If you value your money don’t go here. Husband ended up repairing his self. When he got it back nothing was done other than horn now not working. Paid for an alignment that was never done. Body work from crash fixed but all mechanical issues CANT do of their life depended on it.

It was awful and dirty. They overcharged us and the staff is rude and disrespectful. Worst experience ever! The only staff member that was almost friendly was the mechanic.

This place is the worst. Lady sold me an engine, it was installed (carefully), and it turned out it was bad (no compression, which can definitely be tested before selling). I called, said she would refund the money, so that gave me relief. They post no refunds everywhere (as most yards do), so I felt hopeful. That ended quickly when I showed up to return it. She immediately said she wouldnt refund because the fuel injectors and intake werent attached (they were sitting in the bed of the truck RIGHT NEXT to bad motor). Then proceeded to tell me she was twice my age (as if THAT makes one person any more of an adult than the other person), flat out refused to acknowledge me, tried to tie up the core charge into the pointless store credit that I got instead. Not to mention, when they took the motor out of the truck, they ALSO took said fuel injectors PLUS a wiring harness to a Trailblazer (???). Whatever, take my trash. Luckily I was cut a check for the core charge (because, ya know, theres no core). If you want to buy a seriously overpriced, dirty hunk of metal, be lied to, be treated like an idiot, or just generally screwed over then this is the place for you!! Their general aura of shittiness will keep you humble.

This place is a disaster, trying to make you buy more items off a car so it makes it “worth it” for them to disassemble. Showed up at 5 to pick up everything I ALREADY PAID FOR and they tell me they ordered the wrong windshield and 2 of the 3 parts I wanted are cracked, even though they had an A condition rating. Complete waste of my time and money.

You advertise low prices and when customer shows up, prices go up. Saying the cheaper one is gone but you can still help with a more expensive. This is bait and switch and it is illegal.

I just went there after driving all over to look for a part not only were they helpful, they had my part ready while I waited. Overall I was happy

I purchased a distributor from them late Friday afternoon before Christmas for a 91 Accord for my sons car. He picked it up a couple of days later and we found it was actually a Toyota distributor. The place was closed Christmas week so I couldnt call them immediately and neglected to call until January 4th. I was told the distributor was sold as is and no refund would be given. I STRONGLY SUGGEST STAYING CLEAR OF THIS SHADY OPERATION. They are either incompetent, dishonest or both.I will admit that the staff was very friendly before the sale.

Been trying to get one wheel from this company for a Camry for one week and theyve been blowing me off not answering phone calls not returning phone calls like they say they will and after three trips up here and them telling me to come back twice and it they do have the part it turns out that they do not have the part so I have wasted a lot of my time I would highly recommend bypassing this place if you value your time

Toyota car and i saw my honda civic there

Paid $1100 for them to put a motor in my nissan Truck. They had the truck for 5 months. It ran for one week. They made me pay for the towing that they said it would be free then said they WOULD NOT HONOR THE 60 day warrantee and have it towed back to my house so i had to pay double to the youre truck guy. This is not Africa it is Texas. See you in court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF!!!!

These people have the worst customer service ever faced the Maple Leafs sold me the wrong part and then what they give me an in-store credit I waited 48 hours just take it apart and they sold me the wrong one and didnt want to argue with me because they couldnt give me $75 back I tell you do not go and deal with these people theyre very rude and disrespectful.
