Evil.I bought a package of ground beef hamburger patties (10 for $10) from their meat section. before purchasing, I eyeballed the meat to make sure it wasnt brown.when I got home and opened the package, only the top two were fresh and the rest of the patties were brown and oxidized in the center.whoever packaged those knew what they were doing. they knew those patties were going bad and chose to put some fresh ones on top of the old ones so they could sell rotten ground beef.disgusting. I feel scammed!this inconveniences me so much. I just had spinal operation. life doesnt stop, I have to still get groceries. instead of just buying beef from Stater Bros and going home, I now have to go to another store and buy more meat because this store decided to be shady. shame on you.also, whats with the girl bagging the groceries? she stares me down and gives me attitude every time I go.

Just grabbed a few things before picking up my husband. I like this staters more than the one by my house.

Its a supermarket - nothing special. My problem with it is that gallon jugs of nonfat Stater Bros milk are not properly stocked, The most Ive ever seen is 4, but often, just like this morning, there are none.UPDATE: The issue remains - no fat free SB milk gallons again, but now there is another problem. I have repeatedly tired to get the store to obey California gift card law, which requires stores to cash out gift cards with a balance under $10. Ive talked to people in the store, Stater Bros. customer service, and the manager. My patience is gone.Im going to get my money in the end. Im not going to accept any more apologies. I now demand compensation for the hassles Ive endured and the time Ive spent on this. Ive tried to settle the issue quietly. It hasnt worked.

The one in this location is very busy and I dont like it very much because they dont have a food and pastry station

This store is all ways clean shelf are all ways stocked has a grand appearance when entering the store. Customer service is warm and welcoming. I love to shop at this store.

Always friendly and clean. Produce is good, they sanitize your cart before you enter the store. Meat is tasty but getting expensive. There is plenty of brands to pick from. Most of the staff will direct you where to find an item or take you there to hand it to you. The staff is always friendly, even offers to put your groceries in your car. I hate the buy your grocery bag rule. They often pack your bags too full and they get too heavy. All in all a great store.

It was pleasant as allways. Good service and food. Low prices and competitive specially that stater has good quality.

Come here often because where I live sometimes were out of specific groceries that I need and for some reason your always stocked with these items so Ill drive out of my way to pick them up a definite yes to this Staters😄

Restrooms really needed attention. No TP and only 2 seat covers probably because no TP. The rest of the store was fine and all of the employees were super nice

I love to buy my fruits from Stater Bros. I dont know their source but they do have a variety of very tasty fruits.Their products can be a bit pricey,but you know you are getting what you pay for. Staff are nice and very helpful.The restrooms here are not the best though.

Stater brothers needs to correct the issue of the express lane.I was in the express lane with 7 items and the person in front of me had over 30 items.I was in a hurry and it took a while for me to pay and go.Take down those express lane signs if stater brothers is not going too enforce the 15 items or less rule!

I always come back to Staters for my vegetables and fruit. Also there ground beef is always good.Check em out!

Love Stater Brothers! The people are always very helpful and respectful. And All the shelves and isles are neat and clean, especially produce👍👌and the produce ladies are very nice and courteous.

Love shopping here. The one star is for the new awful uniforms. The old uniforms where classy and separated this store from the others. All shoppers I have talked to feel the same along with all the employees. This change makes me not want shop here anymore.

They have a nice store there! The parking lot is big although it seems odd how it is designed...some rude crazy lady cut me off & was going to hit my van to beat me to a parking spot!

I put my chip card in like 5 times I swiped my card like 8 times the machine wouldnt take it, it definitely has money on it plus there was only 1 cashier & like 15 ppl behind me

The lady at the counter was rude but the other lady made a great sandwich

Always clean but hit or miss with the customer service but overall not at bad market.

Had to go back to the meat department to look for ham hocks. They didnt have any and a fine young man named Lucio in the back got some, wash them off and wrapped them up for me. He embodies the professionalism that all Stater Brothers employees no matter what location seem to have. They exhibit professional assistance wherever needed.

It was a very pleasant visit to States Bros. Market only problem they were unable to fulfill my desire for Diet Coke.

This place is awful,you used to be greeted when youve been going there for 40 years,now they are rude,dont want to help you cashier and meat boy flirting at the register couldnt get a word in,he was leaning all over the register they were laughing,and flurting,she was ringing me up while being backwards ringing me up,quality has really gone down,theyre eighter out of every thing,or its expired,very dissapointed,I spend 400 a week if not more,still looking for a better grocery store close to me.
