This is our go-to store for bulk items that we dont find at Costco. Their selection of plates, utensils, table cloths, etc. is great for all your party needs and family get togethers. We also purchase candy in bulk; theres a good selection to choose from. The produce isnt too good-- the quality and variety is under par.

Its a nice place to buy bulk..the employees are friendly and helpful. The missing star is only because of the small size of the location itself..wishing it was bigger.

We havent been to Smart & Final in a long time. Just went in to get a couple of catering trays and bought other items. We were in a hurry otherwise we would have looked around. We will definitely go back to shop there.

They carry many large family size products and the prices are always very reasonable, prices on weekly on sale items can be amazing.They have lots of parking with easy access to the store, the store appears to be clean well organized, I also noticed all the covid-19 precautions they have taken... its impressive, they gave me a free new mask just for shopping there, the saleslady noticed my mask was starting to look a little worn and she asked me if I would like a free replacement. Most places are charging a ridiculous amount for Masks ....if they even have them in stock!And didnt we have smart in final that is giving away Masks to their customers, it was a pleasant surprise,

I love going here cuz everything in bulk and prices are not to bad also. There never a long line at register.

Was able to found basically everything I needed. It wasnt too crowded. Like how the line is set up.

I went for some tuna and got a huge can for my family. I let my mom know and she said she also needed some for her partner. She got a couple for him. He had only given her a certain amount of money. Well when we were paying, the cashier Jennifer was super rude ! She let us know about the limit and we understood but she took all the tuna away and started talking to her worker about how people don’t understand limits and what not. I told her it was going to pay separately with his money and she didn’t care. I told her my mom didn’t live with me and we were sharing carts, she had her own things. Then she threw my tostadas and broke them. Then she told my friend that the limit of wipes was only 1 and made her put them back. There was a change in cashiers because they noticed her attitude or whatever. The other cashier was nice and friendly. Her name was Kari. She scanned the items and even read the note. The limit was 2.

The store is cleaner than it used to be. Good prices. Give them a try!

Fontana Smart and Final is very well stocked. I always find everything that I am looking for. The customer service is not really good. The cashiers never want to help put your groceries in the cart. They will bag your items and leave it right there on the counter. What are the cashiers for if they are not going to help you. I can scan my own items.

Mini Costco. Awesome selection and great bulk pricing HOWEVER, there arent enough people at the registers and you wait at the one open register for quite a while which is a bummer especially if you have only a couple of items

Prices are not what they used to be, value for bulk purchases worse than sale prices at other normal supermarkets. Selection has also gone down, many items I use to only get here are gone. If things dont change then not likely I will continue shopping here which sort of sucks.

I really like shopping at smart and final. I wish ALL cashiers were polite. It bothers me when I have a cart full of groceries and the cashiers wont even looks you in the eyes! No greeting, no did I find everything I was looking for, no thank you for shopping S&F, no have a nice day.Wincos cashiers are polite! Management should make this a must for employees!!! It isnt hard to be nice.

Im writing this because I usually dont shop here now I know why, their return policy sucks tried to exchange some items and they said no because I had no receipt, if I would of bought these items like at Ralphs, Stater Bros (both union markets) or Costco there wouldve been no problem. Ill never shop here again.

False advertising, went shopping on 4/24/ 2019. Thier ad states First Street eggs large, one dozen on sale .99 cents. When I got home and checked the receipt the eggs were $1.49.
