We dropped off a trailer. They were too busy messing with their phones to help me unhitch it, no big deal. Then after that they say we didnt even return it. Now they cant find it. $$$

Bad customer service! Thankfully I didnt rent from here! UR charges a 150 deposit for a engine stand and B & G rentals just asks for your license as a deposit
