I bought this build Andersons M5 upper at California Outdoor it was a great experience buying this item they test fire it to make sure it work well and there build frame was great i got it a in a week and 1/2. There customer service was great i got all questions answered and they give advice on how everything works. Cant wait to go to the range.

Great shop for Firearms. They are friendly and easy to communicate, and willing to spend time with customers. California has many regulations on firearms. We went to the store in May 2021 and purchased a customized AR15, Mr. Stephen spent almost an hour with us and went over all the components. Reasonable priced firearms, this is a great neighbor store.

Great experience. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and helpful. When it came to choosing a firearm they were more than informational. Demonstration were performed so I could see and understand everything they were telling me. After taking my certification test I chose a weapon. My experience was very very good.

Went in for information on purchasing a firearm and the staff here was extremely helpful, informative and nice to boot. No pressure on purchasing, and they helped me find what was right and comfortable for me. After the safety test questions they laminated my card and even took a photos for me. Hands down a great buying experience. Will be coming back with my wife for hers.

Visited this place late May for a P2P ammo transfer. First off, Thanks Ca Outdoors for doing the transaction when most store will not because they lose money. Staff was thorough, friendly and fast ..Remember people were in a pandemic so instead of stomping your feet for not getting your way immediately make an appointment and do yourself and the store a favor. Also, all the impatient 1st time gun buyers screaming about their 2nd amendment rights all the sudden....where were you when Cali was pushing all these laws making it so difficult for law abiding citizens to buy a gun?? Exactly. Anyway, Ill be giving Ca Outdoors a chance to sell me some firearms soon.

Not sure where all the good customer service ratings come from, but theyre probably fake. I went to this shop to see if they had any magazines. There was a guy outside that acted way surprised that I was here and then he disappeared. I tried to go inside the other door and another guy on the phone told me to wait. When he was finally ready to talk to me, he pokes his head out the door so I obviously wasnt welcomed. He asks me what Im looking for. I said magazines and he immediately replied No. Confused, I said you dont sell any magazines?? He says well yes, what caliber? This cant be a legit gun shop. You dont sell magazines by caliber. What an awkward experience.

Came to Change my ratings, the owner who seems like the father is friendly but the younger people there seem to have attitudes when asking simple questions, they tell people if you give them a 5 star rating they’ll hook you up that’s why there’s so many 5 star reviews, customer service sucks

Very rude and high prices

Do not ever purchase a weapon from this store I purchased my gun before the crisis when the 10-day limit was over I had to wait extra days and make an appointment to pick up my weapon and right when I was about to pick up my weapon from his store he came out did not let me in his store told me that he was mandated not to to sell any more guns even though my gun was already purchased over two weeks ago I told him I wanted my money back you walked away close the door on me and locked up his to store didnt even give me the opportunity to get my money back bad business this guy that owns this store did not give a s*** that we are in a middle of a crisis and denied me my right to practice my second amendment to protect my family with the weapon that I purchased two weeks before I want my f****** gun
