We stopped by just to look around and end up buying stuff. I use their bathroom and I was very surprised at how well maintained and clean it was. You can always find something that will catch your eye.

This store was a huge disappointment. Zero shopping carts at either door at around 9:00 am with 20+ employees out and about. Not able to find anyone with keys to the tool cases and lots of random tools left on nearby shelves. Signs of theft all over in that area, empty packages and hangers left on empty shelves. The locked electronics cases were the worst I have ever seen. Merchandise piled up in there and they looked like they threw stuff inside. Sound bars displayed as tripping hazards. Propane tanks outside were all empty. Checkout register in garden had a lane closed with two people there. (They did remove it and checked people out once another customer asked them) Overall I will go to the Walmart in Rancho instead of ever going here again.

Most horrible Walmart. The manager Courtney (a man) was super rude. power went out and I was literally paying for my daughters costume. (The last one) they then kicked us out in the rain. I tried to explain to Courtney (a man) that I was about to pay and its raining outside. He did not care and was extremely rude. This Walmart has no decency. Go to Target or the rancho Walmart. Courtney was so unprofessional.

Kinda crowded but I have always respected the hospitality and warm people that work for Walmart.

I usually don’t have any problems with Walmart but this store has many problems. Starting with parking it’s a mess. There were no baskets. Dozens were stuck together. The store is setup totally different than any other Walmart. They had what I wanted but it took me about a hour to find.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. I just wish they had more than 3 lanes open at a time its seems every time I go there its packed, and the self check out line is long. Most people dont know how to use it, so it takes a little longer than I expect.

The parking lot was not properly lit. There was not enough cashiers . Glad i only needed cold medicine and paid at the pharmacy dept. No browsing saved me money. I would not have waited in those long lines.

The Manager Maria on the evening of August 24th spontaneously closed the Money Services department ONE HOUR EARLY...... she claimed that it was due to a (ONE) call-off..... one person supposedly called off for a entire shift but it merely caused them to have to close ONE HOUR early........ and that ONE PERSON IS THE ONLY ONE CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING RELATED TO MONEY SERVICES....... thats above the capabilities of the Walmart managers according to Maria.

A smaller store but my family favorite. I live 2 blocks from the new mega in rialto and I prefer this one always first. The mature employees ate always nice. The younger ladies are sometimes unfriendly when seeking help but not so much to ruin my personal shopping experience. The men here are very helpful with lifting etc and that says a lot for me.

This Walmart is decently maintained and has friendly staff

Hot wheels scam of employees, holding items and canceling orders and the employees are nice until you ask too many questions. they also dont answer the phone.

It was clean felt very comfortable no one bugs you, but if you need help you have plenty of walmart associates that will gladly help you.

Sure it has my necessities, i think theres a way to expand the layout to offer better variety of refrigerated food. Some walmarts also have extra real estate to add more merchandise. I still have a good shopping experience here. Employees seem to be more laid back than other walmarts.

Oh my sweet Jesus NEVER SEEN A STORE SO LOCKED DOWN from so much theft. Everything even shavers, batteries, face creams were in a locked case. Needed assistance to get items needed. The fishing area is a mess all mixed up.

I ordered groceries to be delivered. $60 worth of stuff. When it was delivered only part of my order was there. I was missing $40 worth of stuff. I called so it could be fixed and they told me I would have to come and pick my items up. I do not have a car so that was impossible plus I had already paid $10 for delivery for that order. I eventually had to take store credit for those items which was no help for me right then. I still needed these items.

This is a well stocked Walmart the day I came. They had a whole lot of school supplies we needed. The employees were helpful and everything seems to be in its place. I seldomly walk around Walmart but for the kids I will try my best. Funny 🤣 thing is a lady accidentally almost ran into me I apologize and said Im sorry and her response was no your not. Just another reason 😂 I dont walk around Walmart. Ignored the lady looked for the food normally a Walmart have Mc Donalds to my surprise this place have a freaking Burger King 👑. That made my day ignoring my previous encounter. Their online pick up are is at the back of the store not really Ideal but oh well hopefully their better that the other Walmart I have gone who done even answer their phone or pages when you are there to pick up an item. I will definitely update. So far so good.

