The power steering on my car went out while driving. The next day, it wouldnt start. I had an appointment to take the car to the dealership and had to find a tow company. I called H&R Towing. They asked for the addresses from my home to the dealership, and they gave me a quote over the phone. The driver said hed be there in 30 minutes and he was exactly on time. I thought he was just going to tow it but he suggested we take a look under the hood. He found that my serpentine belt had broken, meaning my alternator hadnt been running while I was driving and it had killed the battery, which was why the power steering wasnt working. Knowing what was wrong up front, probably saved me some money when I got to the dealership and could tell them exactly what the problem was. The driver waited until I talked the dealer service rep, then unloaded my car and even helped me push it into a spot on the lot. I cant praise this company enough.

H&R Auto is top notch!! I brought my Lincoln MKX in for some front end work in the afternoon. Larry got me right in and made the necessary repairs, and I was on the road by the next morning. Honest, good work and reasonably priced. I brought my 10 year old car here from CA & asked for a complete inspection. They confirmed what I’d already suspected; I needed front brakes, new filters, freon in my A/C & new wiper blades. I’d expected it would cost thousands to get my car serviced, but the bill was only in the hundreds. Highly recommended!

This company works with Geicos roadside assistance, and I needed a tow this morning. The driver showed by earlier than anticipated, and he was extremely friendly. My favorite part of my drive is when he was singing along to Alicia Keys on the radio. 😄 I apologize I do not remember his name, but he was very nice and courteous. 10 out of 10! Im a lug nut, and locked my keys in my car. They were there promptly. Opened it easily, and he was a nice guy to boot. So kind, and so easy to talk to.If youre a lug nut like me who locks her keys in her car (while its running even) give them a call!

Forgot and left the lights on my old truck at the L station in Forest Park. We called H & R Towing and they came out in about 20 minutes and had us started in about 2. They were very friendly. Really appreciated the service. Would definitely recommend them.

My insurance company dispatched this companys tow truck service for my car that wouldnt start. EXCELLENT SERVICE! My car was parallel parked on North Ave during rush hour between two cars - the one behind me was parked so close he was almost touching my bumper! The tow truck driver was so nice and funny, even though he was dealing with a frustrating situation. It took him over half an hour to get my car on the truck (much less time than I thought it would take!) and he did it carefully and professionally. It made a bad day go smoother:) Thank you!!!

Worst tow company ever They have taking two weeks saying everyday that they would come and get the car today. The customer service is a joke. They say they will call you back and never do, Also there management is awful i called to get some help and anthony (the supposed manager) hung up on me. i had to call back only to be told o he left for the day. I HAVE NEVER MET ANY COMPANY THIS DISORGANIZED, RUDE AND JUST UTERLY LAZY. My recommendation as some who has to get cars towed all the time, would be dont bother calling this company call KELLY BUYER. Kelly buyer is awesome and had my car towed for same money that day. Dont let this company keep getting away with lying to people and saying most money offered when its not.
