I recently started going to TimeZone as its the closest gaming store with a good Magic stock. It has all the essentials and promotes a home town atmosphere. Mary, the proprietor, is quite nice, and she takes care to offer friendly conversation and some competitive prices. I look forward to going back and to experiencing more of the stores events.

Its a very cute shop, bigger than i thought it would be. The video game selection is small, but they are mainly a comic store. They have some cool figures. The guy working there was very nice. They have a very large collection of pop figures too!

Great family place to be!! I love to go there am play. The owner is very friendly, and the people that worked there make one feel welcome. They have great judges (teach and helps) for the different card games that they offer. I would recommended for any father who has a child that would like to play a card game (like yugioh) in a safe and happy atmosphere!!!!

I love TimeZone Gaming!! The atmosphere is fantastic, the players are great and the staff is just lovely! As a female Cardfight Vanguard player, finding yourself surrounded by a thousand guys and feeling deprived of female support is a pretty common experience. At TimeZone, youre always greeted by a smile from Mary and when you seek that aforementioned female support, she always has your back!! The staff there is outstanding. They work their hardest to successfully keep their stock current and ready for the next big thing happening in the trading card world, on top of all the comics, video games, etc they sell at competitive prices, keeping the buyers pocket in mind. They genuinely want you to enjoy yourself at their store and they take pride in the work they do to keep you satisfied.Out of all the places I would go to play Vanguard, TimeZone is my number one and always will be. Im from Middlesex county myself and have been to every gaming and comic book store in the area. Timezone gaming however holds the most genuine of staff and most up to date of product. Going here on a weekly basis I myself feel as if Im part of their family, and Im not the only one to feel that way. Sure their card games have simplistic rules of no cheating, or a cover fee to play which in the end if you come up high in winning you can win money!! I myself highly recommend Timezone Gaming and if you have any questions, or just want to talk about something going on in a game or series they will go far and beyond for a customer that gives them the same respect!

Ive been one of the stores patrons for a number of years; even after having moved out of the area I would always try and make the trip to the store to pick up a few things for my commander decks. TZG is one of the few places I would go to for MTG cards. They always have a nice selection to choose from. The staff has always been helpful and friendly when attending to me or another customer at the store. My experiences at the store have never been short of pleasant.

One of the best locally. Whenever I am looking for oddball items they tend to keep an eye out and help me get them at reasonable prices. My first place to go when looking for anything game or card related before searching online. They also try to host as many events as they can for the people that do wish to play in them.

As an EDH player, Ive always had odd needs when it comes to Magic: the Gathering. Timezone is always well-stocked, and everyone there couldnt be more helpful. Theyre very attentive, and also run great tournaments. All in all 5 stars!

Came to free comic book day with my wife and kids and had an amazing consumer experience. staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they had cosplayers there, they had an artist there, and they had some great deals and sales on various merchandise. would recommend this store to anyone, especially families!!!

I went shopping here for my nephew for the holidays and it was such a nice experience. I had a list of comics and collectable figures that my nephew was looking for and the young man there took the list and took care of everything for me! They also had a lot of fun board games I had never seen before. Will definitely be bringing my nephew with me next time!

When i got back into playing magic about 4 months ago i found timezone, ever since the first FNM i attended, the staff and local players there have been the friendliest group of people i have meet. After i had made a few purchases from the store every time i had come in they would greet me by name and if i had placed an order from the online store they would already be getting my order as they saw me come in. The staff has made me feel like a friend and not just another customer and for that i will always come back to timezone for as long as i am still playing magic and would be able to recommend them to anybody who is looking for a friendly place to shop and play

I have jogged by this store many times early in the morning before they are open. Today I got a late start and they happen to be open so I stopped in. I was very surprised. From the outside it looks small but once you get inside they have wall to wall stuff. I picked up a few comics and also put in a subscription. Cant argue with a discount and they hold my books for me.Great day and will be back soon. Pleasant people behind the counter and the customers in there were fun to talk to.

Sometimes I stop by for a quick browse during my lunch breaks, and Im always greeted with friendly service that is a breath of fresh air instead of the cold or pushy service you get from retail corporations. I come here for the video games, so Im not going to touch on the comics or trading cards.They have a small, but nice selection of games from various genres. You can find a diamond in the rough here and there. The prices are comparable to eBay and Amazon, may be $1-5 more or less than what you expect to pay. This place is more for comics and cards than video games, but recommended for its service and few harder to find games for several systems (Genesis, PS1, PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, etc)

The store offers a lot of fun, well priced, used and new, games and products. Also Mary is fantastic, she makes every visit pleasant and fun.

