very hard to do lol) I definitely recommend this shop for all ur dress needs. Really nice place, its clean organized and the employees treat you like family. I found the quality of the dresses very beautiful and well made and the price is honestly worth it I went to a few other shops and felt overcharged but here it feels normal.
