The cashier was friendly and almost seemed like he felt bad to charge me 20% on a restocking fee for a return. I purchased a used brake rotor that came off of the same year and model bike that I have. For some reason it didnt match up which is completely understandable. Whats not understandable is that I had to rush it back there the following day or risk it being non-refundable. Not to mention the 20% restocking fee. Im not one to complain over 20 or so dollars but come on.. Its the principle of it. We all share this passion and love for two wheels. Why cant some of that translate over to the business part of it? Im not asking for something free just something fair.

Excellent service. 90% of the time they have what youre looking for. Love this place. Prices are a little high, especially for used parts.

I needed a part and gave them a call. Excellent customer service. I didnt know the technical name of the part, but they understood what I meant and let me know the correct name. Picked it up very quick and with no problem.

Very helpful. They had a lot of parts and salvaged items. They also have some new motorcycles, new gear, vintage rebuilt motorcycles, vintage jackets, cold cokes. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced authentic parts.

Great parts and fast response times. Jim was very helpful when they sent me an air box that had a chewed out filter in it. Jim kept in contact with me to figure out how to right the wrong and ultimately ended up drop shipping me a new filter from a different company. May have taken a bit longer but I am happy to have the right parts for my bike.

Ive known the owner since I was born. My father used to work under him back when they used to run LA Cycle Salvage, and now we are partnered with them as we get customers from them, as well as many parts that we may need. Great place to get parts from and the owner is an easy person to talk to. Give them a call if you need anything.

I thought it was supposed to be a pick your part deal, but was surprised it was a nice clean warehouse of all kinds of parts

I called about an ignition switch... they have the part, guy wanted to sell me the lock set that I didnt need... then settled on the switch I need for $50, said mechanic would be in tomorrow at 9am, to expect a call by noon... I waited two days for the call and when I finally called the guy I spoke to was off again... instead of helping me out with the part I know they have, I was told that its his deal and that he couldnt help me... my only mode of transportation is out of commission for 3 days now, and I still have no end in sight... so I ordered the part new from Suzuki, it will be here tomorrow... if you have a week or two to wait for a part, you might get what you need at a price from these guys... but if youre hoping to get something they have in stock right now in the next few days... forget about it...

This place is a must go too if you ride bikes, check this place out, thay have a very large inventory of bikes for sale, you can find some good deals on bikes, they even have some vintage bikes, and all the parts you will need for your custom build, if your looking for parts and or a nice ride for a good price then i highly recommend going here first i know i will be a repeat customer, keep the rubber side down and ride on

Its funny that when someone gives a review about this place they dont like they get but hurt you can see by the response that they are a joke its not being immature to tell everyone to stay away from here so stop making excuses if you dont have the things you say you do thats pathetic and you need to take down the post on offerup EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Dont waste your time calling. These guys are asking NEW PART PRICES for used parts! Asking over $300 for a pair of 20yr old Triumph Forks, $200 for used brakes calipers is laughable😄 Ive been riding for over 50yrs and put 20,000mi/yr on my bike. Ive owned dozens of bikes. I aint no squid🤣

They moved and in the process got rid of most, if not all, of their older bike parts. Didnt have anything for either of my Goldwings, GL1000 or GL1500. They dont let you look for your own parts either. They have you wait in front and go look for you. I dont think this place is the same as it used to be. I wont be going back.

If you cann find some parts for your bike, you just will need take anything you want tp ride to get there? you can go even on the bus the good thing about this this place is close tho the freeway and important avenues!

I have bought several bikes from LA MC salvage over a 20 yr span. Very good mechanics there, prices very fair, used bikes are never junk. I still have my 97 Honda PC Pacific Coast 800, runs like a champ. A very fine 1100 cc Suz GSX G shaft drive was exclnt till it got stolen from my house, my fault I did not lock it. I highly recommend LA MC salvage, you will not be disappointed or cheated. Do not let the junk yard look or the word salvage scare U away. The bikes are refurbished well if U do buy a fixer you will still not be cheated . High morals and ethics here.
