Coffee bean is the best! Their flavors and overall products are so much better than Starbucks! They have more of a unique menu. The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly! They’re in a great location as well. Love this coffee bean! So excited to have a cookie butter latte!

Great place to get coffee. Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. They have a nice clean restroom. They also sanitize the tables for you before you sit down.

Don’t do mobile/online orders. They’ll wait until you get there to make it. I ordered 1 drink 15 minutes ahead, I made it on time and still had to wait 5 minutes. The Rialto one is way better with mobile/online orders. Never again.

I have been at this coffee store many times, while going to my internship in Rancho Cucamonga! I would stop by this coffee store, and purchase my breakfast and coffee! The coffee is usually great! The price for it is quite reasonable, and inexpensive! At the same time, the wait line for coffee is not long. So definitely, if anyone is in Fontana, I would recommend to stop by this store!

First time to Coffee Bean ever and it was a great experience. Trevor took our order and was patient while my hubs and I decided on our drinks. Overall he was just super nice and our drinks were really good (berry tea and iced mocha latte). Will definitely be back!

The employees here are GREAT, they always make me feel like Im visiting the Cheers (1980s sitcom) version of a coffee shop. My beverage is always made PERFECTLY. Plus, this location has a convenient drive-thru. What more can you ask for?

I was disappointed with my drink here - esp after paying almost $10 for it!! I had the same drink at a different location but unfortunately, it was not the same here. It was very bland, not at all strong like I paid extra for, too thin but because it was not blended well I could barely get any through the straw because of the chunks of ice! After waiting, most of ice melted but it just made it taste so much worse! Again, for how much it was, I very annoyed that I had to trash it. I hate doing that either way. The drive-thru was pretty quick tho and the girls were nice and polite so... theres that.

I love coffee bean but this location takes way too long to give you the order. It took 20 minutes for my mobile order once I got there. You guys have to do better.

Stopped by here today for the first time with my wife. Must say we really enjoyed the tea. She had the Jasmine peach and I had the mango. We were a little indecisive, but the lady was patient and helpful. Great customer service and great drinks cant ask for much more. Ill be stopping by on my way to work to try the blended coffee.

I love coffee bean and I come here often so I spend an embarrassing amount of money here. But this location as of recently just has gone down. Not sure if there was a change in management or something but it seems as though for the past couple months I’ve been let down time and time again. Just to list off a few of my many terrible experiences. One day I waited over 40 minutes for a single mobile order, and I try my best to be patient given the staff storage, but to see several other people walk in, order, and get their drinks (which some had multiple drinks) in less than 10 minutes just seems unreasonable to I another paying customer who at that point had been waiting over 40 minutes and was rudely ignored the entire time when trying to ask about my mobile order. Another time when I tried to mobile pick up a powder, they gave me a tin with a giant dent, and there clearly was no shortage in powder I had seen a bunch in the front… I didn’t notice the tin’s condition til I got home, otherwise I would have asked to switch it out, but they had stapled it into a bag so they clearly saw it.And today, I once again mobile ordered a single drink, and their front door was locked, so I called because from the door I could see my drink by the usual pick up area and was told I had to go wait in their huge drive-thru line. I was told by who I assume is the manager that, “something happened in the store that wouldn’t allow people to come inside, ” what the hell does that even mean? If it isn’t a safe environment inside then why bother keep mobile ordering up if you’re not willing to accommodate it and most importantly why aren’t the employees being taken care of if something is obviously off?I digress, I had to once again wait in this huge line just to get my order, wasn’t the point in mobile pick up to avoid long lines? That being said I think I’ve learned my lesson and I am going to stop coming this mess of a location and to top it off the management is rude, I really do hope things change, this used to be a great shop.

This location always comes through. Almost every employee has been helpful and pleasant. They are pretty fast, which is always a plus. The only possible downside is they do not have a drive thru. Just the same I go back for the good drinks and service.

The inside is closed more then its open. Order online and still had ro get a long line in the drive thur. The coffee has been hit and miss on quality. The coffee today was water down and did not taste like coffee at all. I wasted money on coffee that I can even drink so disappointing. I once preferred this Coffee Bean over Starbucks. Im not sure I will be returning. Klatch may become my new to go place for coffee.

