Still the best “fast” food hamburgers. No debate. Fresh meat, perfectly cooked with great flavors. This location does the business; extremely busy but efficient. Had extra team members come out to take orders. Wish we had one in Nashville......

This is disgusting.. my daughter had a couple of bites of her burger and found this. We love In-N-Out and have never experience this. I understand sometimes hair falls in food but this is ridiculous it’s more than one strand and I feel it was purposely put in the burger.

As you would imagine the drive thru line was almost wrapped around out to the street. We parked and went inside to be greeted by friend staff. Our food was ready fairly quick being we ordered animal style

Order 2 Cheeseburgers one with no tomato and the other one with everything on a box w/lid, drove back home to find out I got a plain Burger. Can you imagine how is it feel..

Typically good but last night my double double wasnt fully cooked and they forgot 1 of my drinks (my fault for not double checking.

In n out burgers are always fresh and taste great, relatively cheap . Their fries Im not a huge fan of unless theyre dressed up with the Animal style works . Staff is very friendly, this location is always packed but line moves at a good pace.

I love this location. Its down the street from us, but even though the line can get long the service is great food amazing!!!

I absolutely love In N Out. Best hamburgers ever. Double Double animal style with animal style fries and a neapolitan shake is my go to.

I dont know what it is about this place with the fresh made to order assembly line type burger joint but they are to die for GOOD. It could be everything is fresh daily from the local farms that give these burgers the best taste in town! In my humble opinion, its worth the line of cars thats always there. That in itself should tell you something good is going on !!!!!

Ive worked for in n out since 2019 so I know how it all works but I don’t understand how they got my entire order wrong and forgot my drinks they had the concept of my order but it was noticeably wrong if they would have at least read my receipt like they are supposed to they would of known it was wrong. The line wasn’t big so they had time to stop and check if all the orders were correct. Disappointed.

For as busy you guys are your customer service is always excellent and orders are getting out quick! Good job Staff 👏 👍 👌

Definitely good food, good customer service.. just not worth an hour line.. all locations got to work on that issue.. everyone getting burger start them patties up.. in stuck and still not out.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm and the two ladies working the drive thru were nothing but positive energy and gave phenomenal customer service. I didn’t get their names unfortunately but god bless them. We need more positive souls like them in the world, especially in the times we are in right now. They even gave me stickers=)

Im willing to wait for my food, which I did, but I cant stand old fries. You cant give a fresh burger that took 10 minutes to get and give 10 minute old fries.Friendly staff and a clean store.

Fastest In N Out Ive been to... There were 18 cars in front of me, .. I got my #1 combo within 12 minutes...👍

Drive thru. Staff outside taking orders to help line go quicker. Very good lettuce wrap (forgot the in and out name). Staff friendly.

Last Friday 10-1 when I was paying for my food thru drive through the girl at the pay window was very polite and had very good energy even tho it was late at night she seemed in a good mood and that night I wasn’t having such a great night but for some reason her energy made my night better and I just want to say thank u to the girl at the pay window for making my night better so most definitely I will be coming back to this location and the food was very good so thank u for having good customer service and I did ask for the girls name at the pay window I believe her name was Natalie so thank u again

I celebrated my nomination today in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a cool evening and the venue was indeed one of the reasons for this strong meeting. The waiters participated in a very nice manner, the meals were yummy and my buddies were very thrilled. We shall absolutely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

In N Out is awesome! Every one I go to is clean and efficient. This one was no exception and was awesome just like the rest!

Order your fry crispy is mutch better that way

The in n out staff needs to enforce better parking where the vehicles park.Usally cars park behind the other cars when there is no more parking and I get upset I cannot exit without being blocked in by other parked cars where they are not supposed to be Parking please fix this this is very common and very frustrating.

Service was extremely great and fast. Dont let the long lines scare you away, your in the front paying and grabbing your food in literally no time.

Added a flying Dutchman right before I paid and it took 15 minutes to be delivered when I parked in front. Usually very quick, but dont know what took so long this time. I dont think there was a shortage of patties or cheese on the grill at the time.

You can never go wrong with In N Out! Always great food and great service.

Food is great as always! This In N Out never lets me down and now that they have changed the drive through to go in the other driveway and come around the back side, you are no longer sitting out on sierra risking getting hit.

I love IN N OUT but I definitely will not be coming to this location again! Miss ABIGAIL ( Name Tag ABBY ) was absolutely rude to me. I did not even give her an attitude I actually said” hi can I please have ...” and she not even looking at me she looks at my shirt like hello what wrong with my shirt? ( it’s a regular black shirt with Calvin Klein printed on it ) then gives me attitude bc she wanted to charge me for 2 extra fries & I corrected my order and she rolled her eyes and sighed. So MISS ABBY OR ABIGAIL WHATEVER YOU GO BY HOPE YOU READ THIS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK IN A RESTAURANT GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN QUIT WORKING THERE GIRL DON’T GIVE PEOPLE ATTITUDE FOR YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS.

Best burger in town & can have it special mabe just the way you ask. I just wish they used better quality beef. all grass feed instead of mass produced feed lots. I would happily pay more for the much healthier meet & better treatment of the animals.i am sure all ours will also.

As a Midwesterner, this was my first time to an In-N-Out Burger and I wasnt let down. The burger and Animal Fries that I ordered were pretty good. On a scale of 1-10 taste, I would say 7.The service was very fast and the people working there were very friendly. I would definitely go back to this location if I was in the area again.

Well labeled for covid seating arrangements.Not sure why the condiments were bagged and fries portions were less than prior to covid.But all in all, its still the best burger(fast chain)

Hamburgers are great and even though the clientele is high they are able to keep the cars moving at a good pace very well worth the wait.

As we walked in for lunch we where greeted by an employee which was very nice. He held the door open like a gentleman. The place is very tidy the kitchen is fast pace and food was made properly. I really enjoyed the vibe here. 10 points! Thanks for the great lunch experience, I will definitely be going back to this In and Out soon.

I went with my mom the other night, we had around 20 cars on front of us but the line was FAST, they have it well organized it, someone takes your order way outside, then you get charged on one window and then you pick your order on the other, no waiting time on picking up, they have it ready, we order 2 double double with everything, and one of then was wrap in lettuce instead of bread. They were both good, and tasty. Customer service wasn’t the best, but because all the people they were handling it, I do understand that they might be tired of it. I’m taking one star because of the customer service, out of that, everything was amazing
