Nice sure store clean, the guys that work were really friendly and helpful. Bit on the expensive side but what isnt these days. I went to buy shoes for son, but they didnt have what is was looking for

The store is bigger than some other locations so it has a pretty decent selection of shoes. At the price they had i was able to get 2 and maybe even 3 pairs of shoes for the price of 1 at other places. The store was clean and organized, as well as attentive staff that helped me checkout really fast. I will definitely be coming back again.

Every location I’ve been to or ordered online from have had really lazy workers but this one is the worst. Ordered 1 shirt for pick up before they even opened. Now they are about to be closing so I called to check on it and they said it won’t be ready till tomorrow cuz they are busy and have a lot of orders. So drove past right now and they are dead. Nobody there and employees aren’t doing anything. It’s ONE shirt !!!

I want to start with saying Jacob was just awesome. Online customer service assured me that that if I ordered a 7.5 online I would get a 7.5 Womens. I have encountered this issue before from other retailers so I wanted to confirm. Some retailers advertise Vans shoes as womens but the sizes are mens.When I showed up at the store for a curbside pick up order he conformed over the phone that it was a 7.5 mens.Before I could even get upset he proposed several solutions. He checked with the Rialto location and conformed that they had the size I needed. Be took care of it all and brought out my receipt. Gave me clear instructions on what to do.Never once did I set foot in his store. That is important to me because I have diabetes and with the pandemic I dont go inside stores. He never sounded like I was a problem for him. He solved my problem and was completely friendly the entire time. Jacob WSS has a great employee in you.

Some of the staff working on the floor seriously need an attitude adjustment. The last two times Ive been in and asked someone for help that I seen out on the floor acted like the last thing they wanted to do was help me. Its ridiculous. If theyre so miserable they should quit. They dont say hi, look up or even acknowledge your even there. Get some friendlier employers and you got a great store.

Great store with a wide variety of name brand shoes such as Adidas, Nikes, and Pumas. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. I recommend this shoe store if your looking for athletic shoes or even clothes!

Not a great selection of high quality basketball shoes. Staff that helped us not very knowledgeable about the shoes, looked confused when we asked for a couple different basketball shoes.

A bit overrated and too pricey. Large selection of shoes for the whole family but they seem to be basic styles. The fancy shoes they do carry are over priced. Also not worth the drive. Finding shoes at a regular department store is a better experience as, you can sometimes get them on sale sorry, not for me. My one star is for the model of the store.

This place is ghetto. I gave it 2 stars because I can get some decent shoes for a good price. Dont expect anybody to ask you if you need help or even make eye contact with you for that matter.

Manager gave me a size 9.5 in a size 11 box, I was highly dissatisfied with this outcome when I got home