The two things I like most about the coffee Bean is one its menu they got a great selection something for everybody and its location its centrally located for me, so it makes it easy to swing in there get a coffee, snack and catch up on my paperwork take a quick break, and if youre an early riser its a great way to start your day staff is always cheerful and I never feel rushed its a nice place Id recommend it to my family and friends.

The drinks are always good, the employees are always nice. However, the drive thru is so, so slow. It takes forever to drive thru and get your order. More employees might help.

Whoever you have making drinks needs to be re trained cookies and cream came out like just milk and vanilla blend.

Friendly assistance at a clean counter filled with edibles...healthy and otherwise.Power workers :: 3 plugs in a cafeteria style setting featuring a couple of areas with comfy, vinyl chairs.Far less of a crowd than Starbucks and a bit less $s. $1 refills on the good-ole-fashion drip.

Busy bees behind the counter made everthing look so easy. Too many cars in the drive up and the lot. We were in and out in a breeze. I have found for the most part social distancing makes us think we will be waiting for a long time. I guess its time for a other change because we have learned how to master serving in this one. Hire people that work hard and care.

Coffee is good but it took us more than 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee from drive through, which defeats the entire purpose of drive though

My double chocolate mocha looked pretty but didnt taste that great. Kind of watery with big chunks of ice. This is only my 2nd time trying a Coffee Bean and the first time was much better.

Usually very good, but their posted hours arent correct. On the window sticker, it says theyre supposed to be open until 10pm, but it seems like they close before 9pm most of the time.Update: noticed theyve been open as posted lately. I just dont advise going late, as you might get a sarcastically large amount of powder in your latte.

Nice quiet coffee/tea house. Sit indoor or outdoor. Drive thru is fairly quick, but watch out when youre exiting; Ralphs cross traffic can be dangerous...If you park to go inside, be prepared to share the Coffee Bean parking with Ralphs customers. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

It is a nice coffee shop, located in Sierra Lakes Village. I have been at this establishment several times, when getting coffee in the morning, before going to work. Of course, I frequented this place, before the COVID-19 pandemic. I would usually drink several coffees, so I would be awake and functional in the office. The prices were quite fair. Furthermore, the wait times and lines, in the morning, were not long. So, I would recommend to stop by this coffee shop in the morning, before the lines form up.

This store always seems to be out of something and they are always severely understaffed. It is not uncommon to wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. The staff are friendly but there is a logistical nightmare going on internally

Quick and friendly service at the drive thru. My favorite is the ice blended hazelnut, but the caramel and mocha ice blended drinks are great too.

My coffee is made just right, the way I like it. Some other Coffee Bean locations make it to strong and bitter tasting. Drive thru lane doesnt take too long.

I stopped by this morning and explained my situation to the manager that I was not given an item at another location (cream cheese for my bagel) I asked if I may have one ...... Long story short the manager tried selling one to me for a $1.00 ....Are you guys serious ( no wonder Starbucks is more popular there just a little more Customer service friendly ) this place is not recommended.

This is a very good place to go for coffee especially if in a hurry. The staff is always much faster than any Starbucks in the area including in the drive-through. Best of all, the coffee drinks are less expensive and taste better than Starbucks by a country mile...no burnt taste here!

If you want cold brew, check in advance. I waited in the drive thru only to find ou they were out of it. Next time Ill see if its possible to use their app to order ahead and see if they are out of it. Havent tried the app yet so dont know if thats possible.

Way better coffee than Starbucks... Forget the branding, go with the best coffee! Take a fresh cup to Starbucks in there and try it next to Coffee Bean, there is absolutely no comparison in smoothness and flavor.

Fast and friendly service and superior coffee. Jackie (GM) is seen here often and she runs a great operation. Always look forward to coming in on weekends to unwind with a fresh coffee. This place is so great my 4 year old son demands a weekly visit for the pastries and Pellegrino! Great work Coffee Bean staff!!
