Ok I actually love the work they do here, however they definitely have to get more professional when it come to records and paper trail. Any time I’ve ever went to a oil change shop, autozone, or any mechanic shop, that provide a service to a vehicle, they’ve always kept a record on file of past work done. Generally this is looked up by the customers phone number or last name, the shop then locates your information in their system and are able to provide you with any record of service that was done on your car. I’ve had work done at Chrystler on numerous occasions and I can call them a year later and they’re able to tell me the date and service provided. The last time I had work here was over 6 months ago and the service wasn’t cheap. I called today to find out if I had a alternator replaced the last time I came, and they literally had no way to find out. The employee stated I would need to locate a bank statement that has the date on it and that’ll help them narrow things down. That’s unprofessional and I know moving forward to keep a folder just for them. Or I’m out of luck!

I use to LOVE this place! Gave the mechanics high reviews to a lot of people. Recently I had my car serviced twice, just to return home with the same issue to begin with. The quality of service is not what it use to be. While waiting on my car the mechanics were eating and smoking around the cars they were fixing, pausing every now and then to have conversations with each other that had noting to do with the job on hand. Which I feel causes the lack and focus of time that they are servicing to a customer. You know; sometimes people get so comfortable and content with their jobs, that they forget the reason WHY they are doing it in the first place.... to service the need of the customer and to make sure that the customer leaves with an good experience. As far as Mr. Andre goes, he does what the hell he wants to do, and dare you to have something to say about it.

Good work fair prices

I needed oxygen sensors and i knew this because i got my car diagnosed. When i got there first the guy acted like he was sick of me and i had just walked in. He tells me i dont needed the oxygen sensor i needed a crank shaft sensor instead once he pulled to the garage. I get the sensor and go back the next morning. I encountered the same guy still acted short and mean. I got them to put on the sensor. Not an hour after i left the check engine light came back on. I got it checked again and it again said oxygen sensor. So Im doing what i explained i needed some where else because the guy was just unhelpful and rude.

They really do a great job. I’ve used them for years and I’ve recommended them to family and friends. Always great customer service

Best exhaust and muffler shop in this tri-county area. They are always busy because of that. In most cases youll have leave your car, but their work is excellent. Ms. Maggie, the owner runs a good business and Andre, Tyler, and the rest of shop technicians are top notch....

I called them on Thursday and talked to a guy about towing ($85) my car there and getting my catalytic converter fixed, the guy told me that it would be done by Friday if I were to get it there by Thursday. I called them on Friday and he says it still needs to be looked at it. I call them today and says the same thing. I understand that businesses have other clients, but do not give me a false time frame. I could have sent my car elsewhere and I wouldn’t be in this predicament. They did not even ask for a call back number and have not given me time frame on when I can expect it to be done. Trash and inconsiderate.

Great job my car runs like new.

I sent my car down to have the catalytic converter replaced before the holidays. In the meantime, we enjoyed our holiday break away from home. We receive a call saying the car is now not running, was running prior to dropping the vehicle off, the battery was “stolen” and now they claim we may need a new motor. Then the attendant proceeds to tell me after I asked for a replacement battery that the car wouldn’t run anyway and that they’ll give me a battery after I get my motor fixed. I immediately got my vehicle towed away and I’ll be going to get my new battery from them tomorrow.

It was awesome experience they got me in out great work on my catalytic converters.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT WILL TREAT FOR RESPECT AND FIX YOUR CAR FOR YOUR DOLLAR... RUN NOW!Multiple members of my family as well as a host of friends came to this place for years. Todays experience has completely turned me off. I would like to start by saying my car was brought back to the shop because it was not fixed properly to begin with. Upon bringing the vehicle in, I walked into the office and had to call out multiple times to find the front desk attendant. ANDRE, the attendant finally greeted me in a very un-welcoming way and asked me what problems I was having. I explained the issues I had after allowing the mechanics to work on my car and he proceeded to ask for paperwork from my prior visit. We found what I thought was a mutual ground however Andre then disappeared again into the back room, did not ask me for my keys and seemed very lackadaisical/did not care about my vehicle. (I can only assume this is because todays services were free.) Since I was bringing my vehicle back from errors of the mechanics as well as a regular customer (not anymore) I expected to be greeted with much more respect. Not at this place.

I waited 4.5 hours until my car was done being serviced. They need a better method of having parts ordered in advance so customers don’t have to wait 3 hours just for the parts to arrive. I watched people come after me and leave before me and it was very frustrating to say the least. Staff smoked cigarettes and snacked the majority of time making the process take longer. Great prices, poor customer service!

They didnt try to rip me off and Al actually adjusted what was wrong with my van free of charge. I offered him lunch for his awesome customer service. I especially appreciated it because we are on a budget and those types of repairs can cost a pretty penny. God bless him!

I am reviewing this establishment on 11/22/2017 I bough Pypes Street Pro Exhaust system for my 2010 Dodge charger and brought it here for installment, and my experience was pleasant. The owner Andre was very professional and helpful the mechanic was very nice and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have work done to there vehicle, keep up the good work.

The most honest auto shop Ive ever been to! As a woman its common to get ripped off by mechanics. But Rainbow is quite honest with good service. They do great work but the office is very small for the amount of work they do. A testement to the reliable work and repeated customers. I had to have an engine put in my car cause I was sold a lemon and tgey understood my plight and really worked with me.

In 2014, I purchased a 2014 mustang from Legacy Ford and they recommended Rainbow Mufflers to do the muffler installation. Rainbow Mufflers recommended their in-house axel back exhaust pipes. At the time, I didn’t know much about pipes at all, but after 3 years hearing every mustang with name brand pipes I can honestly say they sound identical to mine but twice the cost. I haven’t had any problems with the pipes and the decibels sound the same as if I just get them installed.Customer service is great and this time around I’m totally looking forward to doing business with them very soon. Awesome company 👍🏾

Best work ever

I went here to get my AC recharged at this location and was told that it would be $50 after Jason finished he was hesitate when the clerk Margret asked him the total, it was $60 instead. The price wasnt the issue. 20 minutes after I left the temperature gauge fluctuated to high temp and my car immediately started smoking, I opened my hood and smelt coolant burning all over my engine. Refilled it to check for leaks and found out my radiator hose was cut in two different places. The hose was just replaced not even a 4 months ago. I called back up there to let them know they did something wrong and Margret kept saying he didnt touch nothing as if she was out there working alongside with him, mind you my truck was not over heating or anything like that before I went to get service from them. Save your money they do not care about their customers and you will pull in the parking lot with one issue and leave with several.

Went to get my exhaust done today. I asked the old lady at the counter who didn’t even greet me upon entrance how long my estimated wait would be and she replied “can I predict the weather”... I considered that rude and unprofessional... because I was having a pretty good day I just kept my cool and exited and went else where....

Warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Went in for an oil change and next day I ended up at the dealership for engine failures. Ended up being that they only but 2.5 qt. of oil instead of the 5. Went up to the shop the next day and told them what happened and they said they’d get back with me when owner returned. I also asked if they’d talked to their employee about the problem and they said NO like it was no big deal. I never heard back from them even after going up there several times. They basically took my money for services they did not perform. Never again!!

I took my car here after taking it to the dealer and they told me I needed a left control arm and brakes. Once I got it at Rainbow Muffler they took it and looked at it and told me I only need brake pads. I was upset at the dealer because I was going to go there for the service of 450 just for left control arm. This was the second person that told me its not my left control arm. I was in and out in no time. Now my car is back running like it should!!! The prices are great!!! They just gained a new customer.
