Great customer service and love the selections of their wigs.

Everything I wanted they didnt have and never offered a reason why.

Ive recently started going to this shop for my hair needs and by far these are the friendliest and warm people and they are great at helping the customer and answering all my questions so from here on out this will be the place to go never again will I step foot in that place down the street, the employees do nothing but gossip and sit down if you ask them for help they catch an attitude never do they ask if you need anything and be careful when you leave the place because the cashiers and the black guys that are walking around in the store they work together and when you leave they will try to jack your purse or bags and pretend to have interest you they are all about scamming the customer from the moment you walk to the register until you leave they will rob you. But JJ beauty supply go there they are the best people. DO NOT GO TO JENNY BEAUTY SUPPLY THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Quick in and out. First time in the store I was easily able to find what I was looking for check out was quick the guys seen knowledgeable I heard other customers talking to them. Store is recommended.

Im a Jennys shopper but they didnt have my closure cause they only have 1b so. I came here and Im glad I did.not only did the have the color n style I needed but the wigs are super affordable. As a online shopper,stored are never cheaper but it was.the guy was helpful and I ended up buying a wig as well as the closure.look at the price of the human hair wigs. They are the best hands down!!! They interact with the customers in a positive way and always go above and beyond. I’ve been coming her for years and have always been impressed but today topped it off... a severe storm came and we were stuck in the store and the employees got umbrellas and walked me and my children to the car! Even carried my daughter for time so that her feet would not be soaked!!! Customer service goes a LONG WAY thank you for being who you all are! And providing the service that you do!

First off, this store isnt really big compared to other beauty supply stores. They have a great selection of the products that are trending, the staff are always smiling and greeting you when you come in, and they are patient with helping you with any questions you have, and might I add, its always clean. They also have special offers on products daily, and at this store you can shop in peace without the constant need to bump into other shoppers during your hair care journey. (Lol). The price, personalities, and peace, allows me to give them 4 stars.
