3 plus hours for a scheduled oil change and not even a wash. I asked and they said it was too dirty. Isnt that why it should be washed? Go somewhere else

So I brought my Hummer H3 there for a recall the engine light was also on so I figured they would let me know what else was needing attention, they fixed the recall but determined my heater motor was the actual problem, didnt even check the engine light brought my truck back saying it could be $800 to replace it the fan motor, didnt offer to plug it in and see why the light was on said they only fixed the recall part so I drove home ordered a new fan motor in about 2 hours and fixed it myself. I will never go back and do not recommend it for anyone else. What kind of service department does not check why the engine light is on?

I am not one to normally complain about a business but I would not recommend this dealership. I started out at Chrysler deal ship looking at Yukon XL. Price was fair and is exactly what my wife wanted. First sales person we dealt with lied to us and failed to tell us some very important information. We were switched to another sales person (Joe) who was great ( and recommend) As deal was going into finance he asked if we had seen car fax on vehicle. We had not vehicle was marked as a lemon ( no different than salvaged title). Very mad and up set at this point told us that the Chevrolet dealer had same truck less miles over there. First thing was check car fax and clean. Truck had 28k miles. Spoke with the GM who discounted truck for trouble with first vehicle ( very appreciative and grateful) if we would consider purchasing. Not knowing this deal was turning the corner from there. We were told that it had the remaining balance of the 3yr/36k bumper warranty multiple times by multiple people. Decided to purchase this vehicle. Service park assist light came on, on the way home not a big deal but upset. Took it into our local GM dealer to get it fixed found out the factory warranty expired a couple months ago. The extended warranty that we purchased was not what we were told it was either. We were told that we could take it to any GM dealer with no cost to us. Not the case. Local dealer told me I needed to contact warranty company because new warranty was not activated yet, there is a $150 Diagnostic fee plus repairs. Warranty company told me that we had a 200 deductible on all repairs and our paper work hadn’t been turn in yet. Drove an hour back to dealership to have them repair it. Was would be taken care of next day. Again not the case 3 days later theY haven’t even start to repair. So from start to finish we were lied to. I will not purchase another vehicle from they or recommend them to anyone.

Called to schedule a appointment to have the inside of my car cleaned but was answered with your not buying a car so we dont have time for you. I feel like my business doesnt matter especially since I know they can schedule appointments to do this.

Went in to trade in my truck to purchase a new one. They wouldn’t tell me my trade in value they would give me until I had picked out a new truck. So I went along with their sales gimmick so I cloud see what they would offer. They offer half. This hole time they had my keys, I had to ask for them back. I would not recommend buying a vehicle or trading in. I’m so disappointed I was hoping to come home in a new truck.

Bought my truck there because of the lifetime drivetrain warrantee. Had a valve collapse and the so called warrantee would not cover it and they would not help me at all. and then I was Quoted $3300.00 to repair. and I could be more. the warrantee that they have is worthless and will not cover a thing. my truck has been there for 2 weeks now.

Not very happy at this point with Wilcox service department. Had some problems with my gto needed the lock cylinder replaced and the new key coded. $750 later I have more problems then I went in with.-Charged me $50 for a key I already had.-Charged me $200 for a steering column they apparently had to break to fix my first problem. I have done hours of research and no one has ever heard of this happening.-didnt keep any of the old parts I asked them to keep.-left 2 messages over 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks to reply to me about these problems-steering wheel was put on crooked and talked to nick and he told me it cant be done. I have taken this steering wheel off before and he is lying through his teeth or called me with no idea what he is talking about. Have yet to resolve this.-they didnt code my key telling me it was impossible to do with the transmission linkage disconnected and battery removed. In order to get the car started and running I had to pay someone with a very advanced dyno to bypass my VATS system and security system. I was not told this was a problem or how to fix it I was just sent on my way.-they tripped the airbag fault code which wasnt a fault before and now after some research I need to go to a dealership to get it reset. Now I have to find a new place to drive my car to.All of this for a simple ignition cylinder and key. Not happy with the service I got for the amount of money I had to spend. I have more issues now then when I went in and the sense of urgency to make my issues right is seriously lacking.

Had my truck serviced here. Got it back, the dashboard was a rattly and two random hex screws were laying on the floor. Left my tech advisor, Michael Tidd, a voicemail about the issue...no call back. Apparently they cant put your car back together correctly and once they receive payment wash there hands of the customer.