Me and my friend walked in and were greeted by very nice staff, we were looking for yugioh singles and they just told us to place the order on their computer and they would pull the cards. Instead of telling us to come back after a couple days, they pulled out all the cards right then and there. The selection that they have is simply enormous, and they organize the cards very well. The cards were in good condition and the prices were fantastic. We also picked up deck boxes and sleeves, each ultra pro deckbox was 3 dollars, while each 60 pack ultra pro matte sleeves was 4 dollars. Very very good deal compared to other retailers. All in all, the store was fast, helpful, and a great place to shop. Ill definitely be coming back soon.

The staff here is terrible. I never feel like Im being helped with my purchases and always feel as though Im being looked down on. Im a regular at Twenty Sided in Brooklyn and Montassy in Manhattan. Both of those stores are leaps and bounds ahead of this place. Also, this store has some of the most obscene prices ever. Youll find much better prices at Twenty Sided and Next Level in Brooklyn even when you factor in gas and tolls. Ive been to Time Zone twice and I will never step foot in there again.

The reason behind the universal scorn exerted towards this establishment is entirely beyond me, for I adore TimeZone Gaming with all of my heart. The delightful staff not only helped me become more comfortable playing Yugioh with unfamiliar people, but they also facilitated my metamorphosis into a mature occupant of the real world. While going to TimeZone, I learned all sorts of valuable life lessons, including, but not limited to: understanding that one deserves to be berated for not closing broken doors, obnoxiously sarcastic remarks are always a justifiable response to legitimate questions regarding rulings, and freezing cold water is much better than warm water when it comes to washing ones hands. The one who taught me the most was Sean, who is now like a father to me. I remember the very first time he gave me an open-mouth smile. Since then, I began neurotically flossing my teeth three times a day.

Literally the coolest store ive ever seen. they have a variety of comics, games, cards, figurines, movies etc plus they host tcg tournaments almost every week. the staff are just simply amazing, kind & helpful. definitely worth a visit whenever you have free time! lots of hard to find games or comics can be found here, the nostalgia trip was devine.

I got kicked out of this store today! I walked into the store to buy a playmat, a pack of cases, and a few singles. While I was waiting for the guy that was working there to collect the singles, I walked in the back to play a game of magic while I waited. Within two minutes, Mary, the owner, walked back and told me I couldnt play, that only people who paid to enter the tournament could play. Even though I was about to drop $50 I wasnt allowed to play a game while I waited. She said I would have to wait up front, basically just watching the guy collect the cards. When I told her that it was extremely rude to not allow someone to sit down and play a game while they passed the time she said she didnt want my business and asked me to leave. This is by far the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure to meet that owns a store.

I have been to a few gaming stores across the country. A few have been bad and a few have been good. But only a few have been superior. I count Timezone as one of those few. It is a small but growing store. Timezone not only gives every card game goers needs, it also has grown to have regular board games and fan merchandise. And to add to that, they also offer used video games. So if youre looking for a little of everything and a lot of card gaming, this is the place to go. There is also a computer with the store inventory. Aside from inventory they also offer tournaments and prerelease events. To my best of knowledge they currently offer Magic, Vanguard, Yugioh, Pokemon, and soon, MLP tournaments. Finally the prices across the store are reasonable for quality and speed.The staff is friendly and will take care of your needs quickly and professionally. As they are a small business, you can get more fine tuned information on what you are buying or what you want to buy.The building is clean and well kept. Any problems are fixed as quick as possible. It can get pretty hot during tournaments but for the most part it is cool. You cant blame the building for body heat.Overall Timezone is a very friendly, clean, and offers much in what you would want and need as a customer. There is no better place in the area to go. I completely recommend Timezone gaming.

As soon as I stepped through the door I thought it was going to be an interesting experience. I came in driving a few miles for some Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but the staff was very rude and non-helpful. The single cards were overpriced and they refused to check whether or not they had certain singles in stock for me to purchase. Terrible experience. Not coming back ever again.

I play Cardfight Vanguard there all the time. Its an awesome atmosphere and people who work there are especially nice. They have great prices on everything they sell which ranges from comics to trading card games to video games. On top of that they host a tournament at least once every week for Cardfight Vanguard, Magic, and Yu Gi Oh.I highly recommend TimeZone Gaming to everyone

I love this place! The people there are super friendly. They have everything from Magic to Yu gi oh to Doctor Who. They have tournaments every Sunday for Yu gi oh and Pokemon. One of the best stores Ive been to.

I Love this place. The People are great. The owner is amazing and there prices are the fairest around. Ive been coming to TZG since the original store as a MtG and YGO player and I have kept going as now a My Little Pony and MtG Player. Stop by and see it for yourself. Trust me, you will not be disapponented

I have been playing magic here for a while now and has a pretty friendly player base for its fnm and its legacy on saturdays. if in the area you should stop by and check it out.
