This place is a gem for you DIYers. I always like to come here to find a special nut or bolt. Usually the big box stores stink at carrying any if not most nuts or bolts. They also have other items or tools here that big box stores may not stock or sell. Do yourself a favor and walk around and explore your imagination on what you could create or do.

I absolutely love this place everyone here is very very helpful especially Kelly!!!!!! Her smile and her energy definitely makes you comfortable and wanting to come back!!!! And if they dont have something you have they will do everything they can to see if they can order it!!!!!

So so. Its kind of a cool store for small things like harder to find nuts and bolts. But their prices suck in anything over 5 bucks. I hate Lowes with a passion, but I go there everyday over true value because its not only slightly, but significantly cheaper. And the true value help from the employees is a thing of the past

On the few occasions I have gone here I have never felt a warm welcome or good vibe. This isnt a local hardware store from a Hallmark Channel movie. If I want that I go to Ace Hardware in Rancho Cucamonga. Otherwise I stick with Lowes and Home Depot for friendly service.

Foothill true value hardware store has had many names over the years, but the customer service, broad inventory, and especially parts, items are the best parts of Foothill true value hardware. people working the floor are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping so when I need that hard to find plumbing part, special clip, spring, pin, nut bolt, mechanical fasteners Foothill True Value is the place to go. Its hard to find a good old-fashioned hardware store these days I sure appreciate having this one in our neighborhood.

I really like this place, but I find the cashiers are kinda unfriendly and rude lately.As for the rest of the staff, they are very helpful and cheerful. Large s election of merchandise. Also, the new garden center and its staff are wonderful. .

Nice open store. A lot bigger than what I had thought from the front. Lots more hardware than I had imagined. Definitely will be coming back here for future purchases. Friendly staff. Super helpful. Stayed with us the whole time, answered all our questions and even helped us save a chunk of money.

This place seems to have everything you need.I went there three times yesterday.All three times I needed very particular things.I need a specific bolt, they had it.I need a specific spring, they had it.Then I needed patches for an air mattress, they had it.I am a big fan of this place.The staff is 100% on top of things, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Always a great experience .Thank you Foothill True Value Hardware.

Michelle was nice and knowledgeable, I had been to 2 other stores previously but Michelle helped me find my bathtub fitting and joked around about the weather and myself wearing shorts. I was having a window screen done while shopping and found that a new screen was made cheaper than having it rescreened. The person who made my screen was polite and respectful.
