I love this store! Its always clean and well stocked. The people are always very helpful and nice!

My wife and I stopped to get a few things, it was 10:43pm on 11/5/2021. There is a cashier his name is Donte every time I go threw his check stand he has the worst attitude, never smiles, throws your groceries in the bags he does not care what or how he bags your groceries. This time he over charged us, my wife asked him if he scared the coupons for the items we got he looks at her like really, so he did not willing. Donte is the worst cashier Safeway has ever had. Trust me Safeway will hear about this.

Its a great store. Its the government thats making it hard on everyone.

Shop here frequently. Prices are a bit higher then other grocery stores but convenient and close to home. If you use the coupons you can usually save a decent amount of money.

They always overload the bags!!! Could barely lift several from the trunk of our car. We always ask to keep them reasonably light. Our request is always ignored. (?)☹️😡😩😥

I dont have anything worth mentioning about the store. Thats a good thing though, meaning I have nothing negative to say...🤔

Hello, I was in yesterday 4/14/2021 at the Forest Grove Safeway. When I was at the self check out I realized I lost my wallet. I started to panic hoping I left it in my car. After not finding it I asked if they could store what I had already checked out so I could run home to find my wallet, a woman working there said they would be able to do that for me. Unfortunately I didn’t find my wallet at home. I went back to Safeway to see if someone had found it and returned to the customer service desk. Once I got to the desk it was the same woman who was able to put my groceries in the cooler so I could run home. Her name is Jessica and she was an absolute angel helping me by letting me tell her my story of what I thought happened to it. I can’t wait to go to Safeway and see her again and tell her the good news that someone found my wallet and returned it back to me. There are so many good people out in the world and I got to meet two of them in these crazy scenario. Thank you so much Jessica for all your help, I bet you don’t get enough credit about how amazing you are so I hope this is a reminder that you made a difference for me. Thank you again Jessica!

Meat department used to have great deals on beef.. not anymore... And the meat service counter closes before 6pm. Cant get dinner from them if the shelves are empty in the meat department.

A very nice Safeway. Not too cluttered and I havent had to wait at checkout for long. The parking lot is huge and you can find shaded spots quite often.

Ive never had any issues. Customer service is better there than most places Ive been in that town.

The people and food are good, but the prices are high. In my opinion, they would make more money if they sell things cheaper. Not by raising the prices higher, that only scares people to avoid going there. I myself used to be a customer there, but I switched over to Fred Meyer now.

Usually I am a fan if this store but today I was taken aback by the customer service person not wearing her mask fully over nose and mouth. Complete disregard for public safety. Guess Ill stick with New Seasons and TJs.

I like Safeway because of their quality meat and produce, though their prices are higher than Walmart and winco. I do have to say that the aisles are a little bit narrow and it is a little bit on the dark side, compared to Walmart and winco which are nicely lighten up, especially Walmart.

I had a wonderful experience at this Safeway Pharmacy! Last night when I called to check if I had been transferred from Banks Pharmacy to there, the gal who answered the phone was SUPER sweet and helpful. When I went in to get my prescription, they were very kind and friendly again. Also, I saw a familiar friendly face back in the pharmacy. Brekken (I know I just murdered that, Im sorry!!) used to work at the Woodstock Safeway a few years back when I used that Safeway. She has always been so wonderful!Thank you Forest Grove Safeway Pharmacy Staff! You were all wonderful!

Frequently shop here for a few items instead of heading to one of the bigger stores. This place is always busy. It only hit my a couple of weeks ago that while it is always packed I have never had to wait long to get through check out. Good selection of products crammed into a small space.

This store generally has higher prices so I don’t like to do the bulk of my shopping here. One big factor is the limited variety of plants-based products and lower quality produce when compared to other local grocers.

Experience was fine. Was looking for jalapeno jelly and could only find red pepper jelly in the jelly section, a little disappointed. Next time I go I will try and find someone who works their and ask if they have any. The jelly makes a great dip when mixed with cream cheese and eaten with wheat thins.

I love how convenient this store is and that its within walking distance but they always seem to be out of the things I go there for lately but that may be due to covid? not sure. I also see a lot of new employees everytime... But every employee has always been very nice and helpful.

I have been shopping here weekly for 25 years, always a good experience until 2 weeks ago. Some Exec decided it was a good time to rearrange the store moving products from one side to the other. Terrible timing during the pandemic to do this. Guess what, you have an already busy store, now people have to spend twice the amount of time as they did before to try and find what they came to buy. 2 weeks later and there are still some items I cant find. I even asked two employees that first time and they were clueless about where the items went. Bad decision at a bad time!

I stopped at this time at least two and a half to five times a week. They always are stocked up on everything and have great customer service. I appreciate the convenience of this store as well

Stopped by to get a Little bit of sugar for mysweet tooth fresh doughnut chocolate milk anda couple of candy bars. Clean store no lines in And out no problems Ill be shopping here again soon

Busy location, but good grocery store. Has flower shop, pharmacy, deli, and a Starbucks inside. Self checkout flows pretty quickly. Well stocked and clean.

What is The Safest Place To Walk To?To Safeway!

They have rotten food on the shelves. A couple months ago, there was meat in the deli department that was completely covered in mold. About a month ago, one of the cheeses I bought, expired 2 weeks prior. Now, I just went grocery shopping and discovered one of the items I bought expired almost FIVE MONTHS AGO. Theres signs everywhere saying they wont do returns or refunds. Never shopping here again.

This store has great customer service! I shop here everyday. They are clean, usually fully stocked with the exception of the Corona virus issue.

I like everything the customer service is genial but Im a window washer that I used to wash the windows on some of the safeways in the area and I just feel sad cuz I see that or they dont washed them no more or the window washers that they have they just dont do a good job

This place is so expensive to shop at. Seems you pay 2x more than at other stores. The staff is great, prices not so great. I can get 8pk gatorade for under 5 bucks not here cost me almost 9 bucks. There is no reason why they need to mark up their merch so much.

Nice clean store. Has most the typical necessities. I would definitely try to avoid going here between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. The lines seem to get outrageously long. Maybe they are just short handed right now but it is pretty ridiculous the last few times Ive been there around those times.
