They have a nice selection of flowers. Great gifts for godparents, friends and family and love ones. Ms.Katherine is really helpful with the flower arrangements for my Godparents gifts. They even help me to put it in the car. Ms. Kathy is an real asset of the community! Support her and her business!

My family and I are very disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted with the lack of professionalism and the lack of work performed by Ms. Katherine. We requested a floral Falcons jersey with our deceased brother’s last name and his birth year. She never fulfilled our request, because she doesn’t listen and she’s very argumentative. She constantly reminded us of how long she’s been in the floral business and knows exactly what she’s doing. She claims to have been in the floral business since 1992. It might be time for her to retire!!! She refused to return our deposit after my sister repeatedly asked her nicely for the return of the deposit. We now have to scramble to locate another florist to design and complete the job that Ms. Katherine was incapable of completing. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST AT ALL!!!REVISED:We found a very talented and professional young man who came through for our family. Ms. Katherine you can LEARN A L0T from the gentleman who saved the day!!! He completed it in 5 hours; not 2 days!!!

I choose this florist bc they were local. Placed my order 09:30 am for a Premium Bouquet with a confirmation of same day delivery.At 3pm an email confirmed delivery. Yet there was no delivery. I called and a female stated they were the owner, had “ been there all day at work, was on their way home and would talk to me later”. Later I called again, she said they don’t see my order at all and to “don’t mind the online email confirmations bc they don’t matter”.After providing my order info repeatedly she said she would call me back. She called back and said, “ oh I’m just seeing your order in my phone” (it’s after 5pm). I’m going back to shop to fix your order now. We don’t have the flowers you ordered (peach bouquet ). I named a few more from the website as a substitute but each time she said they don’t have that. It seemed they don’t have anything the website displayed.I eventually just said prepare something nice and delivery it please.(NOTE: I am working on the road out of state and doing all of this by phone and website so I had to settle on something).She delivered them just shy of dark. Pulled up in the driveway blowing the horn with all my neighbors coming out to see the commotion. Luckily someone was there to come outside. Yet I left instructions on exactly where to leave the flowers under the open car port by the door.I paid $116 for a very long tedious constantly calling and being called to stay on top of the process, service that didn’t have anything I choose on the website or the card I wrote.This was my experience online/by phone with them. Maybe your experience will be different if you walk inside the store.The detailed card I wrote was not delivered.Did my love like the flowers? Yes. They were pretty and smelled good. So that’s the only thing that matters at this point.People… WE HAVE TO DO BETTER!! Period.Thanks.

Oh my goodness, I got married August 29th 2020 and my wedding was simply amazing... Every fresh flower was freshly prepared and they were beautiful. Her and her team did my decor, arrangements for my whole party, set up and broke down. I received so many compliments as we as a dream come true bouquet. The flowers were so beautiful that the First Lady of the church wanted to purchase them after my wedding. What a delight. I will definitely recommend and do business with them again.The same designer Brenda decorated my bridal shower again with fresh flowers, I was so happy and the flowers brought my whole vision/decorations to life. I ordered flowers from here, $200, the flowers were HALF DEAD and when i wrote a review about this the owner called me and said I NEED TO KNOW WHY YOURE GIVING ME A BAD REVIEW. Hell nah mam dont harass me because your store lacks in quality and customer service.

Very pleasant experience! Communication was great after changing from delivery to pick up! She even opened early so that I could pick before they opened! Not to mention flower arrangement was perfect! I definitely recommend this florist!

Horrible experience. The strawberries were covered in chocolate syrup not dipped in chocolate. The flower arrangement was not as pictured and had scotch tape to hold them together not floral tape.

I live up in Washington state and called last minute fathers day in hopes of finding someone to deliver to my cousin in Morrow. Being Sunday other shops were closed but these guys made it happen in about an hour or less. The bouquet was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen if Im being honest. Most shops up here dont deliver that kind of quality and customer service. I appreciate you both so much for making this happen.

Worse customer service that you can ask for.This lady is really overwhelmed,overworked to the point she didnt remember my order the conversation we had.I would never come back are referred anyone to her.I have never been treated this bad in my life.

The recipient was not at home when they attempted to deliver, she told me to call her when they got home & they will go back (they did). I love Katherine Florist the owner and her team always take care of my family and I. Be it prom, Mothers Day, just because or even funerals their service are superb... The delivery is sufficient and they are always friendly... If you are looking for someone to take care of your needs I do recommend this place...

I order flowers for my wife on the 16th for delivery on the 20th which was her birthday. Flowers were deliver on the 17th with a email sent the on the 17th verifying the delivery on the 20th. Bottom line is that flowers were deliver 2 days earlier. I call them and the lady was simply RUDE. I wouldnt have given them 0 if the option were available. Please be warn.