Disappointed that there were no carts for the garden section. Asked to go all the way to the main entrance only to not have any carts available there either. My sons had to track down a cart in the parking lot. We then go to check out in the garden section and that register was closed.Did not require any assistance so cant speak to that. We went through self check out and there was no line. Check out went smooth. Store was clean and well stocked.

Had to go to money services. Only myself was waiting in line. Less than a 3 minute wait. Transaction was very fast & the young lady that assisted me was very efficient.

Good Ole Walmart always got what you need if youre not expecting much or just need little things to finish up projects there opening and closing times are always applicable to all jobs, I enjoy how clean they keep it for how much traffic they get!

The prices are good. Just at times service or help can be slow. Could be short staff because of covid.

The vibe that i get every time I walk through those doors is so negative and disliking. I have had their employees follow me, around the store. As if I was going to take something without paying for it. 2 or 3 of them trying not to be noticed but it was so obvious.

Very convenient place to shop. It has departments like electronics, grocery, baby and kids departments, fishing, sports, garden stuffs like plants though red night crawlers aren’t available. It has self counter checkout. This place is very busy during Saturdays.This place has lots of parking and security is patrolling the lot often times making it more secure.

Worst walmart around. I worked here and I can say most the coaches(assistant managers) are really bad, plus the store manager maribel is so lazy, since Marshall left the store went downhill, and the staff all look fed up.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I made a online pick-up order. I on the third day I asked Walmart online why I havent I received the pick up notification when it was supposed to be ready three days earlier. I was told it was ready and was given a phone number to call the store. I called for 40 minutes for no one to respond, I mean cmon in a span of 40 minutes no one got the chance to answer the phone. Im on my way to the store to now ask what is going on, literally no point in the pick up option at this point, just wasting my time.

It is a very good store. if it is close to you I recommend it but they didnt have a fish filter I needed. cashiers very friendly.

Its a very big place N I gotta bum leg Dt mks my lower back hurt like all Hell! So I have to order over D phone N get D curbside treatment 🙃 N its still a lil bit of a hassle cz of all U gotta do like call them saying youre on your way N all dt! BUT.... IF U dont mind all dt? It is surreal, and that is a compliment. Wait in line 15 minutes then the register crashes. Move to the self checkout and cannot pay for beer. Go back to another register and wait another 20 minutes because the cashier was enjoying her conversation with another customer. Now my turn: slow to put the items into the bag, hand over the ID and she is having trouble reading my date of birth... 40 minutes for an 18 pack of beer and some chips.

This Walmart is never too crowded. The workers are good. The only complaint I had was on a pickup order. A bike that I ordered wasnt put together. But other than that service there is good and makeup isnt locked up.

The store was not following distancing guidelines. There were not many registers open and self check out had a very long line. Went to pay at the garden center and they had just closed, and it wasnt even 5pm yet. Checking out was a nightmare. I did an order pickup and although it took several minutes for someone to get my order, and I was the only one in line, the man was very helpful.

Hard to find help and they need to keep their shelves stocked. Very Lazy employees.

Service was much faster and friendlier than usual. Found some new inventory in the baby feeding and gear area. A little disappointed in their curly / kinky / natural hair product variety, especially compared to the Rialto/Colton location and even the local Target.

Its always crowded and unfortunately, everything is locked up. Need Tylenol? Locked up. Need make-up? Locked up. You need to wait and ask for so much stuff.Its never organized. It used to be a nice Walmart around 3 years ago, but not anymore. Cashiers take forever as well.

The lines will always be a problem. Too many people and not enough cashiers. When asking for help, at this particular one (Foothill and Mango), good luck getting assistance. We were ignored by at least 3 workersWe were even told by one (in electronics), Im helping get their lines down! What you see is what we have! I will do all that I can to avoid this Walmart. Its ghetto and the staff are lazy!

Typical. Some associates are helpful and others are not. Overall it was an okay experience. Im glad in this location not everything is under key so you dont have to chase an employee with a key to get a simple cosmetic from behind the glass.
